Pay for coverage but no coverage
I have a Chrysler Pacifica, the back right door roller jumped the track then broke the window. I have the (extreme coverage) They wouldn't pay crap. The part that caused the broken window was covered under their warranty but they wouldn't pay for the window being broken. It states on the coverage no glass warranty and I understand that but the damn part that caused the broken glass was the issue. I'm cancelling my worthless coverage. I had to pay $725 for the repair they paid $300 and fought that. They don't have a problem taking my money for coverage though.
People don't waste your time and get this when you purchase a vehicle the sales people get a kick back and you would be better wiping your [censored] with the extra money there isn't coverage worth the cost.
Recommendation: Waste of money
Sorry excuse for a warranty
Sorry excuse for a warranty. got bumper to bumper on a veh with 46k miles. yea my butt this is no bumper to bumper . they refuse to do alot of diff issues but its all in the fine print that you dont see and dealer does not tell you. total waste of time and money. stay away from nwan. its a joke. they dont give a option for 0 stars or they would get 0
Talked to Sarah K about transferring warranty. She was incredibly helpful and emailed everything I needed very quickly. It was nice to talk to a real person - and one who was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
Positive & professional service every time I called. Cleared up any concerns I had. Thanks RR
I have had this "warranty" for five years and paid several thousand dollars for it
I have had this "warranty" for five years and paid several thousand dollars for it. I have had one very small claim paid (hardly worth filing). Anything I've ever asked for has been denied. Latest is transmission line which broke on the highway in a small town. After filing claim weeks ago I was told it was denied. Getting this "warranty" is the biggest mistake I've ever made. It's a total farce!
The agents are helpful, patient and knowledgeable to answer any questions you have and research the information requested to help in any way that they can.
I appreciate that there is generally no hassle for getting things done that I need to get done. Their service works as expected without unnecessary hoops to jump through, which seems rare these days. Appreciate the No-nonsense mindset.
First, let me start by saying that Warranty Forever is awesome! I bought a brand new Honda CRV in 2014 and the dealership put Warranty Forever on all of their cars, new or used, regardless of manufacturer or miles. They did not sell cars with over 100K. I paid my car off 3 years ago and the peace of mind the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty gives me, keeps me in my car. I have completed every service with the easy authorization phone call (evey agent in 8 years has been friendly and professional), kept every invoice, and in doing so, has kept me from being lazy with my services. You can't just do oil changes and expect your car to perform at it's optimum level. I have had to use the Warranty and it was easy. No hassles. I do what I am supposed to in order to protect my investment, and in return, every part of the powertrain is covered. The manufacturer's powertrain warranty expired over 67K miles ago. The best part, they use OEM parts for repairs, new, and if the part cost more than the value of your car, they will give you a check for the value and let you keep your car. After all, nothing lives Forever, not even your car. So, just completing services according to the manufacturer's schedule, calling in to preauthorize before your service, and keeping all of your invoices is your job. If you sell or trade in the car, how many people can actually provide invoices for each and every service they did? Having these invoices may be the reason your trade is worth more. I love the peace of mind and the level of service I get from my Warranty Forever!
I bought a 5 year old used car with less then 50K miles in Florida for my wife to drive
I bought a 5 year old used car with less then 50K miles in Florida for my wife to drive. It included a "life time power train warranty", something I had never heard of before. I had the car for 1 week and drove it 441 miles before it broke down leaving me on the side of the interstate. It was towed to a different dealer, where it took 3 weeks and created a 2827.92 bill, which NAE/NWAN refused to pay.

