I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation. The communication from the company has been pretty poor, and it's been hard to get any updates on when the rest of my order will arrive. I understand that things can get delayed, but it's been over a month since the original promised date. I hope they can get their act together and either send me the rest of my order or give me a refund soon.

I bought TR160 SIM cockpit from Trak Racer on Aug 20th. It's now Oct 30th and I still haven't got all the parts. I emailed *** (Sales Director) many times, but he only said 'it's on its way', 'be patient', 'over 750 orders', 'grown 300%'...etc. I spent over $1,800 on their product and just want it on time. They didn't give me any updates on delivery schedules/ follow ups or check-ins with deliveries. When I checked order status, it said 'USPS waiting item' - it's been over a week and no update. Their shipment policy said 5-10 business days and it's way past that now. Don't buy from them - you'll be disappointed. Save your money and get a Simlab gt1 evo. I've never experienced anything like this from an online business. It's beyond frustrating - buyer beware.

I'm really disappointed with HikeIt USA/Trak Racer USA. It's so hard to get in touch with them! I already paid $1300 for an item, but I need to modify my order or cancel it completely. I've been trying to contact them for days, but I only get one response a day, and sometimes it takes three days to hear back from them. It's not fair that they take so long to help me when I already paid them. I feel like they don't care about me anymore now that they have my money. I've sent multiple emails to cancel my order, but I haven't heard back from them in four days. I asked them to call me back or do something to help me, but they didn't. I'm worried that they'll ignore me and make me pay for return shipping, which could cost me hundreds of dollars. I just want them to prove to me that they canceled my order.
