i went to heritage auto group and they were not helpful at all
i went to heritage auto group and they were not helpful at all. my car has had problems for 9 months and they haven't done anything to fix it. i'm really mad and i don't recommend going there.
I bought a car from Heritage Auto Group, Inc
I bought a car from Heritage Auto Group, Inc. and the dealer told me it had a problem with a modded part. They said their mechanics checked everything else and it was fine. But, less than a month later, I took it to a mechanic and found out it had a busted egr valve and a bad air fuel ratio sensor. These were both Honda parts. The dealer lied about what was wrong with the car. I had a witness, but the dealer didn't admit any wrongdoing or offer to fix it. The fix would cost $900, which the dealer said they couldn't handle because of the aftermarket cold air intake. But, it turned out that the cold air intake had nothing to do with the problem. This seems like fraud to me. If the dealer had told me the truth, I might not have bought the car.
I had a weird experience with the sales team at Heritage Auto Group, Inc
I had a weird experience with the sales team at Heritage Auto Group, Inc. They tried to start a meme war with me over text, but I wasn't interested. They called me "no fun" and made a really inappropriate comment about my uncle. I was working from home when they reached out to me with a meme and complained about being bored at work. I tried to politely decline, but they kept pushing. They insulted me and said I wasn't as fun as they thought I'd be. I was really surprised by their unprofessional behavior, especially since they sell expensive cars. I told them I was disappointed in their intelligence and used a snarky hashtag. Then they insulted my parents and accused my uncle of molesting me. That's a really serious accusation and could get them in a lot of trouble. Overall, I wouldn't recommend working with this sales team.

I bought a car from Heritage Auto Group of Rome on February 29th
I bought a car from Heritage Auto Group of Rome on February 29th. It started making a noise that day, so I took it back to have it fixed. They had my car for about a week and said they "fixed" the issue. But when I got back to town, the issue wasn't fixed. So I took it back up there the next day and they had it for another week. They said it had to do with my brakes and they did fix the issue. I drove my car for maybe a week when it started smoking, sizzling, and spraying water out from under the hood. I called my salesman Cody and he told me they would have a roll back come and get it which they did. They called me and told me it was some kind of steering wheel pump that was leaking. They then called me days later to tell me it's not covered under my warranty. I bought the extended and GAP warranty, but they never went over what would cover and not cover. It's an $800 part and they got it to $500. I told them that I just gave them $5000 down on this car and I have barely been able to drive it due to it being in the shop so much. I now know my warranty does not cover it, but all I asked is the car be fixed the right way or that they put the $5000 towards a different car. They won't, so they called me today, March 27, to come get my car with a messed up part. I'm a single mother with 3 kids who I no longer feel safe with in my car I just bought. Can I file for a lemon law? Can something be done legally? They never explained the warranty to me. I have contacted GM customer service and everything. I feel they are waiting for my 30 days to run out so they don't have to do anything. They also stated that they knew the pump needed fixed when they did my axle the first repair but never told me that it needed replaced.
I had a warranty repair done at Heritage Auto Group, Inc
I had a warranty repair done at Heritage Auto Group, Inc. on 2/17 and it was a total disaster. They said it would only take a day or two, but it ended up taking FIVE WEEKS! I had to call them multiple times and they kept saying it would be done "tomorrow" or "next week". When I finally got my car back, it was filthy inside and out, with coolant soaked carpets and dirty grease fingerprints on the interior fabric. They were supposed to clean it up, but they didn't. My windshield wiper fluid system still doesn't work and my engine light turned on again on the way home. They even cleared the codes before I left! When I checked the oil, it was a quart low, even though they said they topped off all the fluids. I posted a review on their page, but they deleted it and blocked me. I sent an email and got no response. My husband called and they said they tried to call me, but I never got a call. They sold me a car that was in an accident without telling me, which is totally dishonest. They need to fix my car and compensate me for this terrible experience.
