Ordered material, paid for it
Ordered material, paid for it. It was supposed to be here in 5 days. That order was placed June 2. Today is July 9 and not one *** piece of material. I think they are con artist.
Sent first email and they responded and apologized, said because of Covid-19 they were shut down but were back open and would be sending it very soon. That was on June 16. It is now July 9 and no material what so ever. Sent another email June 29 but absolutely no response to that email.

If there was a way to do less than 1 star I would. I ordered fabric on March 3, 2022, By the 18th I was finally contacted with a time to ship. I never received a tracking order. I attempted to call e-mail etc. to no avail nothing. I need to get my money returned. This fabric was for my grandaughter's prom dress. It's hurting because my son her father passed *** 4 years ago and we have attempted to step in and help. Now I have to come up with the money to find it somewhere else and pray I can get it in time to make her dress. Hurt Grandma

I never received my fabric. Their phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to email or their chat site. They did take take funds from my credit card.

I emailed them after a month of waiting, and they told me the fabric had been shipped and was on its way, but when I contacted USPS they told me a shipping label had been created by ifabric, but had never been given to USPS for shipping. I repeatedly contacted the company hoping it was just an error and that things would be resolved, but after sending several emails which were ignored, I had to file a dispute with my bank. I would not recommend this company to anyone thinking of ordering.

Horrible! Stay away from this company. It is truly fake. Orders DO NOT ship within 7 days. It's been nearly a month and mine is still in limbo. Chat room does not work. Phones have constant busy signal, emails go unanswered. They take your money immediately and you receive no order confirmation. Check the site and your order sits in limbo with no way to track it. It is a complete rip off and a true farce. I filed a grievance with my credit card company. Hopefully, they can resolve it and maybe help get them shut down. They do not deserve even one star.

I ordered 4 down pillows from this company. They sent me 4 very hard poly cushions. I sent them a copy of my invoice which stated 4-down pillows. They told me they wanted me to pay for shipping as well as a 50% restocking fee. I told them I understood that if I just changed my mind on a whim that those fees would be understandable. I would also understand if I clicked the wrong button and actually asked for poly pillows by mistake. However, I will not pay for there mistake. When I asked them to send me a shipping label they sent me an email that said, "you received the correct product". It said nothing else. Terrible customer service.

Nov 1 update: labeled printed awaiting item to enter UPS facility. iFabric customer service number listed on search engine and website is a disconnected number. Email sent to iFabric, awaiting response. Based on other 2020 Complaintsboard.com complaints, I'm not optimistic that I *** see item ordered or a refund. Not sure if it's a covid issue, a fire issue, a riot, or a fearful election result issue. Regardless, communication with the client regarding any information is non existent.

After the complaint was filled it finally shipped but was 2.33 yards short. Emailed the company and asked for refund or for them to ship the missing fabric and they were not helpful and just said it was correct. Just sent picture today with picture of the measurement still not hopeful they will refund the $56 difference. Would not buy from them again. I have had to waste too much time calling and following up. Wish I had looked at the reviews first. The phone number on the site doesn't work properly.

Order placed on [protected]. Money withdrawn from credit card on [protected]. After 2 emails, they send me an email with a link for a tracking number created minutes before the email. I replied with thanks for the update and asked when it would go out. I was told Tuesday it will update. A week later, it still wasn't in UPS's hands. More emails were exchanged and another label was created on XX-X-XXXX and here it is 11-13 and the package still hasn't moved. I am done with them and disputing credit card company charge as fraud since I am not willing to wait another month for another bogus label to be created. I will never place another order with this company or refer anyone to them. Save your patience and shop elsewhere.

Once I was able to reach someone and ask about my order, all they said was they had to pause due to COVID but couldn't give me an ETA on shipment. So I asked for a refund, and they wouldn't give it to me because they said fabric was already cut. So no ETA on shipment and no refund. So I asked for something to help compensate for the inconvenience and they said they can't do anything or give me anything. Not exactly good customer service. I didn't even receive an apology. It was my first time to order and this was my experience. It was very disappointing.

