I called to follow up on a order placed on feb 10 to have a the tracking number looked up and tell me where it is yesterday I was told it was on the way to post office in corona calif and possible to be delivered so today I called to check if delivered and I got the rudest [censored] ever in the customer service dept — I got the tracking number so I can keep up with myself — now understand I have a person that a order was placed for feb 10 and mind you today is the 11th of march — she is very upset — this is a whole month — I know shipping and the mail is screwed up really bad — but for someone in your dept to be rude to me when I have a customer that is really upset in fact she gave me tracking number and said have a nice day and hung up on me so let me inform you good thing I like your products myself or this call would have been it for me all them in customer service needs to show compassion for a customer that placed a order no matter the issue — thanks
