Terrible customer service, I requested a return phone call multiple times and only received rude emails. I left both voicemails and emails stating I wanted to speak to someone and the company refused to honor my request. My chair was delivered late and without the necessary hardware. I had to wait over a month for the necessary hardware. The delivery company left the 50lb box with my chair on my sidewalk and did not call or deliver to my door. Thankfully I was home the moment it was delivered so it was not stolen. 0 stars would not recommend, will not do business with again.

This company sucks. I placed an order on August 21st. I have yet to receive a ship date. 15 days later after them telling me it's in stock but no ship date I asked for my order to be canceled. They still can't tell me if it was cancelled or if it's on it's way. The customer service stinks and only through email. I'm a essential worker and know all about working during this pandemic. Get your *** together!

I purchased the Transitional Rich Brown & Black Accent Cabinet by Coaster. Fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, and Home Shopping Malls had the best price on the whole net. There was a close second, but all the other places cost hundreds more. The piece arrived in good condition, professionally delivered, and on time. The one time that I called the company to ask a question, the phone was answered promptly, without some crazy long menu, and the answer was accurate. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
We ordered a couch and love seat. They arrived early and in great condition. We decided to unload on the road by our driveway (weird driveway). Offloaded pallet into pickup and drove it to the house. Home shopping malls was really good to work with as was delivery person. Beautiful couch and love seat. Just what we were looking for. Thank You

I am VERY pleased with my experience and with the product. I purchased a set of patio furniture that would come in 7 boxes. The boxes were delivered earlier than I expected (given the global delays of 2021) but only 4 of the 7 boxes were delivered. I immediately got on the phone with both the delivery service and HSM. HSM apologized (even tho no one was sure whose fault this was) and promised to contact the delivery service to start a search. They said it would take as long as a month, which was understandable. At that time, the delivery service said they couldn't find the boxes. HSM let me know and immediately sent the missing pieces, which arrived within a month. And the product is such high quality. I would recommend you to everyone I know.

Cute item and my daughter loves it but there was a couple issues. The white finish on the front edge was rubbed off, so the tan/brown was exposed. I didn't have the energy to return it so I just decided to deal with it. Secondly, one of the pre-drillled holes that contained a plastic part inside was mis-shaped.. Making it very difficult to screw in it properly. Also, size is odd. It'd be nice if the cubes were couple inches bigger so that cube shelves could be put there if desired. The bottom 4 are also 2 different sizes. They should be all the same size and like I said, a bit bigger to where a standard cube could fit.
The item I ordered was just as described. It also shipped much sooner than was originally promised. I was pleasantly surprised to have it arrive so early!
Totally Furniture was great to work with! The nightstand I ordered arrived with some damage, but they immediately sent me an email with instructions to request a new one. I filled out the information and they replied within 30 minutes. They contacted the manufacturer and had a new one delivered. I appreciate that they made sure I was happy with my order and did it so quickly and easily. Their staff was polite and communicative. I would absolutely order from them again!
The two-part bar I ordered was missing the running rail for people's feet. Also, this business assured me that their shipper would get the bar in the house. This was not the case as I had to do all of the heavy lifting despite paying $200 for "push through" service. The shipper they used also damaged the bar in many places.

I asked for my money back because its taking to long just to get a valance. I am beginning to think this is a scam, because its always you haven't received your package because of the pandemic. I wouldn't recommend this place to my Moma, Sister or Brother. Poor communication! If you have lied to others like you lied to me..close down until the pandemic is over..because you sucks!

Great company! I had seen an ordered the daybed I received at two different companies. The first was more expensive, the same daybed, and the delivery was pushed back several times with that company and I had to continue to call them. They NEVER contacted me. The second company had the bed $75 dollars cheaper and when I received the daybed, one of the post fit the same side. I had to return it. Then I saw the daybed with Home Shopping! It arrived on time, all pieces fit perfectly and I love it! Great customer service. 5 Stars! Sandra K.

I bought the Modus Plata Dining set. The piece is stunning! It's solid wood, very heavy and extremely well made. Well worth the price I paid. Looking forward to ordering more pieces from Totally Furniture. Delivery time was pretty good considering it was coming from CA to MA. Thanks so much I love my set!