Warning...DO NOT ORDER from this fraudulent company. SHAME on them. Taking peoples money and giving them nothing but stress. I pray Karma is a real thing... I hope their business goes under. I went through the same thing. Took my money on 4/12 and got a fake tracking number. Their website says they ship in 7-10 business days, but got an apology and said it was shipped out on the 20th. Then still no action on tracking... contacted again. They said they will contact USPS personally and get back to me the next day. They didn't! Now that I'm fuming, and can't reach them by (constantly busy) phone, I told them they had three days to make this right or I was calling my bank and refuting the charges. Then they had the audacity to cancel my order. How do you cancel an already shipped order? LIARS! I wouldn't even give the 1 star,but you all know how that goes. Attempted to call their customer service number but the number was disconnected. I tried reaching them via e-mail and no response. I tried contacting them via their live chat service with zero response. A week later after my last attempt to contact them I get an email that my order was cancelled and they refunded the costs of the sample swatches but ran off with my shipping costs. I wouldn't have minded so much if they refunded my shipping costs considering they never did update me that the order was even packed or sent out. This place is a SCAM and absolutely horrible. DO NOT order from them. After reading many other reviews I am not alone it seems. I'm glad I never went beyond ordering sample swatches otherwise I'd be out of a lot of more money. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I sent an email stating that my order was canceled, and I thought there was a mistake and still want the items. The reply email stated there was no mistake that they canceled the order and I can reorder the items. Well, the same items went from $12.99 to $19.99. So, I replied that there is now a price difference and if this was the way they conducted business I don't want to purchase from them. I got another reply from ifabric that stated' "thanks for letting me know" BYE. I gave them 2 stars for the speedy reply and that they promptly refunded my money. Just frustrated, with the shade, and $19.99 for one yard of cotton fabric is not "wholesale" as they claim to be, nor the "world class customer service".

Took my payment but have not heard from them regarding my order being shipped and will not respond to my emails and do not have a working phone number Order # XXXXX, I ordered and paid for 2 yards of MLB Broadcloth Los Angeles Dodgers 100% Cotton Fabric on 4/6 and patiently waited the 7 business days ifabric says it may take to ship out the order. I have only received the invoice but nothing on item shipping or tracking number for the fabric. I have tried to reach them through all the channels ifabric says to use if you need to contact them. As previous complaints have said, their phone number is not a working number, they do not respond to emails to ***@ifabric.com and also looked for the chat icon they speak of on their faq page that does not exist. I have never received a response from them, and I am sure they do not have the Dodger fabric in stock because it went very fast to making masks for the covod-19. I wish they would just be honest and let me know. It would be nice if they just communicated and made customer service a priority. I would like an explanation of my order and if it's not in stock I would like a refund ASAP.

I ordered $304 worth of fabric on 3/7/22 because the website said shipping would be about 5-7 days. The money was taken out right away & I received a text message that same day saying thank you for my order and I would be notified when it shipped. When I didn't get a message a week later I sent an email. The response was my order was processed and would be mailed out on Friday. (3/18) I emailed a couple more times because we needed it by the 18th and didn't get a response so I called the number that was on their email and it's not a working number. I immediately began to think SCAM, so I emailed a few more times and no response. I figured I'd wait until today to see if I would get a text with a tracking number but still nothing. I either want my fabric or my money back. I also think this website should be shut down to prevent these scammers from stealing other consumers money. You shouldn't take the money until the order is being shipped out. They also are falsely advertising on their site in many ways. They say they have "World Class Customer Service" and they don't have a working number! A 30 day return policy, but if you can't get ahold of anyone how can you get a return? They have a chat function that nobody responds to. It's so frustrating that they have all these great reviews on their website, but if you go out on the web (of course this was after all the red flags) you'll find all these negative reviews. How does a person even know that the reviews on their website are real? Again, another reason why this website should be shut down!

