IAA review: Damage to my yard

My husband called IAA to come and get our car after a Progressive user damaged it a week before. It took my husband calls every day to IAA before they came to get the car to inspect it to let Progressive know the damages to the car. Then the IAA driver called and he was unintelligible, we simply couldn't understand a word he said even the call back number as he had mumbled and slurred his words the entire voice message and kept saying "uhhhh". But when the IAA tow driver finally came after a week of footing around, he left giant, long, and deep ruts in my yard where he had got stuck. The IAA driver did extreme damage to my yard, at least 6 feet long and I don't even know how many inches deep. He even drug some of my yard's dirt into the main road.
