huscavarna riding mower
I have a brand new mower w a bent frame that does not have a scratch on it, somehow according to huscavarna I bent the frame, they refuse to stand behind their product! Took it to the shop provided by huscavarna and they told huscavarna I admitted to running into something, I DID NOT the mower is spotless and had no damage, horrible horrible experience from the corporation to the provided repair shop!
My wife bought a Husqvarna 350bt leaf blower with a 3 year warranty. It has had 4 tanks of fuel put through it. Will idle but not rev up. Took to dealer was told Husqvarna doesn't warranty if it's related to gas. Cost me $35.00 for them to tell me that and it would cost $152.00 to replace the carburetor. The machine cost new $311.00.
Called Husqvarna for an address to send the carburetor for them to evaluate but they don't do that. She wanted to find another dealership to evaluate it which would cost me more time and money. I did consult with another dealership and was told the same. If it's fuel related it's not covered. We used Husky oil with non ethanol high test gas as recommended. Just be careful and look at the other brands. Very disappointed in Husqvarna.
jade 35 electronic part with problems
I bought a jade 35 on 03/26/2017. On 01/08/2018 my machine showed a few problems in the electronic part and wasn`t working, so it was sent to repair. On 02/19/2018 I got my machine back, and since then I have used it twice. Now my machine has shown problems again. Every time I try to sew it shows a message "Please lower the presser foot", well the foot i...

I have a 4 month old topaz 50 and have multiple issues with it. The thread cutter bar will not return to it's regular position every time so therefore knots up inside the bobbin unit and won't cut the thread. The foot pedal will not operate sometimes and is not operating at all at present time! I have continuous tension issues and therefore puckered fabrics because of this. When embroidery is operating sometimes there are many skipped stitches and sometimes no stitches at the beginning of the design. The bobbin thread tangles and creates messy stitches when quilting. The worst issue is sometimes the automatic cutting mechanism comes on and the needle slams down on to the presser foot. The machine try's to shut down and boot back up during stitching creating a terrible issue with the needle crashing down on the presser foot when the automatic cutter activates as you begin stitching. When I'm piecing blocks and using a 1/4" presser foot this has been extremely dangerous with needles breaking, flying out and coming right towards my face. If I didn't have glasses on the last time I would have probably had a Severe Eye Injury ! Yes, I use the needles, thread, bobbins, etc. that were recommended by Viking. I have over 30 years experience sewing and I am extremely disappointed in my machine and want a refund right away. I called & spoke with HV customer service twice, left a message with Kathy, no return call. I've talked to Joann's, they told me to return it to Viking Sewing Gallery but Janice there at my store said she can't do a refund and told me I'd have to go through HV to get one authorized. All I'm getting from everyone is the run around instead of help. I DO NOT want a (brand new) repaired machine! When I purchased it I expected to get a brand new sewing machine without problems, that isn't broken and very dangerous to use! You should stand behind your sewing machines just as you do your other products. My husband has been purchasing and using HV chain saws for many years and never have we had any problems like this. Please contact me ASAP and authorize a refund to me at The Viking Sewing Gallery in Charlotte, NC Store # 757 I cannot sew at all now with this brand new sewing machine. Thank you, Jackie W Davis
Please help, I purchased my Topaz 50 in March of 2018. I just sent my machine for service for the 3rd time for the same problem. When I’m piecing it’s fine, however when I machine quilt a large project the bobbin case jumps makes a horrible noise and the needle hits the case and a birds nest develops underneath. I took it to my dealer and she got it to work on slow speed only, once it sets to medium speed it happened again. Ibe been told it’s because of the weight of the quilt so I took extra care making sure it didn’t hang down by putting twio banquet tables together and draping the excess over a chair so to keep it off the floor. I know have to pay to have it shipped out and since it is out of warranty it’s 150 plus parts and labor and it’s 4-6 weeks before I get it back. Ugh I’m beginning to regret my purchase. 😩
Anyone else have this problem?
lack of interest from husqvarna
I have been emailing the Husqvarna support on details about how to convert the 1250 Husqvarna Embroidery machine from working off a Windows 95 pc to a newer laptop or computer.
