Hulu Stemoscope pro

Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

I had ordered on 2nd june 2023 at 3:36 PM (IST) on the companies website. I paid via my Indian HDFC debit card an amount of 250 USD, and the order was dispatched by the company on the same day 11:19 PM (IST) via Amazon logistics. I was given a tracking no. TBA306989942957 through my mail. The order was placed to New Jersey at my Family friends residence. The order was out for delivery on 3rd june 2023 at 11:21 PM (IST) and it was shown delivered on 4th june at 5:22 AM. The status on the tracking id updated as “Jersey City, US, Delivered in the postroom Swiship (CA)”.

I asked my friend to check and the order was not delivered so I asked him to wait another day and I asked him to check thoroughly around the apartment and in the mailroom. I then messaged the company about my order being not delivered on 6th june 3:49 AM (IST) and I got a reply about cheking my delivery status and the order been delivered on the same day at 6:56 AM (IST). I contacted them through mail and also there chat service on their website. They also said to check my residence and wait. After that I asked my friend to check again even in the neighbourhood of the apartment and informed them that it was no where to be found. After which they replied as to wait because they have contacted the shipping company to investigate the issue which takes several days. To this I told them to hurry and deliver my product but they replied as “Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier aren’t eligible for reimbursement.” After this there was some more conversation regarding how can i contact the shipping company as I was unable to reach them. I also asked them if they could provide me with the no. Of the delivery partner if I could contact him and ask about where he has kept the order, replies were given but my questions were ignored for many days.

They started to delay their replies earlier they were replying in hours then they stated taking days. Now they have stopped replying. Earlier the mail was replied within 24 hr but now they are ignored or attended to after 2-3 days. On 13th June 2023 at 6:41 AM (IST) I got a mail stating “Hi Gagandeep, we have told you that the package is delivered by Amazon logistics and Amazon logistics has already looked into it and also confirmed that the package is delivered.” but since then they have stopped responding to me and only reply when I tell them that I will have to file a consumer complaint or write a bad review.

I feel that they have defrauded me of my hard earned money as the delivery updates that were sent to my mail were from the company I ordered and not from amazon and when I told them and asked for some proof such as email they sent me a body of the typed mail by amazon which had no sent by or subject cc or any of that which I felt could be easily fabricated. Also, that the replies that i was getting from them also came to my mail and they started coming from other weird email IDs such as “[protected]@shopifyemail.com” , “[protected]@messaging.shopifyemail.com”.

I request you to please help me resolve this.

I had complained at BBB in us but they informed me that either the company was out of business or the company is based in Shanghai under china law that is why I have written to you as well.

I am providing the address on the company website but according to BBB that address is unavailable or they were unable to reach them there.

Desired outcome: Get my money back or the delivery. I am a medical student in India and I had ordered this wireless stethoscope which was shown to be FDA approved. This has caused me financial damage and professional as well as personal damage.

Hulu Disturbing Ad

Watching a religious doc and totally terrifying horror ad comes on with graphic content. I don't watch any horror on my profile so this is intrusive and unwanted. These ads normalizing evil, violence, and horror are unnecessary and traumatizing for people who do not wish to see such content. Please stop forcing them on people, especially those who are not watching horror shows already.

Desired outcome: Hulu please stop showing inappropriate ads -- whether it be horror shows or sexually suggestive ads during family and kids programming. You are guilty of both.

Hulu Hulu Live TV Review: Nice Channel Selection, But Too Much Buffering and Data Use

Live TV on Hulu is not good. While they have a nice selection of channels, there is too much buffering, and it often kicks you out back to the fire stick menu. This happens more in the early morning and in prime time. It's hard to get used to, and you can't set reminders, so you have to constantly check the guide to see what's on next. The included DVR is irritating to use because once you set a record for a program, it will record every time that episode is played, not just one time. You will have to find another time for the same program to turn off recording. The program guide only displays 5 channels at a time, and with the firestick, there is no paging up or down. It only moves up or down one channel at a time and only shows 1 1/2 hours at a time. If you want to see programming from 8PM - 10PM, you will also need to scroll right to see 10PM, then scroll back left to 8PM, then scroll down 5 times to view the next 5 channels. Obviously, someone does not care about how clunky it all works.

On the other hand, streaming on Hulu is excellent. They have a great selection of shows with no buffering problems.

