health focus Did not purchase

Acai berry - falls under Trading Planet, or Health Focus, Well appeal. There co.name keeps changing. On the website it lists "trial" price but does not list retail price. Once you press send, your on a monthly auto-pre-auth. Not even the credit card company can get you out of it. They said its in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, they can only stop any future charges 15 days after my call to them. Since the above co. keeps changing im nervous. So i told (visa) to cancel my card. They informed that the above company can still charge me, and im STILL LIABLE TO PAY. DUE TO THE PRE-AUTHORIZED. I got scammed. so far they have gotten me for $300cdn, and i only received 1 bottle.

I have called but they argued and refuse to refund my money.

I have NEVER ordered anything via a website.. until last month and I feel like I have been totally violated and disgusted that such companies exist.. low low life... I stupidly wanted to try a detox trial and agreed to pay the postage... next month my credit card has been debited by $131.81. I immediately closed my credit card to avoid further deductions.. my bank told me that this is a HUGE problem ... Im sick to my stomach over this..

I signed up for acai berry free trial payed for delivery now theyve sent me more that i didnt order and taken the money from my account.can they do this?

I responde to a free trial offer of Acacia Berry tablets and Colegen Clean capsules. My only committment was to pay the postage. I now have had £150:20 (£75:10 for each product) taken from my wifes credit card. Please advise what can be done about this scam.

My wife ordered "trial" product and was supposed to pay for just the shipping but our credit card has been charged for the full amount. Our bank has heard of the company and advised us to query the charge then cancel the credit card.

I ordered acai berry, life clean, resveratol extract where I was supposed to pay only the shipping if I cancelled the subscription. THen Health Focused charged me over 1.400 kroner (130 dollars) for these tablets.

Be aware people! This Health Focus doesnt keep what the say!

same thing happen with me.not very happy they took £80 from my bank.i need my money back.i didn`t like the acai berry detox, they dosen`t work at all.

health focus Fraud

When i went to cancel the subscription that i didnt actually know i had signed up for the number did not work and there was no other contact details.i have searched the web for details on how to contact this company and there is not anything anywhere. They have currently taken nearly £200 from me for a product that is a complete con. I am now having to cancel my bank account and apply for a new one all because i opted for a free trial.It has made me very weary of using the internet to purchase anything anymore.

health focus 'free trail' scam-Health Focus

I have been dieting for a while and have read all about these new supplements and looked into these tablets on the health and focus website and i get a free trail there is no payment, but they do ask for your credit details so i did just that read all the small print. then the other day my crfedit card rang me for a £71 bill really strange then again £71 don't know who or why, so did some research this compamy has been taking money out of credit card, legally they have my details and are just dipping in when ever they want. need to cancel my card or make a complaint about the company can you please look into this as need some info. so my credit card cmpany can retrieve my monies please, this is a really clever scam and really needs bring to light for everyone around.

My coment, I just look my bank list by internet, and I just see that I payed 79.19 euros two times 158, 38 euros total probably i`ll take legal medidas, and the offer said that was free only must pay the transport gast I think its a mistake, please contact whith me, or tell me what can I do. begalvarez@terra.es

When I did call the numbers were either out of order or the wrong one. health focus credit card fraud

I ordered what I thought was a free sample of acai berry but was charged 138.00 and then the following day was charged 136.00 from health focus which is a company with acai berry i want the charges reversed because i cancelled this subscription.

Hi,
I just wanted to highlight to anyone who is thinking about ordering the 'free' 15 day sample of the acai berry weight loss product. Please think very very carefully before ordering this product, read the small print and make sure you definitely read the terms and conditions. Coincidentally they cannot complete your order without you agreeing to the terms and conditions. My friend didn't notice that there were terms and conditions and yet the order went through. She therefore didn't realise that she was to cancel her subscription so her 'free' sample was charged to her at full price. We have contacted Health Focus, also T/A Trading Planet Ltd and they have told her this charge is non refundable. She has also been charged for an order for goods which were not received and another order which was shipped at the beginning of January. She is awaiting confirmation for full refund for 2 orders. Initially she had someone hang up on her also. This whole experience should make everyone think very carefully about ordering. According to person she spoke to, they are based in Manchester.

Yes that phone number is very good. From the UK you need to dial [protected]. You give them your email and they will cancel, they will also give you a cancellation number, you then need to contact the bank with those cancellation numbers and they can then stop any future payments being taken. Unfortunately though, you cannot get any money back.

My card has also been charged 4 times twice by Global Wellbeing and twice by Health Focus, I never received anything have not ordered anything and received no correspondence via email or letter. Did you know it doesn't matter if you cancel your credit card they can still charge it. I don't know about other countries but this will happen in Australia regardless of cancellation or not. I have searched everywhere and have had no luck finding out how to cancel this subscription, has anyone had success yet.

I am amazed that this company is getting away with theft from unsuspecting people.
I have cancelled my card as my bank were very helpful and have advised on the amount of customers who have been duped by this company.
This is dreadful and I am setting up my concerns on every site possible!

I too have been charged multiple times by "health focus" & "health time" & "wellbhealth"...

This is absolutely insane... how the hell do you cancel the dam subscription!