All I get told is contact these agents in my country - well these agents NEVER get back a person and I am tired of being directed to them. What is the point of being an agent if you cannot even assist a customer?
I cannot believe that these reader cannot be converter - so must I know just bin it?
My mind is blown that Husqvarna brags about all the latest technology they are trending in but yet they cannot assist with a simple query.
No living being can find a Windows 95 PC any longer with a bloody stiffy disc slot and an old printer port - Good God they are like hens teeth.
Really am disappointed and totally irritated about the lack of assistance from Husqvarna.
Obviously once you buy a machine and pay a fortune for it - you are on your own afterwards.
Great customer service I must say!
getting mild electric shock from the first day of using husqvarna viking designer diamond deluxe
Hello! I am from India . Last year I bought my Husqvarna Viking - Designer Diamond Deluxe from India's Viking distributor. When I plug my machine and start stitching I always keep getting a mild shock at the stitch plate area and when I asked the distributor about this he said that this would stop in 3 months time. It's been a year and the problem still exists.I have checked my earthing and electric lines and both the lines are perfect. Is this caused because of the two pin plug or are the others outside India also facing the same problem with the two pin plug machine? What is the solution for this? There is no proper response from my distributor. Please help me out.I am getting scared of using my machine. Please ask my distributor to give either replace it or a full refund.
jade 35 embroidery machine/been repaired still doesn't work
I bought a new Jade35 in Dec 2015, loved it! I hated to send it in for my included-with-purchase first-year servicing. When it was being shipped back to Husqvarna in the Joann's Fabrics store in Evansville, IN, it was dropped by UPS. So I was given a loaner Jade and my machine was sent in again. It has not been right since. I went into take my machine to have it worked on again this week, and found that Husqvarna closed this location.
I've repeatedly called, come into talk to the staff, taken pictures of the wads of thread in my machine or how it "ate" the fabric, broken needles.. I've even went in and spent an afternoon to stitch a project so they could tell me what I did wrong. (One thing is, denim needles won't fit in the Jade35, and I sew on denim.. a lot.) Everytime I spoke with staff, they told me something else would help, so I'd buy new needles, stabilizer, etc.
One time my machine was sent in, when I got it back, the embroidery unit wouldn't even fit onto it. So it got sent in again.
Last night my machine kept saying it needed to rest after 1-5 stitches, and when it would start back up, the alignment was off, so my letters looked horrible. And it would have garbled text on the screen.
I believe I've tried to resolve this issue, I've been patient and tried everything they told me, and my machine is worse now than it was.
You should have record of each time it was sent in. And even tho it is supposed to be working, it doesn't.
I loved LOVED using my Jade35 before it was dropped by UPS, but now it is nothing but a source of frustration, and I end up crying or mad each time I try to do a project. I don't like starting a new project now, because I already know there's going to be a problem.
I couldn't finish an apron for my pastor's wife, who's surprise birthday party is tomorrow night because it needs to rest, wads up the thread, and breaks needles (2 today), and that was on plain cotton, not denim.
I am asking either for a refund, or replace the machine because this one does not work.
I have more pictures on my phone that would not download.
designer diamond royale sewing machine
Sept. 2016 I purchased this machine new for over $7000+ Trade in of Pfaff Creative. It has approximately 48 hours on the machine, and has been in the shop for the 4th time. About half of the hours on the machine are the technicians trying to reproduce my problems. They state every time they "can't find anything wrong with it", however, I am unable to sew a...

Huskylock 936
ENGLISH I bought a Huskylock 936 in 2008 paying € 1.391 and preferring Husqvarna to any other brand because I thought that would be a sewing machine for life. Now the so called “exclusive Sewing Advisor and Info Display” (http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/mediafiles/huskylock/index_en.html) doesn't work anymore stopping me from using the machine. I went to the dealer where I bought it in order to have it mended, but believe my discouragement and anger when he said that it is not possible to mend it because Husqvarna Viking doesn't manufacture the display or any other replacement piece any more. I couldn't believe that a brand of such a notoriety doesn't care of its products and customers! Nor I believe that such a performing sewing machine (as it was described to me) can have such a short lifespan. So I now ask to the customer care how I can have my Huskylock 936 mended.