The Sauder desk was shipped direct from the manufacturer as promised and even though bad weather slowed the delivery a little bit, the desk arrived within a reasonable time. Shipment information was emailed to us by Home Shopping Malls and *** which kept us informed.
The desk is a handsome addition to our home and better than expected. Once we inventoried and identified all the component pieces, assembly was easy. We felt the entire purchase process was positive and would not hesitate to make purchases from Home Shopping Mall in the future.

I ordered a piece from them after checking the review with you. The piece came damaged as it was NOT packaged properly. I waited 9 days for a replacement piece. The replacement piece also came damaged as it was not packaged properly. I have spent over 4 hours already with photos, phone calls and emails. They do NOT seem to care about customer inconvenience. They now want me to spend my time to package up everything and send it back to them and then I will receive a refund. Nothing for my time or my inconvenience for their improperly packaged product. Not a very responsible way of doing business and little regard for the customer. Very sad indeed. They need to do right by the customer.

I ordered a dining couch in August
I ordered a dining couch in August. It arrived in September and had clearly been used. It had numerous stains and was not in it's original packaging. It was also missing the legs for the couch and all hardware. They agreed to send a new dining couch and indicated it was back ordered until December 29th. I requested a refund which they provided and told me they would not pick up the damaged piece, that I could throw it away or donate the couch. Unfortunately it can't be donated because I'd be donating an entirely unusable and filthy piece of furniture. And to throw it away requires that I find a truck, people to help me move it, and then pay for disposal. The experience has been a waste of time and money.

In Oct of 2021 I purchased a rug with Totally Furniture. I received the wrong size of rug. I contacted Customer Service with Totally Furniture to request that I return the carpet for a refund. The process was very difficult. I had to take a picture of the bar code on the rug for approval to return the item. Then when approved, I had to send the rug back to the manufacturer, not Totally Furniture at my expense $20. I then received a refund from Totally Furniture minus the cost of shipping to me $45 and ended up with nothing for $65. I had contacted Totally Furniture to remedy the cost for the nothing that I received and was told that they would not refund the shipping. $65 for nothing. I had a terrible experience with this company.

They were wonderful to work with. I had never heard of the company and was skeptical on purchasing from them but it really stood out to me that they reached out to confirm my order before charging my card due to the address on my card not matching the shipping address (I recently moved and hadn't updated it yet). I ordered a large desk that came in two boxes. *** managed to lose one of the two boxes. *** was zero help in finding my missing package, so I contacted customer service, and they replied almost immediately. Not only did they reach out to *** to resolve the issue but they kept my updated every step of the way. When I informed them that I needed this desk by a certain date, they reached out to the manufacture and I had the missing pieces within a week. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with their services. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

5 Stars Plus! I have no words to express how thankful I am to Home Shopping Malls/Totally Furniture for the way they managed my order. Items were as expected, delivery was better than expected and customer service was exceptionally good. In order to give some context to this review, I have to say that I was risking buying here since I read not so many good reviews on different places, then I went to ComplaintsBoard.com and found an A+ rating but since it appears that they go with two different names I wasn't so sure. When the item arrived earlier than expected was good but it was even better when a problem was noticed in one of the items and their answer was prompt, pertinent, and reliable. The replacement arrived in less than a week, in perfect condition. No hassles, no questions, no extra fees, just the due diligence and required procedures (like taking pictures of the box and the item, preserving the box, and following their instructions). I'm really grateful for their answer, so much that I don't usually make reviews, but this time 'noblesse obliges'.
Poor experience
Poor experience. I ordered a Home Styles L shaped desk from them on 4/20. I asked them to make sure the desk was in stock, and was assured it was in stock and would ship in the next few days. Then I received an email from them saying it wouldn't ship until 6/12. I emailed them back trying to understand why something in stock wouldn't ship until 2 months later. They told me it was sent in error, and reaffirmed that the manufacturer had a lot set aside specifically for their customers. They then said it should ship in the next few days. 10 business days later, it still hasn't shipped and no word from the company. I emailed, and no response. The next day I get another automated email saying it will ship in 6/12, a month and a half away. I email the company back looking for an explanation and telling them I want a refund ifxthe productx isn't in stock, because I don't want to wait 1.5mo for a desk. No response. The next day I get issued a refund. No explanation on why I was told multiple times that the product was in stock. No response to my requests for explanation. Wasted 3 weeks waiting for this company to ship me a desk - I will not do business with again. 2 stars because they initially responded to email communication, and then stopped.