I paid $1,256.00 for paint, fabric, rip, and tear on my 2020 Discovery Sport. I took my car to dealership to have seats cleaned but they were unable to remove stain. I made appointment to have seat replaced since stain could not be removed. This company only paid to have seat patched up instead of seat replaced. The patch work did not remove stain. After I realized what was done, I Contacted dealer and wS told by service advisor that NWN refused to pay for seat. I contacted NWAN myself to see why the claim was denied and was told it was denied because stain was from previous owner. I don't even know how stain got there because I didn't see it when I originally purchased car. I was asked to email pictures of stain and was again told that my claim was denied because it was done by previous owner. Since the previous stain was removed and it came back, that will make this stain a new stain. I would like my seat replaced or a refund of $1,256 for warranty that I paid. I just purchased car January 7, 2022 for 60 months.
I have had to call in twice now for a windshield replacement and they have been prompt and able to help get me in super fast! Thank you for the prompt customer service
I bought my truck at a dealership (***) with a forever warranty
I bought my truck at a dealership (***) with a forever warranty. Rear axle assembly, transfer case, and front hubs needed to be replaced. They called NWAN and was told all had to be disassembled with photographs taken and some parts sent to them. I was told it would take about 3 weeks turnaround and $1200 to do this just to see if it was under warranty and if rejected I'm am out the $1200. Dealership said they have had rejections and it was a crap shoot. Warranty is worthless and just there to help sell vehicle. The dealership is just as bad as this place.
Will find any reason to deny claim. Not worth time or money
My 2018 S60 Volvo needed to go in to have the drivers side door wiring harness fixed. The door just randomly stopped working, and with Covid, I have barely driven in over 2 years. The Volvo dealership I had brought my car to for repairing the wiring sent the estimates to NWAN for the warranty to cover the repair and the warranty company stated they would send the approval letter to the dealership so that we could get the repairs going. When talking to the dealership to confirm they were able to get the warranty approved, they stated they are still waiting for the email approval (hours later from them speaking with the warranty reps). I called NWAN to get a copy of the email and spoke with a John who said he would send me a copy of the email so that I would have it as well but also mentioned he had sent it to Volvo already anyway. Well, I never received the email, and the next day I called back and spoke with a Connie and she happily sent me the email and had sent the approval email to Volvo. When picking my car up it was clear the warranty company did not cover the full amount they should have. I called back and spoke with Nicole and she had a wicked attitude with me, and stated they only cover MSRP, which is fine, however it was short $277, not even close to the MSRP cost. She stated then that it was due to the labor charge was only covered up to so many hours. I requested to speak with a manager, and she refused and said she'd have a manager call me back. I won't hold my breathe, but also she stated they have a clear guide on how long a wiring repair could take. I don't think 3.5 hours to take a door apart and fix the wiring would take only about an hour, depending on the repair, however Nicole was rude and I paid a lot for this warranty and also have to pay a $100 deductible, when they aren't even covering the estimate amount? I would give zero stars and am very much in the red. I want my money back.
I had a flat tire on my RV they told me what they wanted me to do I had to buy the tire and do a service call first and then they will reimburse me a going back and forth with him for 3 weeks my turnaround refuse to pay anything worst warranty ever

I purchased a vehicle in February
I purchased a vehicle in February . The contract read I needed to have the oil changed at 5k miles but because of the pandemic and nationwide shutdown I was at 6,800 miles. The company showed no compassion or willingness to be flexible during COVID-19 even though it was a marginal amount over. The manufacturer recommends an oil change every 10k miles for Mercedes and the oil change had nothing to do with the faulty part. These are the types of moments you get to prove your integrity as a business and this showed me their true colors as an organization. I would never do business with them again.
If I could give less than 1 star I would, bought a new 2016 ram 2500 with lifetime power train coverage
If I could give less than 1 star I would, bought a new 2016 ram 2500 with lifetime power train coverage. Very little info from dealership, just that I had to use certified dealers for service, used my home town dealership,(***) for service, since I didn't buy from them they said I had to call NWAN and let them know, used one dealer in central AR once, Trans went out, they won't honor warranty because I didn't call them every time I used same dealership over a 5 1/2 year period, I'm out 6 grand and they collect twice the fee for service over that period. Any one thinking of lifetime power train, find out how much they are charging you, tell them to stick it and take price off vehicle.

