I have left the Huddle House several times in one week due to lack of service. Why isn't more employees working so that productivity and service can improve? There is one waitress that hurried around breaking most rules by wiping sweat from their face with hands and not washing hands to one lady who cooking with a shirt that is so dirty it looks like it has not been washed ever. The last time I left there was 2 waitresses that went to back behind the glass and sat down customers sat and waited. I remember when the place re-opened there were so many people working they hardly had room to move. There need to be a real Manager on duty who is capable of running your business.
