They sending the message lyt at 23:25 they making empty promise, for saturday at 20:00 I go at shell garage angain the bus didn't come, why? I want my money back they don't care about the passenger. I did try to call them voice mail phone. Till today no response to tell what's happening why. My ticket was from paarl to queenstown at shell ultra saturday 13/01/24 time arrive to queenstown 06:20. Unfortunately i'm still here at cape town bcz the bus didn't came it's monday today.
