There is a big *** activities going on in this company. I haven't requested for any credit applications still their employees got all my personal informations through text message including social # and runs my applications so many times. When i request them to send me proof, to show where and when i give permission to run an application, no answer and no one contact me since today. I have all proof to indicate about never did an application and requested to take out my name from their data list almost a year now, and i am still receiving e-mails. . I purchased a car early 2018 and in the process contacted Vancouver Auto Credit to see what financing options they had, I ended up buying a more afordable car outright. Since then, I have been getting text messages from them every couple months. They try to get my business, I decline and tell them to put me on their do not call list. They say that they do, but then text me again in a couple of months. I don't know what else to do but tell people to stay away.

Scam they sold me a $16,000 used car for $65,000.
To Whom It May Concern, It is with deep concern that I bring to your attention the unethical and unprofessional behavior of Neima Bohemiany (MVIC S2024946) and his team, Carvilla at the Vancouver Auto Credit (VAC) dealership that committed fraud. Through my dealings with him and his team, I have realized that their practices directly conflict with the...

Read full review of Vancouver Auto Credit2018 EcoSport faulty engine repair denied warranty claim that I did not make. Drayton Valley Ford made the claim.
I currently am paying for this car. This is the 2nd time it needs an engine. A faulty engine repair costing me $9000.00.
Van auto credit has not once contacted me. I was told at time of purchase that my sales rep would be available 24/7. Her email does not even exist.
I as a customer would expect some kind of compensation for this. Whether it be a trade in offer or a courtesy car service. I am still paying for this car regardless if it's running or not. This seems very in accurate as to what I was signing up for when I signed the contract.
.
Desired outcome: I expect to be compensated for the repairs, whether it be a trade-in or pay out.

Before I bought the car, Braidon asked me "how much are you willing to pay?
Before I bought the car, Braidon asked me "how much are you willing to pay?" I said "250 by-weekly." He said to " Ok, we make sure you only pay 250 by-weekly and we put in whatever is on top of 250 if the by-weekly payment is higher." Ok, I bough the car and Blake gave me 20 payments because it is 388 by-weekly ($388 - $270 "for the 1st 20 payment after that would be $250" $118 x 20 = $2360.) After the first 20 payments, we will reapply for a new loan and he will do the same thing and give me whatever is on top of $250. I just found out from Braidon that I have to pay new taxes for my car when I reapply for a new loan. Otherwise they won't give me the money on top of the 250. That means I have to pay taxes for my car every year? I asked him "why didn't you tell me that at the first place." He said "that is the rule from the government." This is my first time buying car from a broker and this is what happens. Would any of you buy a car and pay taxes for the same car every year?

*** First I dealt with Ali and gave him all my financial info
First I dealt with Ali and gave him all my financial info. He says I am approved and I ask for listings of what I can get. He promises them by end of day then stops replying. Next day I'm contacted by someone else from the same company starting from square one. I say I want to see listings first cause if they dont have a vehicle I want then why do all the financial stuff and have another inquiry on my credit. He says "we work backwards here". Next day Ricky messages me saying Ali no longer works there. He is sure they can find me something good but can't tell me what the interest rate is or what his fees are. I ask repeatedly for listings and he promises me them by end of day (we are not a week into the process). He asks me for all the info all over again despite be approved previously by same company. Now the same info isn't good enough and they want 12 months statements instead of just 3. Then their credit department can't understand how I can have 2 payroll deposits. I explain that I have 2 jobs but still they insist it must be a joint account, which it's not and the statements say that clearly. The bank account verification app they send me can't open one of my accounts. I again ask for listings and am told by Ricky that he has gone home but will come in tomorrow to send them if I feel it's important. I say yes it's important. isn't it the most important part? It is to me. Clearly not to them. It's now almost midnight and he hasn't sent me anything. Waste of almost 2 week of my time and who knows what they are doing with my financial info. *** I told them to delete my info and cancel my application. Cut your losses and go elsewhere.
