I jus closed my house with I Buy STL and it was so easy and stress free. My mom just passed away and I didn't wanna spend the time and money to get it ready to sell. This was perfect for me and they let me pick the date I wanted to close. This worked for me cuz I had to get through the funeral and then get everything out of the house that I wanted, so being flexible was really good for me. They were super nice to work with and they didn't pressure me or rush me through the process. I would definitely recommend them if you wanna sell your home quick and not feel like you're being scammed or taken advantage of.

I got these cards from this company, I Buy STL, asking me to sell/buy my house. They sent it like five times and it had a picture of my house. I called them up and told them to stop sending me these cards. They even sent it to my dead husband, which really hurt me. I asked them to stop and not do it anymore.

Me and Ibuystl made a deal on 5/25 for me to sell my property. We passed all the tests. The buyer avoided my question about earnest money many times. The contract said $500 earnest money would be deposited into escrow with their favorite title company. I called the title company and they didn't deposit the earnest money. Then the buyer backed out a week before closing because the tenant was 30 days late on rent. The tenant wasn't 30 days late when we signed the contract. It doesn't matter because the contract didn't say anything about the tenant being in good standing. After they backed out, Bobby (the rep I was working with) wouldn't send the earnest money and told me to talk to their lawyer. He also accused me of misrepresenting the property even though I gave more info than the contract needed and answered all his questions quickly. I'm an honest person who was tricked by the buyer not depositing earnest money.
