On January 22, I booked a hotel stay on Hotel Engine. At that time, total cost of the stay was $150. However, upon completion of the stay, the receipt I received from the hotel says the stay was only $135.60. I was overcharged by Hotel Engine.

Firstly, there was a terrible smell in the room. Additionally, the beds that I had paid for as queen size were actually full size. The floors were also exposed, and there was a nail sticking out through the bay window seat, which scratched my son's leg and caused bleeding. Furthermore, the bed covers had multiple cigarette burn holes, and disappointingly, there was no bathroom mirror. These are just a few examples of the problems we encountered.
