Honda Financial Services review: Billing statements/ vin#7fars6h9xpe01563/ frank terkelsen

I am in need of some assistance...

1. I have not received a billing statement for my account and I do not know why I am not getting my statement in the mail as i have received before. I need the statement in the mail so i can pay the bill and accept the bill. It says my bill is due the 26th but you did not present the statement.

2. When I signed the application you went to the federal reserve and got paid dollar for dollar, so the collateral was already paid for because I am the lender not the borrower. I need to transfer the Principal Balance to the PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT: FRANK TERKELSEN. I, Frank Terkelsen, am the agent on behalf of the Principal. I am demanding that the principal balance be transferred to the Principal account. The positive balance is the Unearned interest and Equity that is to be returned to me the agent on behalf of the Principal account.

3. I am unable to do so because you have not presented the bill to me.

The bill and statement in the positive balance id a refund to me, the agent on behalf of the principal.
