On January 23,2024 I picked up my ALREADY BOXED belongings from my vehicle that was repoed. After waiting 49 mins when my original appt was 3:30 the guy from the back finally came. He told me my items had been boxed since the 15th. Immediately while walking to the truck to get my possession the guy also asked me randomly the color of my daughter car seat. I...

IAA Unable to take a Ryanair flight due to illness

Ryanair Ref [protected]/HL8RJQ

On the 18th of Nov my wife and I were booked to travel with Ryanair to Malaga. However my wife had to have an operation on her eye (Macular Hole Surgery)

and was told by the Surgeon not to fly - I have a letter from him which I submitted too Ryanair. I asked Ryanair for a Credit Note but they have refused point blank.

I feel that this condition falls under Ryanair's clause - "Serious Illness - and are therefore unable to travel" They say they will give a refund under this condition.

My husband called IAA to come and get our car after a Progressive user damaged it a week before. It took my husband calls every day to IAA before they came to get the car to inspect it to let Progressive know the damages to the car. Then the IAA driver called and he was unintelligible, we simply couldn't understand a word he said even the call back number...