However, data use is a big problem if you do not have an unlimited data plan. In my first month of service, I used 95% of my data (my plan has 1280 gb/month). Cox's unlimited plan is $149 a month, which is not feasible for me. If you are in my situation, you can turn off a bunch of data hog options, like automatic updates and sharing your data. I need to unplug my firestick when not at home to save data. Yes, it can chew up data with the TV off unless you unplug the firestick and/or the router. I got lots of help with a Google search for saving data on these devices.

The bottom line for me is to junk the live TV and stick to streaming. Get an external antenna, and local channels are free. But the data problem still does not go away. At least it won't be buffering.

Hulu Hulu Review: Glitches, Freezes, and Frustration - Don't Waste Your Money!

Hulu is not the best streaming service out there. I am so frustrated with it that I am writing a whole review about it. The answer they give to the issues is not good enough. This past year or so has been terrible! I have a brand new MacIOS with plenty of space, new hardware, and plenty of storage. I only use Hulu on this one device, so it's not a "cache" issue like Hulu likes to claim *smh*.

First off, every movie or show glitches out immediately upon playing. I have to refresh and restart 2-3 times just to start a movie. Then the screen will freeze after a commercial. When I refresh, annoyingly the SAME commercial plays over again instead of starting the film, then freezes again every 10 minutes or so. If you need to pause or rewind, forget it. The glitching starts again. I go through this cycle of all of the above at least 5 times every hour-long movie or show I watch on Hulu.

That being said, don't waste your money on a crappy service when you can get the same services at the same price but without all the glitches and bs. Use Netflix, even Tubi. Anything is better than Hulu. Hulu has gone downhill and is truly a pain in the butt to use these days.

I only reactivate these days when they have a show or movie that I can't find anywhere else. Note: this is not just me. These issues have been reported across the board. Any other service is better. Hulu needs to figure their stuff out.

Not to mention the "play" bar never goes away. Unless you hit "stop" and then "play," in which case it freezes and you'll have to refresh all of Hulu to start the same movie, watch another glitchy commercial, and hope that this time you can move the cursor fast enough to the bottom right corner that the play bar will disappear without having to do all of the above AGAIN! Sorry about typos. It's late.

Hulu Hulu Web Player Review: Frustrating Navigation, Endless Ads, and Flash Issues

I spend a lot of time on my computer and like to watch South Park on the side. However, I have to say that the Hulu web player is a complete disaster. Today, I have seen the Kung Fu Panda (Wix.com) advertisement so many times that I wanted to punch my computer screen. It plays that same commercial clipped in the beginning, then 5 seconds later, plays the whole 30 second commercial.

The web player bugs out and the navigation/slider/skip disappears. The only way to fix that is to refresh the page, and if you do that, the player forces you to start from the beginning and watch the same commercials again even if you JUST saw them!

The player uses Flash which is beyond frustrating. It heats up the Macbook Pro Retina like crazy. And on full screen, it freezes up the browser. On top of that, the navigation on the pages are poor. It's so difficult to to browse episodes. They're in that slide menu, so tiny, it's impossible to pick episodes comfortably.

The player on the web and on the iPad refuses to play the next episode for any show, and sometimes if I hit "next episode", it plays an episode of a totally different show. Sometimes, it won't remember where I last left off in an episode and would replay the whole thing which requires me to re-watch ads and then skip credits, etc.

Also, I haven't found an option that leads you automatically skip opening and ending credits. It makes absolutely no sense for an ad to play, then opening credits, then another ad and finally the show. At the end of the show, another ad plays then the ending credits. Really?!

Honestly, with frustrations like the ones mentioned above, and the fact that sometimes the player refuses to load (which then you have to close and restart the player, watch the same ads again), you wonder why people pirate all these shows to watch. Because no one wants to PAY and deal with stuff like this!

Hulu Hulu Review: A Self-Serving Streaming Service More Focused on Making Money Than Providing a Good User Experience

Hulu is a streaming service that is not very user-friendly and is more focused on making money than providing a good consumer experience. When setting up a profile, they ask for personal information such as name, age, and gender, which seems unnecessary for a TV streaming service. However, if you put in today's date as your age, it will automatically switch to kid-appropriate shows and lock your profile so you can't change it. This is because they want to collect marketing information to sell to advertisers. So, while you pay them to watch content, they track your information to make money off of you.

The app is a big mess and changing your profile is a nightmare. It's clear that Hulu makes money from commercials, data collection, and from you. It's frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't seem to care about the user experience. It's not just about the commercials, but also the fact that they are collecting data on you to sell to advertisers. It's like paying someone to track and make money off of you.

