Scheduled appointment for 9:30 am at my home in San Diego. Herespa sent a hairdresser located in cincinnati! I never listed my address as "Cincinnati", so how did this happen? Something happened at Herespa to change the address.
Herespa refuses to refund my payment! Can you believe it?
I strongly recommend that would be customers avoid Herespa as they are not competent to do what they claim. It is constant confusion with this company.
There are alternatives. Use them.

HERESPA did nothing, provided nothing for me yet refuses to refund my payment. You do not want to get involved with this company.
Scheduled haircut for 9:30 am with hair dresser in Cincinnati when I am in San Diego! Hair dresser showed up hours early at a vacant lot in her town! This is for am 6/30/2024. The Cincinnati hairdresser is as outraged as I am.
This mismatch of cities reflects extreme incompetence and inattention to detail.
Forget HereSpa and find a more reliable service. If they can't get basic details right and refuse to refund your payment, they're not worth your time or money. There are plenty of competent alternatives out there that will respect your business. Move on and don't look back.