I purchased a bunk bed after my girls fell in love with it. When it arrived, it had cracks/splits, spots of raw wood showing through the white paint, gray colored scuffs and large patches of jagged wood sticking up! I immediately contacted the company by phone and was told that the bed was not suppose to be like this and I would most likely be sent a new bed and an email would be sent. I received it with instructions to send pictures. I did so and was offered new parts until I said it was almost every single piece! I then received an email stating that "the bed was suppose to look distressed". When I pointed out that the description, on their website, does not mention this (nor do the pictures look as such) the excuses began, ignoring the fact that the bed is unsafe! I contacted the manufacturer who said this was the sellers problem to fix. I was eventually offered a refund and when I said I would like one, I was told sorry, you can not have one. I asked to speak to a superior. I was contacted again, by email, and again offered a refund under the terms that I pay round trip shipping. I arranged for pick up and it cost more to ship back than I paid for the bed! I would end up paying this company to take the bed back! The company told me today I am out of luck. This is all during the pandemic as well.

First and last time I will purchase anything from Totally Furniture. We bought an outdoor dinning table and chairs from them, price was not that cheap compare with other reputable companies but we decided to give Totally Furniture a try. The items took 20 days to arrive! shocking as I have purchased large patio items online from Home Depot and Wayfair and they arrived within a week. Totally Furniture uses a company called RoadRunner freight for shipping, this is by far the worst company when it comes to handling items with care, the driver did not even bother to get out of the back of the shipping truck to hand me the items, he just dropped them from the top and told me to pick them up, obviously the boxes came badly damaged. We were lucky only the main table was badly damaged, chairs were ok. Totally furniture initiated the exchange of the table after having to provide lots of pictures, pictures of the damage, pictures of the box, pictures of the labels, even they requested picture of the assembling instructions highlighting the part in particular, no problem. Unfortunately the replacement of my table would take close to 3 months and while I wait I must maintain the original damaged table in the original packaging, they kept saying it was not their fault, the manufacture had to ship the replacement from China. Their process to help customers with damaged items is totally unacceptable, this is not a reputable company, never again.

I have tried to resolve a return issue with one of their products. I have exchanged some emails with them,*** and Discount Bandit. No resolution. Exchanging emails with Retailer (Home Shopping Malls),*** and Discount Bandit. I was issued a RA: *** from Home Shopping Malls and a pick up # (PRP) from***. Home Shopping shipped a cabinet to me and it had a label with a bar code on it. They now tell me that they can give me a return authorization # to return the produce but no label. That I have to make up my own label and I, the customer, cannot create a label with a bar code. Duringng another conversation with***, I was told I cannot do this and they should be able to generate a label with a bar code. If I send it back to Home Shopping Malls it cost me more than 3 times the rate to send it back.*** has suggested that Home Shopping Malls contact them to give them their account # and then I can return it for $20. I reached out to Home Shopping Malls again today to ask them to contact Home Shopping Malls, but this time I tried to reach out by requesting that Mr M the Managing Principal of the company handle this dilemna so we can resolve this problem.

Requested resend or refund and have gotten no response.
Item not as described re-packaged and ready to ship back Company refuses to except because package was opened. Shady business practices. Company keeps on disregarding my emails. Finally got them to respond states that if I open the package I can ship it back and if I didn't open the package I can send it back with a 20% restocking and pay my own shipping label? Well package has been opened nothing like pictured it's back of the box so obviously it's not eligible for a refund? I have been awaiting a delivery since Oct. 2020 My order has been delayed several times, and with complete understand regarding the delay due to COVID. I called to cancel my order after several delivery dates being cancelled over 3 months, they representative told me she would process the refund. Within the same day that afternoon they created a *** Label, I contacted them regarding my refund and they status shipping has been initiated no refund . They are scamming customers, that conversation took place on 12/20 and the tracking information does not exist except a label being created. I have not received any communication back and are updates on my order.
I placed orders on Jan 7, 2021 for living room set. On Jan 11, received email that my order is preparing to ship and they advised, when receiving the package to write down the " BOX IS DAMAGED". I did exactly what they asked me to do. On Jan 22 & 23 received the furniture. they were all damaged . I called and Sent them emails to let them know & I provided the requested pictures. I asked them to come and pick up their damaged furniture and refund my money back. They told me that they will refund me once they pick it up. They guy came &refused to pick them up as they are not packed and Heavy . He told me to let them hire moving company. Called Totally Furniture & the lady who told me we can't refund you unless they get the furniture, inspect & send them back to CA. Since Jan23, I was waiting for them to schedule a pick up. I kept calling almost daily. Now they are telling me wait for another email to schedule another pick up. I want a refund immediately to buy another set instead.