New lawn mower blew up
After a lot of research on the mower (not Mowers Direct) I bought a Husqvarna from them which was delivered promptly. The mower got through half the lawn and then literally blew up leaving a hole in the side of the casing. Mowers Direct gave me the run around for 3 weeks (as my grass continued to grow). I finally gave up and went to Home Depot where I know they will replace a blown up lawn mower on the first mow. I'm out $350.00.
spare parts
2 months ago I handed in my Husqvarna SE for service due to the needle that made terrible noise when in start position and it got stuck and refused to sew. Ever since I have been trying to get information on when the parts will arrive but I get vague answers like the parts are on its way but still no satisfaction. Today Husvarna Potchefstroom did another follow up on the progress but again another excuse given by Huscqv Pretoria they don't have time they are BUSY with other projects.I am so fed up about Huscqvarnas poor customer service to say the least. The end of the year is nearing and businesses are closing for December. It seems I will only see progress in 2015.Huscqvarna just lost another good customer.

Warranty denied by Husqvarna
I purchased a brand new Zero Turn Husqvarna Lawn Mower from Lambert Distributing Ltd in June 2013. After using 3 times, the spinner and pulley tracks were shredded. The washer between pulley and spinner had not been installed from factory. (Husqvarna)
Husqvarna refused to accept this as a warranty issue. Lambert Distributing Ltd brought out the Husqvarna policy book and stated that Husqvarna warranty does not cover incorrect factory installment of that washer. Attached are drawing showing the missing washer, and pictures of the damage.

No quality control for product or website
I bought a $2, 500.00 Husqvarna Garden Tractor {Riding Lawn Mower}at Lowes about 3 weeks ago, June 6, 2013. I had issues with the Mower as soon as I got it home. It is my policy to check everything on a piece of equipment before use as I find many company's no longer have "quality control". I grease every zerk, check fluids and air in tires and the level of the deck. A grease zerk in the front wheel was not installed properly and the grease came out between the zerk and the wheel {stripped out hole for zerk}. I called Lowes and took the wheel in expecting a wheel and tire assembly replacement. After spending about 1 1/2 hours at Lowes trying with the sales person and customer service to locate a replacement I left with the store manager telling me he would get me a new mower sent to my home as they could NOT find a fix for this problem. They brought me a new mower in about 2 weeks. I am happy with Lowes!
Now I decide to go online to register my Garden Tractor. Ah, the website has massive problem and I get the message "The webpage cannot be found" when I hit Husqvarna Online Product Registration So I try to call customer support at [protected] and go through a nightmare of button pushing. I finally get a real person and he tells me they know there is a website problem {apparently for a really long time} and he thinks they are working on it? So I say I will mail in my registration, and he tells me the address is wrong on the registration card, and that it has been over 6 months and the post office will no longer forward the card so I will need the new address! They have been sending out registration cards with the wrong address for over 6 months! Their website has been malfunctioning for a very long timeAnd their customer support phone system is a nightmare! And they have quality control problems!
Does this sound like a company you want to buy from?

DON’T BUY SEWING MACHINES FROM HUSQVARNA!
SCAMS – Great Marketing – TERRIBLE WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I live in northern OH. And found what I thought was a good deal on line for a designer ruby Husqvarna sewing machine from ALAN RISBERG, Kalamazoo, MI. Sewing Center, HUSQVARNA dealer. ALAN RISBERG said he sold lots of machines on line, but I had to come there to buy it, so I made the 5-hour trip. He said don’t worry about the distance because there are HUSQVARNA Dealers all over the country, just tell them you moved and they will take care of any problems! LIE! I spent thousands of dollars for a machine that I can't use! I bought Husqvarna sewing thread because the dealer said their very expensive threads should be used. It blogs up and breaks needles. One broke off and hit me in my eye. The tension problems can't be fixed. All the shirts and materials I tried to sew made holes instead of fixing.
