constant and unsolicited phone calls
There are some options available to restore control to your the consumer to stop companies and organizations such as the NRA and its henchmen, IMC from contacting you. For those of you who are at the receiving end of this harassment these recommendations will not help. Find a reliable "masking" service online (I use abine.com) and set up a masked email account. Incidentally, this particular service is free. Each time a business or organization asks for your email address, Abine/Blur will generate a dedicated masked email address for that singular purpose. I currently have over 30 masked email addresses, each for a different company. When an email is received at the masked address it is then forwarded to your real email address. The beauty is that if you are receiving unwanted email, you do not need to unsubscribe at the email source. You just delete the masked email and bingo they can no longer contact you...you have simply disappeared. Well, what about unwanted phone calls? Abine has an answer for that too. Your own (single) masked phone number. Incoming calls come to the masked number you previously provided and are then forwarded to your real number. The caller has no idea what your real number is, so, if you do not wish to receive phone calls from callers such as IMC and the NRA you just block them, and just like the masked emails, they cannot call you after that...you have become invisible! The masked phone number, unlike the masked emails, is not free however. It is part of their premium service and there is a small fee. The premium service includes other useful benefits as well. I don't work for Abine so do your research. There are other similar services available with a simple online search. Remember if you have already provided your email address and phone number to the NRA, this will not help you. I am a former NRA member and have since resigned and joined a more reputable gun rights organization.
wrong direction.
l bought and sold some shares with Richmonds They at that time seemed ok.
l purchased Imc security Inc. Then on it came buy this buy that, told them NO
They kept pushing me on to a different hand all the time. The only thing
they did not tell me was about the company, how l could sell these shares ?
This was 4 years of this, l then started to loose my kool.
l got in touch with the boss of IMC this dude was no better, he can't give secrets
away. At this time l was thinking my money was down the drain.
l kept getting phone calls from different locations in the USA wanting me to sell
Capital Gold was another company trying to rip me off .
How do l sell these shares ?
Do you have a paper certificate of IMC Security? The contact information of Richmond International is to be known.
What are the contact details of the company for which you signed papers? What papers did you sign? What other company called you to buy your shares? Be careful with such companies. We must verify if those companies are registered. All what they say must be checked.
I have bought 1'500 shares of IMC Security from Richemond on the 10 September 2'006.
Im have not heard anything since about a long time and last year some company called me to buy those shares but I was in the middle of my moving and had not the time nor my papers available.
I got a offering about two month ago by a mergers & acquisitions Inc. company and I signed the necessary papers.
This day I also got a call from another company that is also interested to buy those 1'500 shares.
Where can I see this transaction officially recorded ?
Pierre Romang
Whatch out I had the same and they have stolen my money! I sold them but don't know where the money is because Greenberg doesn't existe anymore!. S I have never seen a cent but the papers have been signed and probably sold?!?!?!?

Hi
offically I sold my IMC Shares to Greenberg International everything was signed and I was waiting for the money they had all the inorfmations they needed. So Mr. James caslled me and told me that I had to pay for the international papers because of the 9/11 the fees in advance the nice sum of 3600$ I said no way since when do you have to pay to get your money from a sell?!? I said this to him and since of corse I have not heared from him at all. The point is the shares are sold as I signed all the papers. Now is the question have they ever existed? I tried to get in touch with the FBI but from other experiences they do not help at all and I am living in France too fare a way from everything. Is theire anyone how could help me?...
The people of Richmond International who sold the shares must be found.
Was sold by Richmond International the biggest spam
We have to know who sold the IMC Security shares.
I have been conned too. I had email from Mike James, details below, requesting to buy my shares offering large sums of dollars. He sent me email about transfer on the funds into my bank account. Few days later he called me requesting $10000 to register my shares and complete the transaction, of course I told him go a whistle.
DO NOT PAY a penny for this scam. Just accept you have lost and learn for the future never to fall in similar trap again

fraud
This company called me stating they could help me save my home as I was past due to my currant lender. They promised to get my interest rate lowered and my monthly payment dropped, etc. For a minamal fee of $1000.00. We paid half up front and they overdrew my bank account trying to take to other half. They sent me a check to cover the bank fees. It bounced. That should have been my warning I continued and four months later the offer they came back with is higher than what I started with they are a complete scam... Never return calls and string you along for monthes. Now I have to go back to my original lender and try to fix the huge problem they crreated by telling me not to make payments until they had worked it out for my here I am $7000.00 behind theanks for nothing imc financial
Consumers beware!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
wow so let's get this straight you paid a "minimal" 1000.00 to a company you never researched...by the way 1000.00 is not minimal by any standard. then they overdrew your account taking out the incorrect amount of money and sent a check that bounced. you stuck with them another 4 months and got screwed on a "workout" with your mortgage company.
problem one: you paid the company. HUD approved agencies don't charge and in the state of Florida it is illegal to collect upfront fees for services that have not been rendered.
problem two:you did no research! if you did you would know they can't charge you an upfront fee, you would see warnings not only on the bbb website but several others warning about scammers just like this one. you would have also noticed the F rating on this company as well as the pending lawsuit from the Attorney General of Minnesota against the company.
problem three: you ignored the warning signs. you're account overdrawn? months passing by and no results? hello, as an outsider reading your response I am baffled that you chose to stay with this company.
problem 4: and this is probably the most important, it cost you $1000.00 to get a solution that you could have worked yourself in less time for FREE!