One of the 2 accent tables arrived broken. The bracket that secures the doors was broken. I was asked by the customer service representative could i fix it myself. After informing the customer service representative that the wood was chipped, a replacement one was ordered and the broken item would be picked up. The replacement item was received on November 29th.*** left the box outside in the rain. The second replacement doors were off track and could not close. You had to lift up on the doors in order for it to close. Once it closed, it had a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom. I was asked to send pictures both times, but no information about who would pick up the items. Now its over a month, I still have not heard from anyone about when the accent tables will be picked up. I was asked to send more pictures according to customer service. I have 2 large boxes in my family room with no shipping information. I have been given the run around about a replacement. I ask for a refund and was told I could not receive a refund. You assistace is greatly appreciated.

Waited forever for any help! Returns took forever! I have had an overall horrible experience with Home Shopping Malls. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I ordered my first couch beginning of July. They continued extending the date I was supposed to get it until I eventually cancelled my order and received a refund. I ordered a similar couch from them that said it was available. It took over a month to get to me because they said the ottoman had actually not been in stock. When the couch finally arrived, the ottoman was not with it. It apparently had been lost whilst being shipped. I called to have it fixed and they said they were trying to locate it. I waited another month and a half with no contact about the ottoman. I finally called and cancelled the ottoman. HSM told me they would refund me within 48 hours. I never heard back. Finally after a few weeks, I called again and they weren't able to do anything for me. I am still waiting on my refund. I have never had such a frustrating experience with any order I've placed anywhere else. I will never shop with Home Shopping Malls again.
I ordered a buffet hutch from HSM
I ordered a buffet hutch from HSM. I only received 2/3 boxes of the structure. No one from HSM is returning my emails about the issue. Concerning order *** placed on 4/30 for a buffet table hutch with stainless steel top, SKU:*** Paid with *** card in amount of $642.10. I have only received the stainless steel table top and the upper portion of the hutch. Each arrived May 8th unexpectedly before receiving any tracking email from HSM. After opening said boxes I realized I was missing the entire bottom buffet table portion, meaning there was a third box. After contacting HSM the first time via email 5/9, I was promptly responded Within a day with *** tracking number, ***, and was told it would be delivered next week. Next week came and Went. I checked *** tracking. It said the box was left at my back door on May 15th. There was no box left at my back door. Or anywhere. I contacted *** and was told I had until May 20th and if it was not delivered then, the case was closed and I'd have to File a "lost package" claim with the supplier, HSM. It never came. Since 5/20, I have sent numerous emails to HSM concerning the issue and have yet to receive a response. Their phone number also does not allow voicemails to be left.

Having issues returning the product I ordered. Wanting me to pay to return. I requested a tracking number on my package because it had been almost a month and I hadn't received it. I ordered my product on April 24th. My original date was set to May 2nd. I then heard back from them and they changed my delivery date to June 6th. I sent them a screenshot my my first delivery date and they were telling me it's an estimate date only. I wouldn't have order from HSM if the wait was 2 months! I ordered elsewhere and received merchandise in 2 days. I'm wanting to return the unopened product back but I'm having to pay for label and shipping and 20% restocking fee! I sent an email out stating that why should i pay and they wrote back " We get the items directly from the manufacturer and it looks like the item sold out and didn't restock until late May." Now then why should I as the customer have to pay, I had no idea the item wasn't in stock and was going to wait 2 months for it. If you're SOLD OUT why was I able to check out in my cart when purchased! You falsely sold me product you didn't have and delayed my delivery, plus making me pay to return! Why are you selling things you don't have in inventory? Need no added charges and complete refund with paid return labels as I don't want your product!

No public phone #, no response to emails. Trying to get a refund for something I have yet to receive and then they say it shipped after my emails. Hsm doesn't have a public phone number, their "online chat" doesn't work. I only got an est. shipping date after I paid for the desk, to ship a month later. I found a cheaper desk in the time frame and wanted to cancel and get a full refund and then about two days later I get an email saying the desk is ready to ship but got no response from customer service to my emails. So I'm guessing they're never going to reply or if they do they'll try to charge me money to ship it back before I get a refund even though they never shipped it until after I sent my email. Still haven't gotten a response back.