I bought frantic from ifabric.com on November 6 in the amount of $106.21. Order ***. I sent an email on 11/11 asking about my order. They responded the same day that it would be shipped on Wednesday. I was sent a tracking number *** on 11/18. I sent an email asking about where my fabric was on 11/23 and 11/27 because said tracking number only states that the label had been created. On 11/30 they sent me another email saying the fabric would be shipped out on Friday (even though they had already sent me a tracking number on prior date mentioned above). On 12/09 I emailed again saying I had been given no new tracking number and that the original one still had no movement. I stated how unhappy I was. On 12/10 they responded that they are there is no movement and will check with ***. They never responded after that although I have reached out by email many times 12/13 12/23 12/24 1/1 3/7 Long story short before I run out of characters, I still have no fabric 03/21/22 and their phone number and online chat hasn't worked since the beginning. The website says it takes up to 7 days to process payment, but they instantly took it from my account. I had opened a claim with my banking and they had until *** to respond. On the evening of *** that's when they sent a shipping email, but it is just proof that the label has been printed. I have called the number on their site, and it is disconnected. I have emailed them 4 times, with no reply, and I have tried to message their live chat during their posted times 4 times and not one of those services had any response from iFabric and it's representatives. Reviews of this site say that they only got a shipping notification as soon as they wanted to cancel or took it up with their banks, and for weeks it would just sit as the image shows below: Label has been created, but has not reached USPS. And in many cases if banks weren't involved fake shipping numbers would be given over and over, each time different for the same order.
I ordered fabric and table cloth on Feb 9th paid $48.74 the order was to ship in 5-7 days arriving by Feb 18th after the 1st email it then changed to the 25th. I sent email on the 19th requesting an eta. I received email w/tracking # on the 22nd saying on the way. I checked the tracking# on the 25th and it was only created not sent via UPS so I sent an email to send order or refund my money, I haven't received a response. March 1st tried calling number listed it say the # is incorrect so can't reach company I sent another email requesting order to be shipped in next day or two or refund my money. At this point this company refuses to ship order and I don't wish to waste any more time contacting them. This is not good customer service. My project is already more then two weeks late.

I placed an order for materials on 7/7 and never received my order. I used my Visa for the purchase. On 8/9, I inquired about the status via email. By 8/13, I was told a replacement order had been dispatched. On 8/27 and several times thereafter, I sought updates without any reply. By 9/2, I requested a full refund due to the lack of response. Further inquiries about my refund on 9/12 and 9/21 were also ignored. On 10/13, I attempted to reach out through their website chat but received no answer. I checked with UPS using the provided tracking number and found that iFabric had not arranged for any pickup of my original or replacement order. I ordered 5 items 12 days ago and was lied to about the shipping date. I canceled the order and was not answered. On Sunday, Sep 27, 2020, I placed an order for five items listed as in-stock from ***. $43.47 On Wednesday, Sep 30, 2020, I inquired as to why the order had not shipped yet. I received a response that the order would be shipped on Tuesday (presumably Oct 6th) with no answer as to why the delay, just a further delay expectation added. On Friday, Oct 2, 2020, I received an email with a UPS tracking number: ***. According to UPS tracking, the only status was that a label was printed. On Wednesday, Oct 7, 2020, I noted the promised (late) shipping date had passed, and there was no new status on the UPS tracking or further communication from iFabric. I inquired as to why the shipping did not occur, and for status. I received no response. On Thursday, Oct 8, 2020, with no answer from iFabric, I requested the order be canceled and the charges reversed, giving them 24 hours before further action. I received no response. On 11/30 I placed order*** for 7 yds fabric. iFabric charged my *** $60.64. To date, I have neither received the fabric I ordered, nor a refund. I contacted Customer Service on 12/16 via email, and received a response on 12/17 saying that my order would ship on Thursday, 12/23. It did not. I have reached out to the company via email several more times and have not received a reply. I tried calling Customer Service, but the number listed is non-working. I also tried the 'chat' feature on their website. It is not functioning either.
I ordered Black faux leather fabric from iFabric on January 17th. I have not received any tracking numbers. Two forms of contact in emails are not being responded to, and their phone number on their website is not connected. After spending nearly $54 in this purchase I cannot get any response and their website states it would take 5-7 business days to ship purchases which in this case, has been twice as long.
November 14 I made a purchase from ifabric.com. On 12/27 I was sent an email asking to review my purchase. Their online website showed the order had never been sent or processed. I emailed them asking for an update and was promptly replied to stating that it would be mailed out that week. Order *** still reads as unshipped and confirmed on their website. On Jan 10,2022 I emailed asking for a refund. They asked for my order number and I have never heard back again from that email line of inquiry. I have tried calling their posted phone number with a "unable to reach your caller" response on the end of the line and their online customer service is not available within their stated customer service hours. I once again today Jan 31st, 2022 emailed asking for an update and requested that it be cancelled and refunded with a response "Hello, Just to confirm we have received your inquiry, We will get back to you as soon as possible!" This is the only response I have gotten the past few times I have reached out. I am also in the EST so as you can see in the screenshot it is within their customer service hours.