These car Dealers have tie ups with such companies and unnecessarily put the customers in trouble
These car Dealers have tie ups with such companies and unnecessarily put the customers in trouble. We dont even get a chance to choose our service provider. These companies take advantage of this, since they dont directly deal with customers while writing the contract, and easily say "not covered" for anything and everything. Very poor customer service, almost can be called cheating. Even with these low ratings and reviews, these companies are existing, since they have the blessings of the dealerships. Any government intervention on such dealerships and service providers? Is this site even working and noticed by Government entities, so that these "easy" money earners can be punished and be made go out of business?
If I could rate this company as a zero, I would
If I could rate this company as a zero, I would. I have been getting timely oil changes and services for 6 years. I moved to a rural location with only 2 mechanics in town. I called in to get pre-approved for an oil change and told them my appointment was a month later. They said it would be fine. Fast forward two years, it was not fine. My car broke down and they wouldn't honor my warranty because of one month. I was still within the recommended mileage. But THEY said I would be fine. But they won't honor it. They won't work with me. There is no empathy. They don't care at all. Why would any reputable dealership use a warranty company that is rated 1.3 out of 5? Terrible company. Thanks for nothing. On a scale from 1-5 (5 being most valuable), how would you rate this business?
Don't purchase a NWAN Lifetime Warranty or 100,000 mile extended warranty for your automobile
Don't purchase a NWAN Lifetime Warranty or 100,000 mile extended warranty for your automobile. I have both and have paid out est. total of $3200 to their $300. If you own both, the cross over expectations will end up voiding the Warranty for Life on the power train on your auto. Lots of extra requirements for maintenance which adds to your payout. (Not included in the $3200 listed above). We are retired and travel often. Calling in to get permission for an oil change or other work can't be done when you don't have cell coverage. Now that our pickup is getting enough mileage they might have to pay a little, they dropped us for having the oil changed at a dealership without permission. One breakdown would have cost me more to be towed to the dealer of their requirement, than the cost of the work and part at a local certified mechanic. Dealership working on my truck when I was cutoff was apologetic and disappointed, but could do nothing to help reverse the decision. It was the dealership that sold me the policies.

Bought a new Telluride that had with it a windshield replacement warranty that cost $1000
Bought a new Telluride that had with it a windshield replacement warranty that cost $1000. Had no choice in the matter. Less than a year new, experienced a chip and crack in the windshield which by most standards is potentially dangerous. NWAN, Inc responded with a chip/crack fill which any one would do at a low cost. It was a poor job as the chip and crack is quite annoying and was told so to the company. However, unless (via picture which was very hard to reflect the impact) the chip and crack was viewed within a small window of view from the drivers perspective, they would not replace the windshield. Basically, to their own discretion! The windshield itself is expensive to replace to due advanced technology. Despite feeling unsatisfied, pleading with NWAN, Inc., they refused to comply. Please use caution when considering this warranty! It is the next thing to a pure scam. I agree with the significant amount of poor reviews and red flags discussed that this company will do anything it can to avoid the very thing that it sells!

I received the forever warranty with the purchase of a new cr-v in 2012
I received the forever warranty with the purchase of a new cr-v in 2012. I've been taking it to the dealership for each and every oil change/incident that came up, changing my oil every 5000 miles, rather than the recommended 7500-10k, changing every single filter or having x service performed as suggested based on mileage/duration. Fast forward to when I actually need to use my warranty, they tell me my policy's voided because I was a month or two over on some oil changes. I apparently needed to perform them every 6 months, while honda's recommendation is within 12. This I was not told, but of course it's in the fine print. What a joke! So i should change my oil at 3k for what purpose exactly? I've already been wasting $ on additional oil changes with the 5k rule. The service crew was genuinely surprised the claim was denied. If they're going to void your warranty, like any other company, they need to alert their customers, not have them find out when they deny the claim. I had a false sense of security from this warranty with my aging vehicle. I was continually doing more frequent maintenance than necessary which alone is money out of my pocket. Their system needs to have the capability of connecting with authorized service departments. It's not difficult to allow the service departments to forward each maintenance record to update their systems. I'd love to see the percent of claims they actually pay out on.