There are many other issues with Hulu, but they have already been covered in other reviews. However, it's clear that these issues exist because Hulu is not a service company working to provide a quality product, but rather a self-serving company that is more interested in making money than providing a good experience for its users. It's disappointing that companies like Hulu think that consumers are willing to pay for a subpar product. It's time for companies to start putting the consumer first and providing a quality product that is worth the price.

Hulu Beware of Fraudulent Hulu Customer Service Representatives: My Experience with a Scammer

I had some trouble with Hulu Live TV on my TV at home. I tried to follow the instructions online, but it didn't work. So, I decided to call their customer service number that I found on the TV website. Unfortunately, the phone was always busy. After trying about 8 times, I finally got a call back from a service representative. I was so relieved! But, it turned out that the person who called me back was a fraudster. He asked me to let him access my home computer so he could help me sign up for Hulu's Live TV. I thought he was a real customer service representative, so I let him do it. He took control of my computer and put up a black screen that said "Help". I think he did this so I couldn't see what he was doing. Then, he asked me to let him access my mobile phone so he could add Hulu to it. I was hesitant, but he convinced me that it was easier than calling back. Finally, he asked me for my complete Discover credit card information because that was what I was using to pay for Hulu service. I was starting to feel uneasy, but he reassured me that he was only trying to help. At one point, I saw a brief flash of what looked like my Amazon payment information. Then, I got two text messages from my bank telling me that there might be a security breach. But, before I could click on them, they disappeared! I was really scared now. I disconnected my phone and shut down my computer. Later, I checked with Amazon, Discover, and my bank. Unfortunately, I found out that there were illegal transactions with all three. I had to change all my passwords, cancel my credit card, and open a new bank account. It was a huge hassle! I'm really angry at Hulu, but I can't get through to their customer service. Every time I call, I just get a busy signal. I would never trust this company or its representatives again! Don't give anyone access to your computer or phone, even if they say they're from a company you trust.

Re: Complaint

Dear Hulu (Headquarters):

My name is Tyra Black. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have been a Hulu subscriber for over a year.

I am a victim of a scam at the hands of a HULU representative. I was robbed of $789!

On September 8, 2023 at approximately 7:30pm (Eastern Time), I contacted HULU customer support. I was not able to access my subscription. I called the customer support phone number that was posted on HULU login screen [protected]). I was connected with a representative, and I advised him that I was a HULU subscriber and that I could not access my account.

The representative advised me that I needed to verify my account, as I had not used it in a long period of time. The representative asked me if I had an Android or an iPhone. I had an iPhone. The representative instructed me to go to HULU.com/activate from my iPhone. The representative then told me to go to my email to obtain a code that would need to be entered on my television to access my HULU subscription.

The representative asked me if I had Cash App or Zelle, as the form of payment needed to be verified. The representative instructed me to open Cash App and to enter a series a “codes.” At this point, I became uneasy and suspicious as to what was taking place, so I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was subsequently connected with a supervisor. I asked his name and he said Roman Baker. I asked where this call center was based, and he told me San Francisco, CA. I explained to the supervisor what had taken place, specifying the Cash App instructions. The supervisor sent me to site where he was able to view my iPhone, and to reportedly make sure that everything was legit.

The supervisor instructed me to type my full name (Tyra Black) into Cash App to ensure that funds were only being verified, and not leaving my possession. I did as instructed. The supervisor then told me to go to Bicton, at which point I realized that I was vulnerable to the supervisor as well. We began to argue. The supervisor told me “I will wipe out all of your accounts.” The supervisor named my bank as well as my credit cards. I hung up immediately.

I subsequently checked my bank account, and I saw two failed transactions ($100 and $484), and one successful transaction in the amount of $789. I contacted my bank immediately, and canceled my credit card. I also canceled my HULU subscription.

The following day, I contacted the customer support. I told the representative that answered the phone that I wanted to file a complaint, as I was scammed and robbed of $789. The representative hung up on me. I called back, and no one answered the phone.

In good faith, I contacted the HULU customer support that was made available to me. I was, in turn, made victim to predatory scammers who robbed me of $789. Please help. My contact information is below. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hulu Cutting the Cord: My Experience with Hulu Live TV

I recently decided to cut the cord and cancel my cable subscription, and the only reason my husband agreed to it was because we could still watch the Philadelphia Flyers on Hulu live. It's been a few months now and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with the decision. I was tired of paying over $280 a month for cable and internet, and now I'm only paying around $45 for Hulu live and gigabit internet. That's almost half the cost!