Really the only person you have to blame is yourself for ignoring the warning signs and not dealing with the issue yourself.
stealing from homeowners
I am a former employee of this company. Please... Stay away from this company! To start, it is a horrible company to work for. The management does not respect the staff. They have no worries or concerns about the multiple pay checks bouncing. They completely ignore anything of importance and when a customer finally does some screaming they are very quick to place the blame on the staff... When the problem has been presented to them several times with no response.
A huge problem that they can't seem to get a grasp on is the refunds. The previous general manager was part of this problem. She would just sit on the cancellations/refund requests... For weeks. I'm afraid that they are continuing in the same suit. First, I will say that imc has worded their contract very well to say that they "cannot guarantee" a modification but will work to find a solution. Many of the times the only solution that is available is a short sale or filing chapter 13 bankruptcy. What many people don't understand is in all reality, there is not much room for negotiation. Every person's file is unique and has a different outside investor. All final decisions are based on this outside investor. There are many times that the investor is not participating in modifications and only will work a repayment plan. People do not like to hear this as they are sold in the enrollment center that we can and will get a positive solution. Unfortunately this is not the case. They are doing all they can to get the sale. If you have a sales date in two weeks and you have a 6% interest rate... There is a good chance the only thing that will be available is a repayment plan or short sale. But, I digress. Because of this false hope and approval given up front, many customers request a refund. Because management does not want to deal with this, they have passed the refund review responsibility to several different people. I believe at this point it's reviewed by two of the sales people first, then the owner, and then passed to the accountant for the writing of the checks. Make sure to read your contract thoroughly! It does not guarantee anything.
Lastly... You, the homeowner, can do this on your own... For free! All you need to know is that your lender does not want to take back your house. It will cost them more in the end. Everything is based on your current rate, if it's fixed or adjustable, how far past due you are, how much you have available in up front funds and how willing you are to take the time to do it. You will need to have a little time to work with your lender. There are many times when the mitigation staff is on hold for an hour with a lender. Have patience. It will pay off! Call your lender, request to be placed in a loan assistance review, provide the information to the lender they request, and wait for your account to be reviewed. Call weekly to check up on your account to follow it's path in the review process. If you receive a call from someone in the mitigation review, make sure to respond back. They will call if they need updated information or need to confirm something. Many lenders have the financial worksheets they require available on their website. Once they have all the information they need for the review that is really it. There isn't much negotiation taking place. Your lender will check what your outside investor will allow and then go from there. For modification reviews the first plan they offer is the best. For repayment plans, the first plan they offer will be the least expensive. Fees and costs do not stop accruing until an approval has been reached. If you have a sales date listed on your property ask if they can postpone the date until the review is complete. All you need to do is take action! Don't pay companies like this one to perform this service. If you do, you are only to blame for the end outcome. You can resolve it on your own.
Call me disgruntled, annoyed, and just plain frustrated. Companies like this steal from the poor to pay the rich. It really should be considered theft.
If you are currently working with imc be prepared to wait a little to hear back from someone. The first week in february 2009 the company did "downsizing", releasing many from the mitigation staff. There are now five employees to handle a file load of 350. If you do not have an immediate sales date, your file won't have any priority. If you do not reach the person you are assigned to it's because they are no longer there. Just keep calling so that your name is fresh in their minds. Also, be proactive... Call your lender yourself to check status. There are many times they try to contact you, the homeowner, to update information and because imc advises you not to speak with your lender there are many times accounts are closed out for no contact. Don't let this happen to you.
Again, be wary of this company and make sure you fully document who you speak with, when, and anything else important. They have already been part of a couple of lawsuits.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Why hasn't this company been reported to the Florida Atty General's office? Someone should investigate, these companies prey on desperate people in desperate times. Atty Gen can't help if no one complains. What's up with the owner?
they promised us the world and told us NOT to call our morgage company!