Horrible business practices. Won't return emails. Number not in service. Doesn't deliver product. I ordered also $300 worth of fabric on May 5th. Their website stated 5-7 days for delivery. I watched my order and the whole time it stated "order placed". On the seventh day, with no change, I emailed asking nicely when they think the fabric might be mailed out. Never heard a response. A few days later, I attempted to call using the number on the site. The recorded message claims that the number is outta service. I immediately did a little more digging and found several others on various review sites that have had the same problem. I went straight to PayPal and disputed the issue to get my money back. When iFabric did not respond to them either, I escalated the dispute. They STILL have not responded to PayPal. I just want my money back as I had to order from a reputable company, also located in LA, to get my fabric that I need for an order for a customer. I can't wait an entire month for fabric that should take a week, especially when it is for a customer's order. Very angry with the lack of professionalism and courtesy this "company" shows. If I treated my customers like this, I wouldn't have a business.

I make costumes as a side business and a customer wanted specific fur from this store. I ordered 1 yard of fire red lux shag fur, 1 yard of black fur, 1 yard white, and 2 yards eggplant it was around *** This was on November 18th, and the website said they usually process and ship out in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks on December 2nd I asked for an update and their website says they respond within 24 hours. After waiting 5 days for a response on December 7th I asked for a refund. I sent out four or five more requests through the customer service form on their website asking for a refund. On December 18th, a month after my purchase and also the last day of their 30 day policy where I still had credit to ask for a refund, they emailed me saying my product would be shipped out asap. I had received another email on December 30th asking to review my products so far. Then on January 4th a shipping label for my order was made. I had asked on January 12th if I could have an update and if they ever planned on actually shipping my product out. As of February 8th, there still have been no updates and nothing has been shipped.

I was told in a confirmation that it would be mailed within 5-7 business days. I reached out to the company via e-mail on August 11th to get an update, they finally responded to me on Saturday the 22nd saying my order would be shipped out on Monday the 24th. I reached back out to them because I had received a text saying my order was shipped with a tracking number. I received this text on that same Saturday that I received their e-mail. I clicked on the tracking number and it isn't valid. I tried calling the phone number on their website numerous times but no one answers. I e-mailed then again today the 28th asking to speak to someone about my order and advised them that the tracking number they send me was not legit. I also asked for a refund and said that I had tried calling their business number with no success. I got a one sentence response that simply said "they don't answer their phone". I send another e mail right after that saying again that I needed information about my order and I wanted a refund or I would report them. I have yet to hear back from anyone. At this point I just want my money back since my gut tells me this is a scam!

