IAA review: Stolen items

On January 23,2024 I picked up my ALREADY BOXED belongings from my vehicle that was repoed. After waiting 49 mins when my original appt was 3:30 the guy from the back finally came. He told me my items had been boxed since the 15th. Immediately while walking to the truck to get my possession the guy also asked me randomly the color of my daughter car seat. I told him the color he said OH because we can’t find it but I’m going to go back and look. After waiting another 30 mins in the rain with my boxes and 1 year old daughter he came back with a dirty car seat that belonged to someone else. I went in building after him explaining the situation and the manager REBECCA at Memphis Getwell location said don’t worry she will buy me another one and write down everything that’s missing. The employee that day also showed pics of the carseat that was indeed in the pics so they know it was one and promised to replace my daughter brand new car seat. As of today feb 5th after I decided to call to check on the process and was stated the file she claimed was denied because she didn’t see a car seat in the photo which is a lie because the employees and guy responsible for bringing the belongings mentioned it before even asking my name. After waiting that long I haven’t had any email confirmation. I keep calling and now she’s saying she can’t send me anything and she keep making suggestions that I call titlemax .

For the past hr I haven’t had any luck nor confirmation of anything STILL. Also she told me to hire an attorney and go from there because there’s nothing she can do to help after being a complete liar and hiring bad employees that keeps getting reports of stealing out of cars. I will definitely keep calling corporate and hiring one for this unprofessional business.
