Shah Auto Group is the bomb!
Shah Auto Group is the bomb! Seriously, they made buying a car a breeze. No more headaches or worries, just smooth sailing. If you're all about saving time and snagging a sweet deal, these guys are the real deal.
I went today not expecting to get a vehicle and *** went out his way looking for the vehicle I wanted!
I went today not expecting to get a vehicle and *** went out his way looking for the vehicle I wanted! He worked so hard & I'm very grateful for that! No laziness at this dealership! Highly recommended.
Smooth trade-in process!
Smooth trade-in process! *** was very professional and courteous! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I wanted was ready when I got there. Definitely recommend and probably will come back soon for another vehicle.
I've been lookin' for cars for the past month and lemme tell ya, *** is the best car sales guy I've ever met
I've been lookin' for cars for the past month and lemme tell ya, *** is the best car sales guy I've ever met. He's real honest, gives ya all the info ya need, and most importantly, he keeps his word! He said he'd make sure I drive off with a car today, and he actually made it happen.
Thanks a bunch, ***! Ya put me onto this program and helped me get started on buildin' my credit.
This car dealership has poor quality cars for sale
This car dealership has poor quality cars for sale...they may look nice but they're far from quality. Three months later, I have engine failure. Now they claim it's the finance company problem...warranty company giving me the run around because they don't want to replace my engine. They say it only needs a certain repair, but my certified mechanic tells them different. They're hoping to just put a band aid on it and make it alright...my worst experience ever dealing with a small car dealership.
I had a great experience buying a car from Shah Auto
I had a great experience buying a car from Shah Auto. My new Jeep had low miles, one owner, super clean with good maintenance records, a few fixes were done, checked and undercoated, for a really fair price! After buying the car, there were some rattles in the front but, I reached out to Frank and he fixed it right away. We set up an appointment, they installed new front struts and I was good to go; I went in and my issues were resolved. Thank you *** for the awesome car, easy transaction and I'll tell everyone to check out Shah Auto.
These guys at this business are really a joke!
These guys at this business are really a joke! First, I made an appointment to see a vehicle that wasn't there once I drove a half an hour. Then, they tell me they're bringing it from their other dealership. As I'm waiting for almost 30 more minutes, they tell me the car has no back seats and they have to order them. That was my red flag! Unfortunately, I purchased another vehicle with problems they knew of and didn't say anything, but I fixed it. But the reason for my review today is it's been 42 days and they still haven't applied for my tag. My temporary tag is set to expire. I've called and talked to numerous people. I won't be asking for an extension, I'll be filing a lawsuit.
BEWARE! SCAMMERS - This dealer and their affiliated company are cheats and liars
BEWARE! SCAMMERS - This dealer and their affiliated company are cheats and liars. I regret not reading their reviews before my purchase. They reset check engine lights without repairing the vehicles and falsely claim to have replaced parts and resolved issues. Contacting the manager is futile as they ignore return calls. It's frustrating that there's no straightforward way to report such fraudulent behavior, especially when it involves high-cost products. I incurred significant expenses on repairs for issues that were allegedly addressed prior to sale. Repeated calls yielded the same response: a promise of a callback from the workshop manager to address the problem, which never happens. Instead, I'm either left on hold indefinitely or the call disconnects. Avoid these scammers at all costs! They manipulate serious issues by resetting the computer and then hide behind the 'AS IS' sale disclaimer.
Avoid this place, seriously
Avoid this place, seriously. They're so misleading, shady, and just plain dishonest. They had this ad for a 2012 Aston *** Rapide, bragging about all its fancy options, like that $8300 Bang & Olufsen audio system. I actually flew all the way to *** to check out and maybe buy the car. And guess what? The radio didn't even work! Can you believe it? The guy, Ace, acted all surprised, but then he quickly suggested that maybe the car just needed a system reset. He also mentioned something about dirty contacts on the optical cable. But that's not all, folks. I also noticed that there was a missing key and a few other problems with the car. So, we haggled a bit and got a small discount because I knew I'd have to fix these issues. I took the car to my local dealer, and guess what they found? The stereo amplifier was missing! Can you believe it? Neither their stupid ad nor that salesman, Ace, had the decency to admit that this car was missing a super important part. And get this, the amplifier costs over $6000! Can you believe it? Don't trust a single word they say. Seriously, keep a close eye on your wallet when dealing with these guys.
**STAY AWAY** Very shaddy, and sketchy
STAY AWAY*** Very shaddy, and sketchy. Not straight forward. Went thru a week of time to get a loan for a 2017 Denali *** they had. Got the loan and check for it only for them to tell me as I was driving up there that I couldnt come. So I waited until the next day(Saturday) to come and once again Ace called and said suddenly there was an engine light on the *** couldnt come and get, that we needed to wait until Monday for the mechanic to solve it. After he said that he would not return any text and ignored my phone calls. Monday, still would get no answer or message back or anything. Finally got ahold of him from a different number for him only to tell me they couldnt sell it anymore and had to send it back to the dealer and put me on hold only to never get back on the phone. I called and spoke to another sales person who told me there was absolutely no lights or problems with the *** would be called back. Guess what, no call back and was never able to speak with a manager. Absolutely the worst experience with a dealer. Read thru the reviews and you will see for yourself. Again, stay away.
