On 7/12 there was an offer on my account to receive $4.19 if you purchased 12 yoplait yogurts. I stopped at Meijer on my way to work and purchased 12 then scanned the receipt when I got to work. When I looked at my cash back that night, this purchase was denied saying it didn't meet the requirements. I then scanned all the yogurts and it accepted it. When I looked again the next morning it was denied again so I opened a ticket. Before I could get a response the offer became available again so once again I went to the store and bought 12 more. I scanned my receipt for those 12 and received cash back with no problem. Now they are denying my first receipt saying I needed to get paid for that one before I could submit the offer again. It was their system that screwed up, not me. There wasn't any reason that I shouldn't have received cash back for the 7/12 purchase. So because THEY DIDN'T answer my ticket I am now being denied the $4.19 that I was entitled to since everything on the receipt matched the offer.