I ordered the furniture with the expectation that I allowed plenty of time for it to ship and or receive notification if otherwise. I cannot wait the additional days needed to receive the sofa. Therefore, I am requesting a refund on the sofa. I decided to file a concern/complaint. With the hopes this company works on customer service and communication. Received a system generated e-mail to change my payment method as I was shipping to a different address than my billing address. Totally a scam - ordered two products and received a system generated e-mail that I had to change my payment method as I was shipping to a different address from my billing. System generated a second order included additional state taxes and then I receive a note from Fed Ex that the shipments were still going to incorrect address. I had to redirect both shipments incurring two additional fees and the company basically said nothing they can do when the first order I placed was accurate. Order Number TF-XXXXXX placed on October 22. For an error caused by their system duplicating the original order and following the instructions generated by the systematic e-mail, my order has now the added charges of: $13.44 NC State Tax added to the duplicate order $13.25 to redirect shipment number 1 $13.25 to redirect shipment number 2 $39.94 Total additional charges Spoke to a representative and she would not give her name but said she could not credit these additional charges and hung up.

Then the ship date got changed to 11/11. Then it got changed to 12/2. Then it got changed to 12/16. Typically HSM did not contact me about the change in shipping dates, but rather, I had to contact them asking where my furniture was - so there might have been more changes in shipping dates between those. The HSM customer service agents would not take ownership for the change in shipping dates, nor would they discount/partially refund my order despite all of the issues. They said the manufacturer could not supply the order, but the same exact piece of furniture came back in stock at other stores during this time (e.g., Walmart), so that was simply not true. Eventually I said that if my order does not actually ship on 12/16 I will have to cancel my order, and they went ahead and canceled my order right then without my permission (it's still not 12/16 yet). The customer service representatives were dishonest and jerking me around. There is no phone contact number so communication had to be by email, so I have records of everything. I ended up ordering the same furniture from a different company.

Sent incomplete order, damaged product, and have been unable to resolve the issue after over a month. December 14th - I ordered a bed from TF (Order # ***). The shipment arrived in 3 boxes, all of which were torn and beaten, and there were numerous scratches on most pieces, and multiple parts had come apart at various joints. Also missing were all of the hardware (screws, brackets, etc) and assembly instructions. I called and left a VM for the company, to which they responded in email asking for part numbers and photos. I responded with photos, and reaffirmed that the parts are not labled, nor do i have instructions. The company informs me that a replacement unit has been shipped out to include the replacement parts and the assembly hardware. However, when it arrived, it was just 2 pieces to a completely different bed (these parts were white, when the bed I ordered was walnut). To which I requested replacements. Coming up on nearly a month since this process started, we are no closer to having this issue resolved. Moreover, the customer service department has been unwilling to communicate properly with myself (the customer) or their supplier (the manufacturer) and has made nothing but excuse after excuse. I had requested to begin the retun and refund process on more than one occasion, and absolutely nothing has been progressed. Do not buy furniture from this company online.

I ordered a 7 piece patio set and only received 3 pieces. Order# *** I purchased a 7 piece patio set on 6/18 and paid $181.31 just for shipping alone. The set itself was $1,119.58. It was not delivered until 7/29 which the website did not disclose that it would take that long when I purchased it. Upon delivery, I only received 2 out of 6 chairs and the driver explained that the other boxes must have been left at the shipping dock. They informed me to call the freight company who then informed me to call totally furniture. Totally furniture then blamed me and claimed that they sent me an email stating not to sign the delivery ticket unless it had all of the included items. However, I never received that email so I was unaware of that info. They then emailed me a copy of that lost email and refused to send me the missing 4 chairs. When I called the freight company again they informed me that when an issue like this happens, totally furniture charges them for losing freight however totally furniture is refusing to send me my missing items or offer a partial refund for the 4 chairs so they will make money on this deal through the freight company but I am left to eat $1,200 on a patio set that I cannot use because I don't have the missing 4 chairs. I should not be held responsible for a email that is lost in cyberspace which they keep resending me and refuse to offer a partial refund or re send the chairs. This is unacceptable!

