The worst ever. So rude, totally unprofessional. Do yourself a big favor and find another lawyer...

I just dont understand why would the firm end up with more money than you and you are the injured party left with back pain everyday of your life...?

I don't get it, why does the firm get more money than you when you're the one who got hurt and now have back pain every day? It just doesn't make sense to me.

I had my case for 3 years! God help me, cuz when they contacted me I thought they wanna help me and not hinder and try to botch my open and shut case. It's terrible and I later read other reviews that this is a common practice for this law firm.

I had a case back in 2017 and I hardly spoke to anyone. Then they sort of pressured me into settling. I don't know what I paid them $8000 for. They were supposed to pay off all my bills. Now, in 2021, I'm receiving a bill in collections when everything was supposed to be paid. I've tried reaching out, but no one is getting back to me. It's really disappointing! I strongly advise against using their services.

This law center is a total scam. It's been almost a year since my 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat got totaled while I was sitting at a red light. It wasn't my fault at all, even the police wrote in the report that it was definitely the other driver's fault. I walked away with no tickets, but he was on the phone and hit the middle of my driver's side fender so hard that my car was completely wrecked. And guess what? I haven't received a single penny from them. On top of that, my body still aches. They haven't given me a single red cent. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company, please.

Wondrful experince from start to finish. I retained the team of Monge & Associates after a car ran a red light and I was rear ended. I had a lot of damage and I suffered neck and long lasting back injuries. Not only was the team that took the call were extremely compassionate the team that handled the case were very caring. I am thankful that I was able get the treatment and the settlement I deserved and that I felt my case was put first. I did make the right decision.

I picked this law firm because I thought they cared about clients and not just money, but I was wrong. Choosing them to represent me was a big mistake. My car accident happened almost a year ago, and for 6 months I've been trying to contact my attorney. Last week, I called again to see if I could talk to someone for updates, and I found out that my attorney is no longer with the firm. Nobody even told me that someone else took over my case. I lost my business, home, car, and more, but they didn't show any sympathy. All I get are apologies, but that doesn't make up for losing everything I worked hard for. If you've been in an accident, please don't choose this law firm. I don't recommend them. This is the worst experience I've ever had. They don't even deserve one star!

I don't think Monge & Associates know what they're doing. They don't return calls, ignore customers, and don't return calls. I asked for my file back, but never got a disengagement letter or anything. *** won't call me back. The ladies who answer are nice but send me to different voicemails. All I want is my file. Please don't give the firm a bad reputation. I got that book too. It said he was grateful to meet *** is dead. At Easter, I got an email that was a slap in the face. They gave my file to another lawyer who was so rude, it was unreal. I didn't realize professional people could be that ugly. I can't get a disengagement letter from them either. If you deny a case, don't you need a file? The 2nd lawyer said they never got my file. I see why you're not under the ComplaintsBoard.com, but the bar association will know how you treat people. Stop advertising that you help people when you only want big accident victims. You really misrepresented and disappointed me. I'll never give you a referral. I feel better that I was able to express myself. *** even though you won't return my call, the internet people will see this.

When I first hired Monge and Associates, they were great. Charles was great. I'm not a pushover and I won't let anyone disrespect me. A year and more into my case, 4 surgeries, several loans against my case, hundreds of thousands in medical bills, Charles calls me and tells me that they can't represent me anymore because I was rude to a Doctor and someone told him I had contact with someone on the property I was suing. I told Charles 2 months after I hired the firm about a Doctor I didn't like and we switched to another medical provider. He knew my Husband worked on the property so of course I was going to have contact with him. He couldn't provide any evidence when I asked several times, so now I'm pursuing a legal malpractice claim against the firm. They're big liars and they break the laws themselves. I asked for documentation and they refused to give it to me. I asked for Scott Monge to call me and it's been almost a year and he still hasn't called! The great thing is I believe in black and white. We emailed about the Doctors and he waits over a year later to give me that lame excuse. I can't wait to see them in court! I don't recommend them because they're criminals themselves and they couldn't care less about you. They feel like they're above the law and they can do whatever they want. All of the positive reviews come from people who received a settlement check! MONGE AND ASSOCIATES DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY THE MONEY!

I was referred here by a friend. When I first hired Monges and Associates, I felt good about them. Now I'm regretting my decision about hiring them. My first lawyer that was assigned to me never answered for me... we never really had a conversation. I reached out to *** about that and they appointed me another lawyer. Well, the only time I hear from my lawyer is when I reach out to her. I honestly don't think she even cares about my case. It was always "We are waiting on 1 more ***" then after constantly emailing her and being ignored, I reached out to the main line. Then she ironically called me that same day stating she has the *** and was sending my demand off that day! Which was about a month ago. I emailed her today and asked if she has heard anything else. Her response was "We are waiting on one more ***." At this point, I give up. I don't know what to believe anymore. The only time I ever hear from *** is when I reach out to them. I honestly feel like I'm not getting treated correctly! I see all these great reviews about how everyone else's lawyers would reach out and check on them. I really wish I would've had the same experience everyone else had. Your attorney should be someone you trust and believe in. When I see everyone else's reviews and see how good they have been treated, I immediately feel abandoned. I wish I could've had a great experience like everyone else!