Since I bought the “quality” machine, it has never worked — not once! I have taken it in to a local dealer in OH. 5 times to “FIX IT” with no success! The OH dealer was very nice, but said I had a bad machine and should send it back for a new one. I contacted HUSQVARNA and ALAN RISBERG, and they have this SCAM going that frustrates customers to just give up! I CAN’T AFFORD TO GIVE UP! I JUST WANT A MACHINE THAT WORKS, OR JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I want this taken care of now since I am in my "1st year Warranty". Others I read about are experiencing the same delays for customer service and when their 1st year warranty is up, HUSQVARNA SAYS SORRY, YOU'RE PAST YOU'RE FIRST YEAR FULL WARRANTY. WELL I'M STILL IN MY 1st YEAR WARRANTY, AND I AM SO FRUSTRATED THAT I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! DON'T PUT ME OFF ANY LONGER!
HUSQVARNA WORLDWIDE said a regional manger would be in touch. LIE! No one called me. I received an email saying take it back to Michigan! Right! Does Husqvarna want me to make the 5 hour trip, spend the night(s) to wait on them to service it, then tell me they can’t, then wait some more for parts, then wait some more for resolution. Maybe they want me to move there. WHAT THIS MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR HUSQVARNA REALLY WANTS IS TO SELL MACHINES, BUT NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR “LIFETIME WARRANTY”. LIE!
PLEASE DON’T BUY HUSQVARNA SEWING MACHINES! DEFINITELY DON’T BUY FROM ALAN RISBERG, KALAMAZOO SEWING CENTER IN PORTGAGE, MICHIGAN. Please post your bad experiences online as well so others don’t get scammed from this giant corporation and terrible dealer ALAN RISBERG!
HERE'S JUST A FEW OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE SCAMMED TOO! CHECK THEM OUT, AND DON'T BUY HUSQVARNA. REPOST TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS SO THEY WON'T BE SCAMMED BY THE ADVERTISING!
MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL BAND TOGETHER AND GET A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST HUSQVARNA. THEY HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS!
Jeanne from Northern OH.
I too have been burned by this company. I own the Epic (fail) and the Ruby Royale. I have had the Epic for 4 years and clocked 300 hours, most of which was trying to get the machine to work. It was been in repairs 4x times. IT NEVER WORKED. I got the run around from corporate. Now both of my machines are down ( a wasted $18K) and I have nothing to show for this debt. I would gladly join a class action lawsuit
I am having the same problems with HV products; bought a Diamond Royale and after a few months, the screen/electronics blacked out. I received a new machine. I upgraded to the Designer Epic and the bobbin thread continues to shows on the embroidery; it got so bad, with thread breaking and all in October. I found out on line there was a recall from my machine, but the VSG and the repair person was aware of this. So I took to VSG for Repair Clinic; couldn't repair; took with them and received back on December 3. I did 3 embroideries and on December 9, the machine started doing the same thing. I work and have had health issues this year and have not used the Epic much at all. My year is up on 12/23/2016. When I called the VSG; the manager had the store clerk to call and tell me the Repair Clinic will be on January 21, 2017. I sent emails to the Viking in Lavergne, TN and still have not heard anything.
Did you get your problem resolved.
Huskylock s25
I hate my Huskylock s25. The machine is awful - after 2 years of use I would throw it away if I could, but since it is my business to sew, and this is the only machines they make now, I am stuck with the 2k+ investment that is a nightmare to use or service.
It is all plastic, poorly designed for use, has sharp corners that scratch you when you thread the machine, has no free arm anymore, and is generally cramped for working or threading.
It constantly breaks needles, goes out of alignment so easily, and is so complicated that you cannot service it yourself in any way. I use to love Husky's but their choices to eliminate simpler, better made machines like the 910 has turned me off, and I will never recommend them to anyone. They discontinued parts as well as their older, better machines, so now you cannot even repair and maintain the older machines. I feel so let down by a company I thought stood for great reliable products. I have no recourse and that is the most frustrating part of this. I tried to return it weeks after buying it, already knowing I was unhappy, and the 'seller' would not take it back. So buyer beware - this is not the kind of machine we all came to expect from Husqvarna, it is a cheap plastic version of their former glory, clearly designed without any thought of how a sewer would use it and made to break within a few years so you have to buy a new one.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
While challenging to learn it sews great and is a great machine, in my opinion. My error was in not truly understanding the directions, expecting it to be somewhat self explanatory. I tried to do the calibration not realizing it was only of the touch screen and ended up locking myself out of being able to use the touch screen at all.