I received an email saying the fabric was being prepared to ship on March 6th. The fabric has still not arrived. I ordered 6 different colors of Minky Rosebud Fabrics (Order number XXXXX) for *** I emailed the company 2 weeks later asking where my order was and they said I should receive it in 10-12 days. Still nothing 10-12 days later. I then sent another email saying to cancel my order or I would dispute with my CC company and the next day, April 5th, I received an email saying that the package was on it's way with a USPS tracking number. As of today they still have not shipped the package, it is still sitting in the warehouse showing shipping label created (April 5 at 2:15 pm - Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item - LOS ANGELES, CA XXXXX). I emailed the company on April 10th telling them that I had seen a label was created, but USPS shows nothing has shipped yet. I still have not gotten a reply to the email. Today, April 15th I tried to call the customer service number provided in the email - it did not connect and said the number was not in operation. Still nothing and this is not ok! I understand the times we are in but this order was placed on March 5th!

I ordered silver white hologram mini dots spandex for a total of *** I never received a confirmation email, or a shipping email for two weeks before I contacted them. The phone number on the website doesn't work, no one is getting back to me on the live chat on their website, and I tried to contact them through Facebook and Instagram. I emailed them and asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded, and they sent me an email back saying that my order would be shipped on oct 15, despite expressly saying I didn't want the fabric. I again, emailed and said that I didn't want it, and to refund my money. Today is oct 15, and I got an email saying the fabric is on its way. Because it was so hard to contact someone, and because of the shady lack of communication methods, this business is untrustworthy. I'm including a screenshot of the chat that was never responded to, the emails sent and received of my wishes to be refunded, and then being ignored. I was sent a tracking number *** on 11/18. I sent an email asking about where my fabric was on 11/23 and 11/27 because said tracking number only states that the label had been created. On 11/30 they sent me another email saying the fabric would be shipped out on Friday (even though they had already sent me a tracking number on prior date mentioned above). On 12/09 I emailed again saying I had been given no new tracking number and that the original one still had no movement. I stated how unhappy I was. On 12/10 they responded that they are there is no movement and will check with ***. They never responded after that although I have reached out by email many times 12/13 12/23 12/24 1/1 3/7 Long story short before I run out of characters, I still have no fabric 03/21/22 and their phone number and online chat hasn't worked since the beginning. No further responses from them. And I now have 2 different addresses for them: *** From a recent email and *** From their website. I have attempted having my bank refund me but they haven't.

This company is a scam with a non-existing phone number and lack of customer service. They charge your CC and don't ship the merchandise Placed an order on 6/01 for 7 yards of fabric. Almost immediately got a confirmation text with my order # XXXXX and 3 hrs later got a second text notifying the fabric was shipped. I got a UPS tracking number and my credit card was immediately charged with the purchase amount. It happens to be the shipping label was created but the merchandise was never received according to UPS. Tried MULTIPLE ways of communications with them, including the FAKE phone number they have in their site and several emails.. After a good number of emails they responded one of them apologizing and blaming Covid19 for the issue and indicated the order was being processed, no further details whatsoever.. This was 3 days ago and now 11 days after the order was placed and the CC charged, still nothing has been shipped. It only takes 5 minutes to cut 7 yards of fabric from a roll and put it in a shipping bag, but they do not seem to care. If the operation was paused due to covid19, WHY don't you also hold on the CC charge and notify the customers? Everyone complains about the same thing so this is not an isolated case and this business shall not be allowed to operate. The delay already destroyed my plans/project so I'm already screwed thanks to this fake company.

The money was taken out right away & I received a text message that same day saying thank you for my order and I would be notified when it shipped. When I didn't get a message a week later I sent an email. The response was my order was processed and would be mailed out on Friday. (3/18) I emailed a couple more times because we needed it by the 18th and didn't get a response so I called the number that was on their email and it's not a working number. I immediately began to think SCAM, so I emailed a few more times and no response. I figured I'd wait until today to see if I would get a text with a tracking number but still nothing. I either want my fabric or my money back. I also think this website should be shut down to prevent these scammers from stealing other consumers money. You shouldn't take the money until the order is being shipped out. They also are falsely advertising on their site in many ways. They say they have "World Class Customer Service" and they don't have a working number! A 30 day return policy, but if you can't get ahold of anyone how can you get a return? They have a chat function that nobody responds to. It's so frustrating that they have all these great reviews on their website, but if you go out on the web (of course this was after all the red flags) you'll find all these negative reviews. How does a person even know that the reviews on their website are real? Again, another reason why this website should be shut down!

