So, I ordered some HoloGear from hologearco.com on May 8th, 2021. It's now May 26th, and I still haven't gotten my order. This company is supposed to be based in Chicago, and they say they have a 24/7 email service team that answers emails the same day. But let me tell you, that is NOT true. I've sent them several emails and haven't gotten a response yet. I'm starting to think this might be a scam.

So, I was pretty excited to get my grandsons some cool HoloGear football and basketball for Christmas. I went to their website and ordered the stuff. But, guess what? They took my money and didn't send me anything! I was so mad! I mean, what kind of company does that? I tried to contact them, but they didn't respond. The only thing I got from them was an email on Christmas Eve saying that there were some delays in shipping. What a bunch of baloney! I'm never buying from HoloGear again. They're a bunch of crooks!

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with HoloGear. I ordered a couple of balls back in November, thinking they'd be the perfect Christmas present for my kids. The website promised they'd arrive before the big day, so I was feeling pretty good about it. But here we are, late January, and still no sign of those balls.

At first, I was hopeful. I got tracking information pretty quickly after I placed my order, and it looked like the balls were making their way to Australia without any issues. But then...nothing. Weeks went by, and there was no update on my order. I reached out to the store, and they responded pretty quickly, which was nice. They apologized for the delay and said they were a new business, but they didn't really give me any information about what was going on with my order. They just said it was on its way.

More time passed, and still nothing. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, especially since I'd been promised that the balls would arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed the store again, and this time I was pretty upset. I explained that these balls were supposed to be my kids' Christmas presents, and I'd been assured multiple times that they'd arrive in time. To make matters worse, the store had even sent me a "letter from Santa" to give to my kids, telling them that their special present was on the way. But it never came.

Finally, weeks later, I got a notification that my order had been delivered...to Saudi Arabia. What?! I have no idea how that happened, but needless to say, I was not happy. I've tried to contact the store multiple times since then, but I haven't heard back from them once.

Long story short, I'm in the process of getting a refund through PayPal. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this website. It seems pretty dodgy to me, and I wouldn't be surprised if other people have had similar experiences.
