My name is Jennifer Smith and I have an issue too. My Paypal mastercard was charged for the amount of $6.95 on September 21st 2018. I did not authorize this and I want my money refunded. I am not aware of having any credit line with your business. I have not purchased anything at all from this business. I would appreciate it this matter will be handled promptly. Thank you

They did not tell you when signing up that you could only use it in stores. This is a joke. I want to be cancelled from the card and my money refunded or I will be getting ahold of my attorney. They have crap on there website. It's all cheap and you have to pay so much before the credit hits. I want my damn money back or so help me God i will sue this dumb butt company for all that it is worth. Might not be much cause you are nothing but scammers.

I was told my card would be in the mail with in 7 business days. It's been a month and a half and I still have not got a card in the mail. I was online looking for a credit card and this Horizon card kept coming up it said it was free so i took it. It was to help build your credit up. A day or so my bank called me and said this company charged me a fee of 29.95 and it caused an overdraft charge of 34.00 dollars so i am asking for all of it back. I can't login to my account
I have paid for my card but cannot log into my account. I have been on the phone for 3 hours trying to get my money back. Then I finally got my refund sending back but I also went ahead & paid for some credit & now I can't login to my account. I did not get the amount of my refund of $29.95 that horizon gold card representative told me I would go back into my checking account. I checked with my bank and the $29.95 as of 9/1/18 is still not into my account. The horizon gold card account was canceled on 8/24/18. gerald Wiita 308 w old us 2 wakefield mich 49968. This company tricks you into thinking Its a real credit card when it's really a charge card for the worst shopping site I've ever seen! Cancelling is said to be "easy and takes one minute" but I was on the phone for a total of fifteen minutes with a manipulative supervisor who pitched about five (very scripted) offers and then suddenly claimed to have five kids when she heard my two-year old babbling. I'm not saying she was lying, but I've never seen a company go into such depth to keep customers. They charge you $29.95 a month for no reason at all, but will put serious emphasis on a list of benefits which can all be obtained much cheaper elsewhere. They have a 0% interest rate, but the shipping for an order needs to be paid up front and it's easily at LEAST $50 for a small order. The terms and conditions stated that I would receive a full refund of I cancelled within 30 days, but when the woman finally agreed to cancel my card she attempted to only give me half my money back. She eventually refunded the full 29.95 when I threatened to call my bank.

I had the unauthorized charge of $6.95 as well, and when I called to get this refunded and make sure the account was closed I was transferred to a supervisor named Brittany. She tried to get me to change my mind by increasing my "credit line" to $1000, which is worthless considering this isn't really a credit card and can only be used in their online store. I realized this before completing the online application but was charged anyhow, and I told her this after stopping her from pontificating about five million other "benefits" of this card. As soon as I received my cancellation code, she started talking about getting me hooked up with Lexington Law and some other Horizon benefits. First of all, I don't need a lawyer (yet...), and second, trying to weasel more money out of someone who was already overcharged isn't the smartest move. Avoid this company like the plague.

My information was released to collections for a reason that can not be ligit. I am currently in the process of disputing having you remove that from my credit. My credit repairer's are willing to seek legal counsel until that is removed from my credit immediately. I did not receive any services from you in any way. This "Credit card" claims to be helping people establish good credit. They say you are approved for $500 credit card. They take money out of your account immediately and send you the "credit card" in the mail. I received it yesterday only to find out that it is only good for their on line products which I do not need nor do I want. I was totally mislead. This company needs to be shut down. I am warning all of you innocent people out their who would think this is an actual legit card. It is NOT. I will keep on fighting until this is settled.

I don't know how they stole my identity and gain access to my bank account but they got me. after the bully attitude they gave me about my refund, I did receive. I had asked them from the time I caught it, to remove themselves from my credit report. I reported as fraudulent not mine. if not off completely in 30 days i'm going to my local police and file criminal charges against them along with all these reviews. they put it as a closed account. i'm not letting them post anything on my credit reports at all. they need to move on out of this country. I wonder if this is a black web company?

i was charged 6.95 two times in one month and they told me to send a copy of my bank statement to [protected]@horizoncardservices.com and it says the email is invald so evidently its not correct and i called customer services who gave me the same excuse that i wasnt typing it in correctly i know how to type in emails and other things i was a nurse and administrative assistant for 6 years i think i would know if i made a mistake. i would apprecaite it if they would stop charging my account twice in one month.
