I buyed a car 3 weeks ago from Travers Automotive & RV Group. I told the sales guy and boss that I might not be able to pay for it. They said to give $500 and they would make my payment lower. But they didn't make it lower. So, I gave the car back to them. Now, the boss won't say they have the car and won't give me my money back.

I buyed a car from Travers Automotive & RV Group (VW Passat wagon 2013). It had a rong battery in it and that caused problems. The second week I had the car it died on me. When I tried replacing the battery the tech told me there was a fuse blown. The next day the check engine light came on. The next day the car died again. I tried calling the dealership, to talk to the guy who sold me the car and they would send me to his voicemail. When I went up there, the salesman was there the whole time. They are not offering to help me with the car, not even taking my calls. I have had to get the car fixed twice. I have a document from one of the shops that says that the rong battery was in the car when I purchased it. I had to have the car towed to Travers. They told me that they ordered a part but they aren't telling me what's wrong with the car. How can you order a part and not know what is wrong with the car?

I took my truck to Travers Automotive in Wentzville, MO 'cause I was thinking about trading it in. But the check engine light was on so they wanted to check it out. After they looked at it, they forgot to hook up my injector harness to the computer. And then I had gas coming out of my exhaust and smoke coming out of my hood. The salesman was with me and we only made it a mile down the road when it blew up. He kept saying sorry to me. I had to get it towed home and when I got there, I saw all the wires were disconnected. The tow truck driver from Budget Towing saw that the wires were not hooked up right and said he would testify to that. I called Travers back and they said they forgot to connect the wires but they weren't gonna pay for the damage. It won't start and can't be driven. When I had it there, it only needed a small fix and now it won't even start 'cause of their mistake. They said they'd pay for the tow and work something out but they haven't said what that is.

I got a car from Travers Automotive & RV Group in January at the Eureka Mo location, which is closed now. I told them I wanted a reliable car and couldn't afford constant repairs. I put down 2000.00 and financed the rest. A week later, the check engine light came on, and I took it back. They tried to do the right thing, but it took almost a month to fix the cat converter. When I got it back, the check engine light came on again for the same thing. I took it back, but they didn't look at the fuel pump even though I mentioned it was having problems. Long story short, I had to fix many things like the fuel sensor, thermostat, various sensors, fuel injectors, and more before I could register it correctly. But there's still an issue with the title because there's a lien from the previous owner Travers bought the car from. I went to Travers in St. Peters, and they said they could take the car back as a trade-in, pay off the current loan, and get me into a newer car. But I would need a co-signer or pay another 2500 to 2800 in cash, which I can't afford since all my cash went to fixing the current car and paying insurance and car loan payments.