I had some experiences with Shah Auto Group and found out that they're doing some stuff that's not allowed in Georgia
I had some experiences with Shah Auto Group and found out that they're doing some stuff that's not allowed in Georgia. They can't add a dealers fee on top of the advertised price, it should already be included. The electronic fee they mentioned is not actually $89, even though the manager and my salesperson "Matt" said it was. They broke the law (FBPA) multiple times by giving me wrong information and false advertising. They gave me two different bills of sale, each with a different price. On their website, the car was advertised for $29,999, but the first bill of sale was $30,916, and the second one was $31,094. I wouldn't recommend them at all. They have all my money, but I still haven't received my car. I started the buying process almost two weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped it. Matt told me it would arrive before the 4th, and earlier today they said it would ship today. But when I called back, they said it might ship on Monday (which is four days away), unless I want to pay more to possibly get it shipped faster. I hope I don't have to take legal action, but my lawyer said I have the right to do so.

On Wednesday 3-17, we bought a 2011 GMC Yukon from Shah Auto Group
On Wednesday 3-17, we bought a 2011 GMC Yukon from Shah Auto Group. Unfortunately, the car had some transmission problems, and Frank, the salesperson, didn't offer any assistance when we noticed the issues right after leaving the parking lot. On 3-18, they suggested we try using engine cleaner, but that didn't solve the problem. Then on 3-19, they advised us to contact the warranty company, but they couldn't help us because they considered it a "pre-existing issue," which doesn't make sense at all.
To make matters worse, Frank became angry and cursed at me, and he even went as far as calling the police on us. The manager was nowhere to be found during this whole ordeal. We couldn't even get a written confirmation that on 3-22, we were supposed to receive a brand new car. Additionally, Matt, who works in the office, misspelled my husband's name on the board, which raises concerns about how they keep track of their customers.
Luckily, I have taken pictures of everything to document our experience.
I feel Shaw Auto put my life at risk because of the vehicle they sold me
I feel Shaw Auto put my life at risk because of the vehicle they sold me. I spoke to Frank *** after driving the car, he thought it was the gas and told me to just drive the gas out and then to put in the more expensive gas. Frank said he would have their mechanic look at the car to see why it was driving in the manner that caused concerns. I spoke to some worker by the name of Matt as well who was to get the mechanic to look at the car and visor. I was told they would fix the broken sun visor and I would come back as soon as it came into the shop. I have called several times and feel like I am getting the run around. I just spoke to Frank *** who was very verbal about not fixing the car as he stated it was now my responsibility. I took the car to Toyota twice before we found the problem. I was told the converter was bad on the car and it has to be replaced. This would cost more than 1300.00 to fix. The sun visor would cost approx. 100.00 to replace. The Car Fax said no accidents but I see damage to the front right side. I did not expect this and no pictures showed the dented area. I feel Shaw should pay for the repairs to this vehicle. I am asking for an investigation into this matter at this time. Product_Or_Service: 2009 Camry Toyota
I bought a 2018 *** Accord from this dealership on August 16th for $22,000
I bought a 2018 *** Accord from this dealership on August 16th for $22,000. They said it had 81,*** miles on it. The carfax had a mileage mistake, but the salesman JJ said it was just a typo. Later, on November 3rd, I went to *** in *** to get my car appraised. The sales manager *** told me that the odometer was rolled back. She said the original owner serviced the car multiple times at the same shop, and the reported mileage was higher than what's on the car now. I told the dealership about this, but they said rolling back the odometer wasn't possible and that I was wrong. I know it's possible, though. I talked to another customer from ***, ***, who had the same problem with a false odometer reading. They got a lemon from this auto group. I told the sales manager I want them to take the car back, refund my money, and cancel the loan. But they haven't done anything. I called the dealership 5 times, but they said the manager can't talk to me right now. They said he'll call me back, but I've been on hold for a long time. I want the dealership to take the car back, refund my money and deposit, and cancel the loan. They should also be held accountable for lying to me.

I bought a 2010 Land Rover LR4 from Shah Auto Group in Dec 2021
I bought a 2010 Land Rover LR4 from Shah Auto Group in Dec 2021. It had around 111k miles and cost me about $14k, including an extended warranty. The folks at the store were really friendly when I went there. During the test drive, the check engine light wasn't on. They agreed to clean the vehicle (because some doors had sticky stuff on them), put new front tires, and fix the driver's seat arm. When I went to pick up the car, they had changed the tires, but they hadn't cleaned it or fixed the arm. They said the arm was ordered and would arrive the following week, so I decided to take the car anyway. But less than a week later, the check engine light came on. I took the car to a European auto shop, and they told me that fixing the issue causing the check engine light would be too expensive. They apologized on behalf of the dealer and said it was very likely that the dealer used tricks to delay the check engine light from coming on, just to sell the car. The shop manager even waived the inspection fee. I tried calling Shah, but it was a completely different experience. Even before I mentioned the problem, *** was really rude on the phone. I asked for a copy of the title and the CarMax report (which was missing from my paperwork when I got the car) so I could talk to CarMax about it. He gave me the name of another employee and a fake number. So, I decided to take the car to a Land Rover dealer shop. They said it would cost around $15k to fix all the issues. I told them about the extended warranty, and an inspector came and denied the claim, saying it was a "Pre-Existing Condition." I tried to contact Shah again to cancel the warranty, but they still haven't done it. I also reached out to the warranty company to cancel, but they haven't done it either. I took the car to a third auto repair shop just to confirm the issues and repair costs, and they confirmed everything. I want Shah to either buy back the car or pay for the repairs.