However, I have to admit that watching TV on Hulu live can be frustrating at times. The constant buffering, the audio and video not syncing up, and the games that seem to be played in slow motion can be annoying. And don't even get me started on the Super Bowl - Hulu live cut off the last 2 minutes and 20 seconds, right when the Philadelphia Eagles won for the first time in franchise history! I later found out that Hulu buys blocks of time for events like sporting matches, so if the block of time is from 8 to 10 p.m., Hulu live will cut off at 10 p.m. even if the game you're watching is going until 10:05.

Another issue I've run into is that if your TV isn't the newest technology, you won't be able to stream directly through the smart TV app to Hulu live. You can only get Hulu Plus or standard Hulu. That's why we have Roku sticks on all of our TVs, even though they're only a year or two old.

Hulu live only offers around 40 cable channels, if you're lucky. Right now, though, it's our only choice besides cable. To work around all of the issues, most of the time I watch through the TV apps on my Roku stick. I can log in and subscribe to most of them with my Hulu live account, but for those that Hulu live doesn't offer, I just use one of my 27 family members' cable or dish logins who use my Netflix login (haha). I don't watch a lot of television, so it's not unmanageable or unlivable for me. But if you're someone who watches live TV a lot, this might not be the best option for you.

Hulu Hulu Review: Good Selection, But Glitchy and Inconsistent

Hulu is a streaming service that I use quite often. I don't usually have too much of a problem with buffering or glitching, but Hulu very often shows the loading bar in the middle of the screen, even when the picture is perfectly clear and never stops to load. It's not that huge of an interruption to watching, but to me, it just serves as a constant reminder that Hulu is a little bit crappy.

Sometimes, I can click anywhere on the screen to play/pause, but sometimes it won't register at all when I click on the screen or even on the play/pause/rewind/fastforward buttons. Sometimes, I can use the spacebar to play/pause, and sometimes hitting the spacebar causes my show to automatically jump ahead TWO episodes. When the spacebar wants to work, I can use the arrow keys to rewind/fastforward, but like I said, it seems to have no rhyme or reason as to when this actually works.

Very often, if I pause my show and open another tab, when I go back to Hulu(even after only a couple minutes of being on another tab), it has my show closed out. It will be on the details page for that show instead, which never has an accurate account for which episodes I have seen and which one I left off on, even if I refresh the page.

The amount/frequency/duration of ads also seems to have no rhyme or reason. I think sometimes it depends on what device or browser I'm streaming it on. Sometimes it shows a 30-second ad every 30 or 45 minutes, but sometimes it will give me a 60- or 75-second ad every 10-15 minutes.

Despite these issues, I still give Hulu two stars because I do really like the selection of shows and movies on Hulu. As much as I hate to say it, these dumb problems don't necessarily make it not worth watching. I would have given three stars for that reason, but I realized that I actually use my mom's account and would likely NEVER pay for Hulu myself.

I don't know a lot about computers or how these streaming sites work, but I've never had any issues like this with Netflix. They are small problems, but they are also kind of ridiculous and make absolutely no sense to me. Get your [censored] together, Hulu.

Hulu Hulu Review: Great Streaming Service, But Beware of Cancellation Policy

So, I recently had an experience with Hulu that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I had cancelled my subscription, but according to a note attached to my cancellation, I was supposed to be able to continue streaming until November 28th. However, when I tried to access my account, I found that it had been cancelled immediately. I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue.

The customer service representative, Milly, was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, there was nothing she could do to restore my account. She explained that once an account is cancelled, there is no way to continue streaming, even if there was a note indicating that the subscription would continue until a certain date. However, she did assure me that I would be able to restore my account when I was ready to resubscribe.

While I appreciated Milly's help, I was still disappointed that I couldn't continue streaming until the date that had been promised. I had intended to revisit Hulu with the same account every couple of months, but now I would have to go through the process of setting up a new account and payment method every time I wanted to resubscribe.

Despite this frustration, I still think that Hulu is a great streaming service. They have a wide variety of content, including some exclusive shows and movies that you can't find anywhere else. And their pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to some of their competitors.

