IamNaughty.com review: 14.99 for premium I did not want

I paid the.99 for 1 day. When I went back to the site it automatically popped up a page to get Premium for 14.99. I x'ed out but they charged me. They used the card that I used earlier. I went to the contact us page. The program wouldn't let me enter the info. So I hit the no button for the question was this helpful. Another paragraph popped up for the info they wanted for a refund. I filled in the first 2 lines and they deleted themselves. That happened 4 times. So I tried to fill out the box for a message. Every time I was about 3-4lines in it went to a different page. When I went back to the message it was blank. This happened 3 times. I tried to get a number to call and came across this. I want a refund for the 14.99 for premium. I also want to make sure am not charged for any recurring changes. I am beyond upset. The 14.99 charge over drafted me. That cost me 34 dollars. I write programs in 7 languages, including Python.
