Staff harassed me after I took a urine test they kept telling me to get out and yelling at me I was all I was trying to ask him a question and then they accuse me of using my phone to record and I didn’t record anyone and then the manager called me and harassed me and said that they’re gonna take me off the roster and I couldn’t go there anymore to see a doctor there the office manager was very rude The nurse practitioner was very rude tried to kick me out of there practically pushed me out the door the aid was very rude very intimidating and scary she also accuse me of using my camera to take a to record and I didn’t record anything the staff is very unprofessional now they said I can’t see my doctor All this happened today and all I wanted to do is ask a question about my urine chest
Claimed loss: Emotional stress very disrespected staff is very unprofessional very awful they should all be fired and I don’t wanna have to get a lawyer for this harassment
Desired outcome: It should all be fired at the 67th Ave. and Union Hills office on our house the PA office manager and the medical clerk for harassment intimidation

Christi and Amber chased me out of the office and very disrespectful toward me. I have been a patient at this office for the past 10 years these people are an embarrassment to your company they need to be fired they have absolutely no morals and no honor
