damaged jacket- rude
I took my charm jacket to be washed in this HILLCREST DRYCLEANERS IN THE COLONY- Old, Main Road Hillcrest shop 2 in DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA, they just put it in a machine and it was 'beyond damaged' that ugly woman i found there never gave me not even an explanation why they didnt advise me not to wash it there because they lack neccessary skills, i asked them if they will be able to wash it n they said yes to my surprise i just cried seeing my jackt like that and not even a sorry or explanation. i didnt sign anything for damaged goods. I NEED THAT DRYCLEAN CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY OR FIND A NEW OWNER THEY DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER CARE MEANS. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT BUNCH OF LOSERS. I WILL SEND THEIR DETAILS TO LOCAL NEWSPAPERS SO THEY DONT GET ANY CUSTOMERS. THAT JACKET WORTH R3000.
