Honda Financial Services review: I would like to know the status of my pre-approval application.

DO NOT APPLY FOR PRE-APPROVAL through Honda Financial Services. I went online and provided all of my personal information. I received an email with an application number that does not work. The error message I get is "We could not locate your application with the information provided". I called Honda Financial Services and was told there was nothing they could do about it. They informed me I could get my application status from a financial manager at the dealership. I went to the dealership and was told there is nothing in the system under my name or that application number. The dealership advised me to re-apply through them. I checked my credit and there was definitely inquiries made by Honda Financial Services. My personal information is not a game. I take this very seriously. Where did my application with personal information go? Who has it? Why isn't the status of my application revealed to me or the dealership? Their website claims to provide application status within minutes. STAY AWAY FROM HONDA FINANCIAL SERVICES! This business is clearly a FRAUD.