I ordered 2 of an item, and only one was sent. This is still unresolved. I ordered 2 of the same item and discovered only one was sent. I notified the company and they said they would send the second item and provide tracking info. This was an item I needed for the thanksgiving holiday and originally ordered many weeks in advance. On Tuesday before thanksgiving I called the customer service again as the tracking never came, and I asked for an update on the status, to please change it to overnight shipping so it would arrive by the holiday, and to offer me a discount for the inconvenience and the error. I was told a manager needed to be contacted to discuss this and they were away, I was told an email would be sent to me that evening summarizing what would be done. I asked to be called by phone instead but was told they could not definitely accommodate this request for a phone call back because they were "too busy." An email or call never came so I called this morning, the Wednesday before thanksgiving for an update. I was told they could not do overnight shipping and had no additional information on the status of the item. When I asked for a manager I was transferred to a voicemail without warning. I called back and asked for a manager and was told the manager is too busy on other calls and they could transfer my call but it would be "hit or miss" if I actually spoke to the manager. I said that I was going to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com if I could not speak to a manager and my call was again transferred to a voicemail where I left a message stating that I would be making a complaint.

The confirmation email stated that the estaimated ship date was August 27th. I received another email on August 24th, stating that the items would be shipped between 5-10 business days. On August 25th, I received yet another email stating that the estimated ship date was back to August 27th. On Saturday, September 5th, I emailed the company and asked if my order had been shipped yet. On Sunday, September 6th, I received an email that said the new ship date was changed September 10th. On September 6th, I sent email asking why the ship date had changed. The company wrote me back on Tuesday, September 8th and said: Many of our manufacturers are experiencing delays at this time due to COVID-19. As online orders have become more common over the last few months, most companies initially had to deal with a lack of staffing to meet the higher demand. And while most companies have made efforts to increase their available staff, they are still working back to meet orders that had been delayed. At the same time, Shipping companies such as *** are experiencing similar delays, and have placed limits on most manufacturers that prevent them from shipping more products at one time. We apologize for the inconvenience. I felt something was wrong, so I looked up their reviews and came across the ComplaintsBoard.com and read all of the previous complaints against them. On Saturday, September 12th, I sent the company an email asking for them to cancel my order and refund my money.

Ordered bed frame, tried to cancel order, product was shipped anyways. When trying to return, CS delayed item pick up until no longer returnable. On Sept 12, I placed an order for a bed frame. The estimated ship date was 10/05. On 10/06, I contacted CS to cancel the order since it still had not shipped. I received an email back saying they received my request but needed to get approval from the manufacture, which could take 1+ business days. On 10/12, I received a shipping notification on the order I requested to cancel. I emailed CS again, confused. They informed me that my request to return couldn't be processed because it was 'too far along in the shipping process'. I responded by saying I canceled this order 6 days ago, and requested to start their return process for this item. Communication from them ceased. On 10/19, after multiple attempts to contact, I received approval to return the product under the terms that it is shipped back within 7 days, with myself responsible for return shipping fees. I responded stating this was unacceptable, given I cancelled this order before it shipping and shouldn't have been delivered to me. They agreed and said they would cover return shipping and would schedule*** to pick the item up the next day. The next day comes,*** never picks up the item. I emailed CS again stating this. They insist that*** will come and to wait until 10/26 and then contact them again if*** hasn't arrived. It should be noted that 10/26 is the 7th, and last, day within their 7 day return policy. Today is 10/27,*** has never shown up. CS is not responding to my requests to extend the 7 day policy, since the multiple pick up dates they 'scheduled' with*** were never successful.

I purchased a couch in Feb 2020, which was receded defective. To date, there has been no resolve. I would like to obtain a refund. I ordered a couch from Total Furnute on February 29, which was received on March 12. Upon receiving the order, I noticed the couch had a small stain of sorts on the fabric, was missing a few plastic footings,and the sliding chair portion was not locking in place. I contacted TF and advised them of these issues and in return they asked me for photos, which I took and returned the same day. I then received a request for a video of the sliding couch, which I gave to them the same day. I finally received a response on 3/31, which only stated that the manufacture does not believe that its broken. I reached back out to clarify the issues with the couch and to obtain contact information for the manufacture, which I did not receive a response. So, fast forward to April 30, and all I have is an email saying the manufacture tried to get in touch with me, but had no luck. - I have no emails or phone calls from said manufacture, have not been given a phone number, nor have I gotten any closer to resolving this issue. However, on May 14, I received an email saying my replacement has shipped, but I had not been made aware of any of this. When I checked the tracking number, the package was not addressed to me and it was sent to another person in NJ. I have contacted them again, but I no longer want to do business with this company and would like a full refund for the couch. I have offered to return it or drive it up to the warehouse, but they will not respond. The couch has been non functional since I received it and I can no longer wait to have a proper seating arrangement in my apartment. Therefore, I need to purchase another couch and will need to dispose of or return the one in my apartment. In my attempts to contact this company, I have seen many other unhappy customers posting their grievances and even through the Covid, it's not just the customer service, but the products themselves.