You're one of the lucky ones. I've followed all the requirements for servicing my RAM 2500. I called for preauthorization for service work when necessary. Now that I have a problem with an oil leak on the timing gear cover and front main seal, they denied coverage. The reason is that I recently replaced my tires with a slightly larger tire. They denied it because they said I had altered my truck. The contract says that alterations that create a problem with covered parts are not covered. The slightly larger tires would cause a timing cover and front seal to leak.

Extreme wrap service contract (automotive)
I was denied coverage on a fuel pump for a 2014 Nissan Sentra covered by NAE/NWAN Extreme Wrap service contract. The brochure on the service contract specifically calls out that the fuel pump is a warranty-covered part/repair in two distinct places (under the paragraph for Engine and again under Fuel Delivery). The same brochure has a list excluded components - which includes a long list of wear-and-tear parts like brake pads, spark plugs, wiper blades, etc. The car was taken to the same dealership that sold the car and the associated contract. The service manager was shocked it was being denied by the warranty company. The warranty company claims it is denied due to rust/corrosion. There are three common failures of a fuel pump: corrosion, clogged strainers/filters, and electrical issues. The warranty company is using the corrosion as a way of avoiding paying for a failure that should be covered. Ethanol in fuel will naturally cause some corrosion and a corrosion on a 10yr old vehicle is ineveitible. The company is using deceiful practices to avoid paying for repairs that should be covered and are explixitly listed as covered items in their marketing brochures.
Desired outcome: I want the $1000 fuel pump repair covered
I was denied coverage because on 2 vehicle services I didn't get pre-authorization before work performed but I did call as soon as i could which
I was denied coverage because on 2 vehicle services I didn't get pre-authorization before work performed but I did call as soon as i could which was a day or 2 later. Even though the services were done on time by manufacturer milage. I have records and so do they but they are not accepting the 2 sevices and that is the denial of warranty. The warranty issue is on transaxle not on engine.

NAENWAN sells lemon services for vehicles coverages that do not work properly or over time as guaranteed by their warranty. I paid over $600 for a Nano flex force application that failed to protect my vehicle after one year of use of my vehicle. Rude customer service agents and having to argue back and forth with Melissa I decided to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I would like my money back for false advertisement and false delivery of service of their Nano flex force product.
NWAN forever warranty refused to pay a claim they covered. They said they didn't get the inspection. The dealer sent another copy of the inspection. I have decided to try a ComplaintsBoard.com claim first before I launched a campaign for as many people as I know to hear about their ethics. When talking to our dealer and several other dealers, they too, felt it should be covered. The camper was inspected and the dealer always sent the inspections in. The dealer sold to another dealer and the inspection apparently didnt get sent but was done, and the dealer confirmed it.

My RV got a electrical issue in one of the master switch. cables meltdown and almost got a fire. electrical box and wiring needs to be replaced and all work is under the bed, so the amount of work is heavy to replace main cables (not just one). insurance company will pay only for 3.5 labor time work where the dealership is calculating 7.5 time labor. per insurance they say that the repairs under the bed are not described in the labor rates/time standard guide and they can only authorize 3.5 instead of 7.5. we send pictures to demonstrate the difficult to replace all new cables from point A to B and still are not recognizing the amount of labor.

When I purchased my RV in 2017 i also purchased an extended warranty from NWAN. An issue arose with the RV which should have been covered by the warranty. I took the RV to the dealership at which it was purchased and informed them of the issue and the warranty we had. The dealership called back and said the warranty claim was denied. I continued to talk with the dealership but they said that this should be covered but it NWAN would not accept the claim. Both myself and the dealership feel this should be covered at the expense of the purchased warranty.