Overall, I would recommend Hulu to anyone looking for a good streaming service. Just be aware that if you cancel your subscription, you may not be able to continue streaming until the date that was promised.

Hulu Hulu Live Review: Unacceptable Fees, Inaccurate Menus, and Unreliable Service

We're trying to get rid of AT&T from our lives. DirecTV has been serving us since 1988, but AT&T has ruined them. So, we decided to sign up for Hulu Live + Enhanced DVR + No commercials, which offers every option available. However, we've encountered several concerns that we've been unable to resolve so far.

Firstly, we pay an additional $15 for the privilege of forwarding through DVR'd commercials. Moreover, we also pay an extra fee for unlimited screens and no ads. But, here's the catch - there are STILL ads. It seems like Hulu is nickeling and diming us, but it's not just nickels and dimes, it's $15's every time you turn around. It's unacceptable.

As if the Fast Forward fee wasn't enough, we are unable to fast forward with scrub/preview using our AppleTV. We want to see WHEN the commercial is over, but Hulu simply pauses the screen while the clock advances. There's no solution to this problem, and it's unacceptable considering the premium price we're paying.

We have all Sony TV's, but Hulu Live will not play on them. Hulu blames Sony, and Sony blames Hulu. It's frustrating because we bought Sony hardware and wanted to purchase Hulu content. That shouldn't be an issue, and it's unacceptable.

We set up "My Stuff" with the shows that my wife and I watch. We were immediately presented with a very nicely laid out menu of shows, but they report 39 unwatched, 53 unwatched, and so on. That would be handy if accurate, but there's no way to mark episodes or seasons as watched without going into each episode, fast forwarding, and letting it end. It's absurd and negates the value of the aforementioned attractive menu. How would we know when new episodes were available? It's unacceptable.

Our internet tested with a 60ms latency. Netflix, Amazon video, and AppleTV don't mind, and their services all work flawlessly. However, Hulu is a different story. Most DVR'd shows will not pull up, and 4/5 tries end in failure after 2-5 minutes of waiting. It's unacceptable.

Overall, we're disappointed with our experience with Hulu. We were hoping for a better alternative to DirecTV, but it's not even close to par. We're surprised that there aren't more accurate portrayals online when we checked reviews. It's frustrating, and we're dumbfounded by how bad this experience has been. We're open to changing our minds, but Hulu needs to step up their game.

Hulu HULU's False Advertising: Deceptive and Disappointing

I decided to give HULU a try after seeing that they now offer seamless streaming of their content on PS3. I was excited to watch the first two episodes of The Americans, Season 4, but was disappointed to find that they were only available on my computer. I later found out that many Network shows can only be watched on a computer, which is not seamless at all.

To make matters worse, when I tried to watch The Americans on my computer, I was asked to authenticate with my cable provider. I thought I was already a paid subscriber to HULU, but apparently I needed a separate cable subscription to watch certain shows. This was not made clear on their website, which advertised seamless integration on some shows for PS3.

I feel like I was misled by HULU's false advertising. Many of the shows I wanted to watch were not available, and all I could do was watch a summary and a few clips. This is not a good way to get repeat business.

In comparison, I have used PRIME and NETFLIX before, and they do not advertise shows that require a separate subscription. It is clear from the beginning that these are extra paid services that do not come with the subscription. HULU's approach is a jerk move, and it is not fair to trick consumers into subscribing.

I did notice a small square at the top of the episodes that said they were available for streaming, but when I hovered over it, a pop-up appeared saying that the show was not available unless I had a paid subscription to another service. This is a sneaky way to trick consumers and avoid getting sued, but it is still despicable. I shouldn't have to dig for Easter Eggs to learn the truth about HULU's deceptive advertising.

Hulu packages

We currently have Hulu, Hulu Live, Disney+, and ESPN for &74.99 per month through Ruku. We do not follow sports, so ESPN is worthless to us. We also do not watch Disney. I spoke to John at Hulu's help line today (5/12/23 at approximately 2:20 p.m. CDS.) He said there was no way we could keep Hulu and Hulu Live without taking the other 2 packages. I know that Disney Corp. is losing money on Hulu streaming. This is poor customer service, and is no way to attract new customers. We strongly advise new potential customers to consider Hulu's policies before subscribing.

Hulu Hulu ads

There is an ad that comes on for angel Mugler perfume. The girl in it is scantily dressed on top for most of it and then at the end is naked with crystals pasted on her body. This is so inappropriate! How can I feel ok with letting my children watch shows on hulu if crap like that is going to pop up. This ad needs to be removed and they should be more concerned with what they are allowing to be shown... that it is family appropriate.