I have tried to contact this company several times due to an order that I paid for but was never shipped, and I am unable to cancel the order. This company is engaging in false advertising and unethical practices. Their website says "phone availability may be limited due to Covid-19", but that is false. When you call, there is a recording that remote staff are not returning calls or responding to voicemails. There is no option to even leave a voicemail. The website says nothing at all about shipping delays due to the pandemic. They are taking people's money but not sending their items, and they are not communicating accurate information to the buyer. My credit card was charged on May 15 for an order I placed the day before. I received an email that the item would ship by May 22. On May 24, I contacted them to ask what the actual ship date was. Sarah with Home Shopping Malls/Totally Furniture said that the manufacturing company was "experiencing delays due to limited warehouse staff but would most likely ship it out by May 29." When I spoke to the manufacturing company directly, they told me that the issue is NOT with limited warehouse staff, but that the Totally Furniture website had "overpromised" the item (i.e. stated the item was in stock when it, in fact, was not). The manufacturer had "no idea where the merchant was getting their information about it shipping by the 29th, but that it was not from them." According to the manufacturer, the item would not be ready to ship for another until 2 weeks. I contacted Sarah again and asked for a full refund, including the $40 they charged for shipping. I asked that her supervisor reply to my email. No response yet. When I attempt to check the status of my order through the My Account feature on Totally Furniture's website, it claims I have placed zero orders. The cancellation policy only states that customers needing to cancel an order should "contact them immediately and that orders are not deemed canceled until a cancelation email from Totally Furniture is received. If an order has shipped, or is in the process of shipping, it may not be cancelled."

Paid over $1600 for a china buffet cabinet. After a very long wait for the item, it was delivered broken and damaged. I purchased a china cabinet from the company, TOTALLY FURNITURE. I paid in full as I had saved the money for a long time to purchase this item...They were very slow to ship, when the merchandise finally arrived it was broken so my husband didn't accept it. My complaint is that made me pay 239.00 dollars for shipping. You think a big company like them would be able to deliver items without damage. It is not my fault that the item was broken.. I have called and emailed them several times to with no answer. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND. On 9/2 I called Totally Furniture to inquire about the inventory of a table item number ***. I was told by the representative that answered the phone that she checked the warehouse and that they have 11 tables in inventory and if I purchased on that day my order should ship in the next couple of days.. and that it would be shipping from California. I immediately hung up the phone and placed my order online to purchase and pay for the table on 9/2. I received email confirmation of my order ***. The confirmation stated that my order would ship in 2 - 10 days and that they will notify me of the tracking number via email once my order ships. I called Totally Furniture last week on Sept 9 to inquire about the status of my order, as I still had not received an email that my item has shipped. No one answered the phone after several attempts to call, so I sent an email inquiring about the status. I got an email response back from them that the item has just come into stock and that it would ship in 7 - 10 business days. I was not happy with that response. On 9/13 I called again several times to inquire again about the status of my order... again no one answered the phone. I then sent an email again stressing my frustration about not receiving notification that my order has shipped yet. Totally Furniture responded to my email with this response: "Hello,I understand your concern. I apologize for this inconvenience. This order is on the *** trailer at the manufacturer's warehouse (Best Master Furniture). *** is experiencing delays with their trailer pickups - as soon as this is picked up and scanned you will see movement with this tracking number. This should occur in the next 2-7 business days. Thank you.". I am very upset at this point as now they are telling me that I have to wait up to another 7 business days because my order is sitting on a trailer at the manufactures warehouse! I purchased the table because I was told it was in inventory in the warehouse.. and I wanted to have the table in time to celebrate my daughter's birthday on 9/12. My daughter's birthday has passed and my table has still not been shipped. I have already paid for the table and I would like to receive my table. I can't get anyone on the phone and I continue to get a canned email response that the item is in a warehouse or on a trailer. This appears to be a pattern with this company as I now see many similar complaints about this company that have been filed. I would like to have this matter resolved quickly and receive the table that I have already paid for asap... not 7 business days from now. I was told my Totally Furniture that there were tables in inventory.. and that it would ship in a couple of days.. a couple of days has turned into weeks. Totally Furniture appears to be using deceptive practices to sell items that are not in inventory at the time that they are saying it is. If I would have known that they did not have tables in inventory and that my delivery would be delayed this long, I would not have purchased the table.

