IamNaughty.com review: Deactivate recurring subscription and charges to then cancel and remove my account and personal info off the site

My user id is User ID: [protected] I recently signed up on 01/20/2025 and got the cheepest supscription try service out and after using decided not for me now attempting to cancel or deactivate the subscription not be charged again but not allowing me to do so the message get is to contact yall and the number is no longer valid and so try a email so please assist me in getting this subscription cancelled and stopped so I can then go through the final process of discontinuing the service and have all my info then be removed dont understand why is so difficult for this if I cant get this resolved promptly i'll be forced to get wit my bank to file for fraud on my acct be attempted to be charged on somethin no longer want asked to be stoped then have to file charges sure with our police but like to avoid all these headaches.