Hulu A CHANGE in the Main Screen Formatting

Has anyone else noticed a recent change in the formatting of viewing choices i.e. Live, TV, My Stuff, etc. being moved from the top of the screen to the left side? The print size is SO SMALL, it can't be easily read and I can't figure out any way to change it back to across the top of the television screen, nor any way to reach HULU to find out how.

Also, in order to move around between programs, the system freezes up and the back arrow must be used where the screen asks if you want to exit out of Hulu or not. Once you indicate No, then you are able to operate the other choices.

Am I the only one having these issues, or has Hulu's upgrades turned out to be junk?

Help!

Hulu When I sign up and pay for no ads, all content on Hulu contains ads. Everything that is streamed has ads

On April 2, 2023 I changed my account to streaming with ads. By April 4, I decided that I did not want to receive ads any longer and went back to no ads streaming for $16.19 per month. Upon opening Hulu and checking out several streaming sources, I discovered that virtually ALL offerings, movies, tv programs, documentaries, etc. contained ads. Why am I paying for no ads and still getting them? That is wrong. I called customer service and was told this was their agreement with the suppliers and there was nothing I could do about it.

Hulu We want bobs burgers. Or equally, roll out your seasons all at once instead of one flaky episode at a time.

So it’s January 29th, 3 Sundays, no new Bob’s Burger episode 12. You know what would fix this problem, rolling out the whole season at once like ALL the other streaming services. This is one of your best grossing shows! Why let it go to wayside? All I can say is get your [censored] together before the very succesful show takes their money elsewhere. Very disappointed. You guys are so inconsistent in more than just this one show. Housebroken? Didn’t even bother to finish season 2. Wtf guys.

Hulu Apretude commercial on hulu

1/14/23 approx 8:10 pm watching the Holiday Baking Championship, a clean, no worry with children, show on Hulu; when a totally disgusting and embarassment commercial invades our home through our 'paid' hulu streaming service! The children were confused, as parents we were horrified that Hulu would permit this sexual content on this particular show! Absolutely inappropriate! Betrayal to the customers! Total disrespect for our privacy, homelife and most of all, forcing children to view it! No excuse! We demand you remove it now!

Desired outcome: Remove sexual commercial content from family type programming and streaming service that we pay for!!

Hulu No notification about taxes with my base plan agreement

I have been a customer with Hulu for several years and now I find out that they have included a tax without my knowledge. I started out with a $6.81 Hulu Base Plan for the last 2 years and had no problems, when an increase of $7.95 was to happen I was sent an email and a phone text about such changes. I was grateful for the updates and didn't have to worry about any taxes, because I was charged the exactly $6.81 and $7.95 for both of these base plans and there were no surprises like taxes included.

Due to a hacking incident with my debit card and my bank having to reissue me another card, I go to my account to make a payment and add my new card information only to find out that this company has been taking $9.09 out of my account since October 2022 without my knowledge of any changes going on. I was never sent an email message or a phone text about any increases going on and I have a file system with all of my bills.

Called the office and spoke to a rep and Supervisor and they say that there is nothing that they can do or refund me back my money for October, November, December 2022 and January 2023. I told them both that your Hulu tv advertisement is still showing $7.99 plan and that I would like to be charged the $7.95 plan and they say that it can't be done.

This is not right, shows as false advertisement. because my billing is still showing @ $7.95 base plan right now and I would like to be reimbursed for the last 4 months and remain at paying $7.95 only for the rest of my stay with this company without having to pay the taxes. Because I was never notified of any changes in advance by email or phone, I am on a fixed income and I deserve the right to stay at $7.95 because that is what I agreed upon and chose this plan thinking that it would not change without being notified in advance.

This is a good company, but the lack of respect of not notifying customers in advance of plan changes or increases is unacceptable and I may have to cancel my subscription today. I don't want any apologies, I just want my $7.95 Hulu Base Plan to remain the same without the taxes, despite what is going on in the world and with other companies.

Customers like myself trust companies like yours to keep their word and I am not seeing that in this company. Hopefully, something can be done about this wrong that has been done to me and this error can be corrected.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate that my $7.95 Base Plan and upcoming billing charges stays the same and without the taxes and expecting a refund for last 4 months billing charges.
