I was never told or saw anywhere on your site that I must call within 15 days to cancel my subscription so that I would not be billed for hundreds of dollars. When I did call the numbers were either out of order or the wrong one. I was never provided with a legitimate number to phone your company and when I did finally manage to contact you I was told that no refunds were available. I would just like my money back especially as I have not received any of the items that you are making me pay for.

SCAMMERS - HEALTH FOCUS - TRADING PLANET LTD

Firstly there was no 'terms and conditions box' to accept any future transactions from Health Focus, it was merely offered as a free sample. It is not stated anywhere that the company will debit your account periodically and as 'terms and conditions' have not been accepted this is illegal. There are no phone numbers or email addresses on the receipt to contact the company either.

The amount was withdrawn from my bank account under Health Focus in Ireland. The address on the receipt was in England. The amount was withdrawn in American dollars. Trading Planet Ltd is associated with Health Focus.

I have also experienced problems. I phoned my card company and told them, that was when I first learned that I had ’Subscribed’ for this. I Know I hadn’t the card company got me a phone number to call it was the wrong number. I eventually found one ‘premium rate’ I cancelled but found they were impolite and tried extremely hard to convince me that I had subscribed and everything was in the terms and conditions. I tried to explain but was talked over. I phoned again to discus the unreasonable charges. They repeated to me the same story saying I agreed and they had a record of my conversation (I felt threatened) asked for a refund and was hung up on, they have ripped me off for £300.
