I asked if there was anything wrong with the car before signing the papers. Matt said no, but it kept using break fluid. A couple of weeks later, the breaks went out while I was driving. It left me stranded, and I had to get it towed home for $105.00. I called Matt, and he said there was nothing they could do unless I took the car back there. The car had no breaks, and a tow would have cost a lot of money since I live at least 45 minutes away. Since I was lied to in the first place, I wasn't about to let them work on it. It cost me over $1,600.00 to get the breaks fixed.

I got a truck from Headers for $3200. But, the check engine light came on and my rear lights stopped working before I even got home, which was a bummer. I tried to fix it myself, but no luck. So, I called Scott the next day to see if they could swap it for a different vehicle. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything except offer to work on it in their auto shop. The truck wasn't even worth $3000, so I felt ripped off. If Headers is really an A+ rated company like they claim, they should have swapped it out for me. But, after reading other reviews on Google, it seems like they have shady business practices and don't care about their customers. The salespeople are dishonest too.

I paid off my car in June, but I still haven't received my title. The folks at Headers Auto Sales keep giving me the runaround and even hang up on me. My paper plates are expired, but they won't help me out.

I want to alert you about my negative experience with Headers Auto Sales at an undisclosed location. I purchased a vehicle that turned out to be defective. The tire rod broke, leading to an accident before we received the title. The clerk falsely claimed delays were due to the pandemic and that the car had a single previous owner. However, the title history was extensive, and it took nearly two weeks to obtain. The dealership did not offer assistance or compensation. Many have labeled them dishonest, and I advise against purchasing from them. It's disgraceful that they sold an unsafe vehicle to a teenager.

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caliber from Headers Auto Sales in Indiana for a little over $6K on Nov 27, 2021. Initially, the car seemed fine, with a minor windshield washer issue. However, it's been malfunctioning weekly, and I've returned it to Headers four times. The salesman assured me of repairs, yet was vague about the details. Receipts were requested, but scarcely provided. After another drop-off due to malfunctions, I've been out of the loop for a month. Now, they threaten repossession for non-payment on a dysfunctional car. Despite paying extra to settle the lease early and boost my credit, I've paid over half already. Headers seems to be exploiting the situation, misleading me about the car's state and repair work. Their trustworthiness is in question, and I'm reluctant to get another vehicle from them. I'd prefer a refund to purchase a reliable car elsewhere.