The tragedy in my situation is I am trying to sew Christmas gifts and there is no way I have found to contact anyone after 6 PM CT to see how to reset the touchscreen. I am not going to be able to finish my gifts in time for Christmas morning.
There should be instructions on how to reset factory defaults for the touch screen included in the manual under trouble shooting. I don't see it there... I don't see a phone number to call for phone assistance, etc. I know the dealers are supposed to help but I have a feeling that those women are going to refer me to a repair something or other and I'll have to pay and wait or send the machine in or something. It should not be that difficult considering it is less than 2 mos. old. I've only been able to complete 2 projects using it.
If someone knows how to reset the default on the lcd let me know...
Assembly
Purchased equipment today 09-04-2012. I had Ace Hardware Rep start to see if it worked. It started fine but would not shutoff. He moved the cable lever in front to manually move to shut off. Had to take it to their contracted dealer to check the problem. The found that when someone from your company assembled it, the managed to bend the frame when installing the filter. So, now I have to wait a week before the part arrives to where I can use the equipment. I trusted the Husqvarna name and thought I would be receiving a great product as I had in the past - boy was I wrong. I am so disappointed. You are more than welcome to call Northwest Motorsports [protected] for details. I am very disappointed with the experience I dealt with today.

Rural King mechanic says it may have a bent valve
I purchased a new 46" Husqvarna Zero turn off the floor of RURAL KING. When they brought it to my trailor they pushed it out. The loader was asked why he pushed it. He stated because he did know he was allowed to drive it out. When I got it home and unloaded it I attempted to set the brake and the button would not depress. I figured it was probably something RK could look at later when I had a chance to take it back 22 miles back, because it didn't keep it from starting or mowing. The first time I turned on the blades the mower belt came off. This happen 4 of the five days I mowed and once it came off three times, always when I was first starting the blades. Easy enough to put back on, but a real annoyance. It mowed well enough for the first 7 hours of use, but then it began to click instead of start occasionally until it wouldn't start at all. RURAL KING says they do not take back motorized equipment, but they have a service mechanic to work on Husqvarna if it is covered by warrantee. It would have been great to know this BEFORE they rolled it out to my trailer. The $2600 ZT has been sitting at RK for more than three weeks now waiting on approval from HV to fix a motor problem on a tractor now with 8.6 hours on it. I would take another in its place, but test drive it before I left the store or even up grade to a larger ZT. My local mechanic says there is no way I hit something so hard as to bend a valve that is why the motors have shere pins, it that is the probrlem it was probably installed improperly. The store mechanic said the brake was damaged from misuse or improper maintenance... not by me when I first drove it off the trailer, or even only after this limited use.
I called Husqvarna service line today, I was told they dont give warrantee approval for repairs under warrantee, either its covered or its not, so there should be no reason for you to have been waiting for 3 1/2 weeks for the repair. They suggested I call Rural King Corporate and ask for the Vice-President of Service. 6-5-2012

Sapphire 835 Sewing Machine
I bought a brand new Sapphire 835 Husqvarna Sewing Machine on Oct o5, 2009 for $1, 398. Six months after using this machine, the stiches kept tangling at the back and I will have to rethread everytime. The needle would break, too. I found out much later that the main cause was the thread comes out of the thread take up lever. In August of 2010, I took my...

On September 3rd, 2010 I paid six thousand dollars for a Husqvarna Viking Designer Ruby Sewing/Embroidery machine. I took it home and sewed on it for 30 minutes and it quit functioning. I returned it to the store September 4th. Since it was a holiday weekend another machine was not ordered until September 7th. On September 13th a new machine came in to replace it, however, it was a much lesser model, not a DesignerRuby. The Regional Rep was contacted and another order placed and being sent the quickest way possible. Today is September 23rd. I contacted the main number from the Husqvarnaviking.com website and was told "Sorry, the DesignerRuby model is on backorder until the end of October." So apparently the recession is over if that many people can buy 6000.00 sewing machines that there isn't a SINGLE machine left in the U.S. to send me. The store I bought this from has been nothing but apologetic and nice, but I think I will get my money back and buy something other than a Viking Sewing machine. Apparently their quality is as poor as their customer service.