The company sent me an unsafe bed that was incorrectly listed on their website. They refuse a full refund after my attempts for the past 7 weeks I purchased the Sweetheart Bunk Bed from this company on 07/05 after my daughters fell in love with it. I paid $777.00 total after shipping costs, which was the lowest price I could find. The bed came Sunday 07/12 and I spent 1.5 hours opening 2 of 4 boxes to find all parts with cracks/splits, gray scuffs and large patches of unpainted raw jagged wood sticking up! I called Totally Furniture Monday morning 07/13 and spoke with a lady who said the bed was not suppose to be like this, that it must have just been a bad bed and i would most likely have to send it back for a new one. She said she would forward the information and I would be contacted via email to send pictures and report the problem. This was my only verbal contact with this company. I was sent an email that day with instructions to send only 3 pictures clearly showing the damaged parts and a very brief description of what was pictured. I chose 3 pictures showing the different types of damage (raw jagged wood, cracks ect.) and sent my description. I was then asked to provide part numbers to replace the damaged parts. When I told them that it was every single piece that had some type of abrasion, I got the reply of "the bed is suppose to look distressed", completely ignoring the fact that the bed was unsafe! If the bed was suppose to look distressed, why was I offered new parts to replace the "damaged" ones? When I pointed out that the bed must be incorrectly listed because the description did not mention this anywhere nor did the pictures look as such, I was told the description says rustic. Though it did, rustic means "relating to the countryside", not distressed. Which would lead one to believe the style of the bed (hearts and shuttered windows) was being described and not the finish. Upon looking at my screenshots, I seen there were two wood finishes listed. "White Finish" being at the top of the features, and further down the page was "Rustic White Finish". I pointed out, again, that the bed description is misleading and frankly, listed incorrectly beings as there are two finishes listed. I was then offered new parts or a refund. I replied that I would like the refund considering I was being told that the bed was essentially suppose to be like this and my children are going to get splinters or their hair caught in these patches of jagged wood. I received an email stating that the manufacturer does not allow returns. I asked why I was offered a refund if a refund were not an option and asked to speak to a superior. I was emailed and offered a refund again! I asked for a shipping label and was told I would have to arrange shipping myself and pay round-trip shipping costs. I arranged for the boxes to be picked up through two different companies and it cost more to have the bed shipped back than I paid for the bed and initial shipping. I would have to pay this company $900 to keep their $700 bed! I contacted Totally Furniture again, asking for a shipping label because I would not be paying them several hundred dollars to take their unsafe, incorrectly listed bed back. I got an email back with choice words in CAPS and realized the company was not going to do what was right. I would like to add that these emails took place over the course of many weeks. Sometimes I would wait several days for a response. I filed a review hoping it may be of some help but to no prevail. The company has terms and conditions that make returns pointless for anyone because you will always end up paying them in the end. The customer service is horrible and they are untrustworthy. They have since changed this beds description, which from other reviews/complaints I have read, would not be the first time they have done so. I have before/after screenshots of the bed listing on their website, as well as all emails. This bed has brought nothing but problems. It has now been 7 weeks. This company is a nightmare!

I love my table. My husband got me one for Christmas in 2020, and I decided that I needed another one so I recently ordered it. It arrived in an acceptable amount of time and it was in great condition. The color matched perfectly to the one that I already had. Assembly was easy and the table is very solid.
I usually don't take the time to submit a review, but I felt compelled to in this case. I recently purchased a counter stool for my kitchen. Working with HSM was a real pleasure. Ordering was easy, and I received the chair on the date they said it would be delivered (during a time when so many other companies make promises on delivery and then keep extending the date). And to my surprise and delight, it was mostly put together and only required a few minutes of my time to finish. All in all, this was a great experience and I would recommend HSM to others for sure.