I ordered 2 yards of royal mink for $17.95 and 2 yards of polyester fabric for $11.98 and shipping cost totally $8.99 through ifabric.com. on the 9th of june . There was a discount of $1.49 added to the invoice with a total of $37.46 Paid with mastercard with invoice XXXXX, when I recieved my invoice I noticed the shipping destination had an error, I promptly addressed this to ***@ifabric.com via email, chat on the website and phone calls. ifabric.com did not respond to any of my messages asking for correction and the phone number did not accept incoming calls. This prompted the packages to be returned to them and never get delivered. When finally reaching someone at ifabric.com on june 16th through their Facebook page, their attitude was distasteful. When bringing up that my item never reached my destination ifabric.com prompted me to pay additional 8.99 to reship the items back to me, outside of the shipping cost I already adhered to. They stated that this error was my fault therefore they did not need to reship without additional costs. I immediately requested to cancel my order. They then informed me there will be a 50 percent charge in additional cost to refund my order for stocking fees and that I must pay before I receive my refund. When I mentioned that I had emailed them several times to correct the issue they had stated they were shut down because of covid and that they are just now getting around to messaging about orders. It appears there is no way to just pay the agreed cost and receive product without being dupped into paying above and beyond to the company who made zero attempt to resolve an issue for customer service.

I received the wrong products and they do not want to acknowledge their wrong doings in order to fix the issue. I originally ordered one tablecloth for my upcoming wedding on 10/10. The reason I only ordered one was to make sure it was the correct color before ordering a batch of them. I received the one and was satisfied. I saved up the money to order the batch I needed. I went back onto their website and went to my previously ordered part of my profile on their website and chose to reorder option and added the needed quantity. I paid and started waiting for my package in the mail. Once received I opened and realized it was the wrong merchandise. Since last week I have been trying to reached their customer service number to no avail. They do not respond to the online chat room option on their website and they will email you back days later and even then they do not address the situation. They messed up the order and refusing to correct their errors. They are making me pay a restocking fee in order for them to take back the wrong product they sent me. Plus are making me pay to ship it back to them. Even though they are the ones that messed up the order. Now i spent over $135.00 on these table clothes and to some it might now seem like a lot of money. But to myself a mother of two on unemployment who is struggling to make ends meet during this pandemic all while trying to finish school and plan a wedding, it is a lot of money to simply throw away. And then to think now they don't wish to help fix they'd wrong doings and now to have to try and find somewhere else to get this stuff from in order to have it in time and make sure it is the correct color, not to mention yet again try and find the money in my budget to have to spend again on something that could have easily been fixed because the company messed up is just wrong.

If there was a way to do less than 1 star I would. I ordered fabric on March 3, 2022, By the 18th I was finally contacted with a time to ship. I never received a tracking order. I attempted to call e-mail etc. to no avail nothing. I need to get my money returned. This fabric was for my grandaughter's prom dress. It's hurting because my son her father passed *** 4 years ago and we have attempted to step in and help. Horrible! Stay away from this company. It is truly fake. Orders DO NOT ship within 7 days. It's been nearly a month and mine is still in limbo. Chat room does not work. Phones have constant busy signal, emails go unanswered. They take your money immediately and you receive no order confirmation. Check the site and your order sits in limbo with no way to track it. It is a complete rip off and a true farce. I filed a grievance with my credit card company. Hopefully, they can resolve it and maybe help get them shut down. They do not deserve even one star.