refund owed to me
On 1/6/09 I paid them $597.50 and I was told by chris (x420) that I would be contacted in 3-5 days which never happened, I had to make contact after trying for about 2 hrs. I finally spoke to a live person and all I got was a run around and excuses. A monika thornhill faxed an authorization and release form to me that I had to fill out, get notarized and faxed back to her then mail the original notarized document to my lender because she claimed that my lender required authorization on one of their own forms which I just learned via todays mail that my lender cannot give authorization because apparently imc financial did not fax the correct form to me at this point i`ve got to say "what the sam hell is going on" I have the one my lender sent to me today and it is different than the one imc`s monika thornhill faxed to me. Now this makes me even more determined to get my money back. On 1/16/09 I faxed a cease and desist letter to imc and left a message for someone to return my call and verify that it was receved (no response) on 1/22/09 at 10:16am I spoke with cj cohoon (x252) and she said that my refund of $597.50 was being processed on 1/29/09 I called cj cohoon again and asked where was my refund she referred me to heather in the accounting dept. (x223) she said she would get back to me shortly in the meantime I checked out the only business address I have for imc financial services on mapquest and discovered that 3301 executive dr. Clearwater fl. Does not nor has it ever existed. Later in the afternoon after several attempts to contact heather (x223) and after several minutes waiting for her to answer her phone the same receptionist answered 4 times asking how she could direct my call at this point I am furious and I do not want to leave her a message aon a damn machine I demand that she (the receptionist) take the message that if I do not her from heather by the end of business today I am going to the bbb the cpa the dept of justice and what ever other agency I can think of because this runaround I have been getting from imc financial is absolute #! Well lo and behold within an hour I get a call from heather and she says that my refund will go before a review on 2/2/09 or 2/3/09 and that there will be a $299.00 fee withheld from the $597.50. Now I am boiling mad and from now until the end of the world I am going to spread to the entire world what kind of scam imc financial services is pulling on hard working americans desperate to save their homes.
You are one of the lucky ones. I too had trouble making my mortgage payments due to medical issues, disability income only goes so far. All I can say is if IMC helped you great and good for you but what about the others who have been scammed out of they`re money? One satsified customer does not make up for all the others who have been scammed!
Thats 3001 Executive Dr.

to the person crying about $299.00 processing fee that was in the contact that was signed and recorded and repeated numerous times I would guess that you missed that also, you were told you would not get the processing fee returned furthermore if your behind on your mortgage payments like 6 or 7 months your credit would not allow you to finance a pack of gum on it.
I had a excellent experience with imc financial services, My mortgage was very behind I owed almost 9 months due to medical reason i had all the money I owed put in the back of my mortgage and my rate reduced to half! woooohooooo thanks IMC i had to come to your defense on this you saved my home.
the same thing happen to me! the scary thing is all the personal info. we gave them. they are having a field day with that!
From please help
What was the $597.50 payment for? Also what was the explanation for the $299.00 fee?
fraud, theft, rape
We gave them our food money, they did not help us, we are now homeless.
Please tell me why!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
you're in the position that you are for a number of reasons
1. you didn't want to deal with your mortgage company yourself for whatever reason-guilt, shame, impatience, fear-so rather than dealing with your own personal problems with your mortgage company you chose to pay someone to do your work for you.
2. you didn't do any research whatsoever on what your options were to save your home, you panicked and made a quick decision out of fear of losing your home. going into foreclosure doesn't happen overnight, so solving the problem will take time as well.
3. you didn't seek the help of professionals that are HUD approved. they would have assisted you for FREE!
4. you chose to give away money that you didn't have to a company you never checked out. if you had you would see the big fat f rating this company has with the bbb. you just gave them your money and never questioned their integrity.
5. you have a pattern of making poor choices. most people in your position end up in foreclosure because of legitimate hardships which is fine, it happens. but, instead of calming down and taking the reigns by contacting your lender to discuss what you can do to get out of the situation you panic and pay money to illegitimate companies to deal with YOUR problems. if you talked with your lender they would have worked with you. the only situation in which they wouldn't is if you had worked out previous agreements and broken them (which it's your fault for not being responsible) the point is that in the end you want to turn around and point the finger at the scammer rather than yourself for making a poor choice. the scammer did not enroll you into their program, you did. the scammer did not take your money without your authorization. the scammer did not lose your home, you did by defaulting on your payments and not working directly with the people who are taking your home. start the right way by acknowledging personal responsibility and then dealing with the problem.
no one is saying that what happened to you is right, in fact you should report this company to the bbb and file a complaint with the attorney general to stop this company from hurting other people. but you have to learn to take personal responsibility for your actions, and the same goes for anyone else scammed by this company. when you are desperate you make bad choices but the only person who made that choice is you.
consumer scam
I paid IMC Financial $1, 299 to assist me in saving my home. I obtained their name and contact information while on hold with the Columbus, Ohio Unemployment Office. The automated message the Columbus, Ohio Unemployment Office played was promoted as a program called 'Save the Dream' and endorsed IMC Financial.
I immediately contacted IMC Financial. They charged me $1, 299 and promised to negotiate terms with my mortgage holder that would help save my home. They did absolutely nothing but string me along for months and take my money. The following people are the IMC Financial representatives who did nothing less than scam me out of $1, 299 and further jeopardize my mortgage with no intent other than to make a personal profit: Shiela Taylor, Solomon Lindsey and Gavin Cummings.
Because a government agency promoted this, I trusted IMC Financial's ability to restructure my mortgage so I could save my home. In summary, I paid them $1, 299 in October 2008, and now the end of January 2009, I have received no assistance from IMC Financial regarding saving my mortgage. months have gone by with no support.
Another thing all consumers should be aware of is supplying these scam companies with personal information. Advice, in the future we as consumers should do our homework prior to giving our trust and money to these SCAM Companies like IMC Financial.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I think you contacted the wrong IMC Financial. In the state of Ohio it is illegal for a foreclosure rescue company to accept an up front fee before rendering service. There is actually more than one IMC Financial, regardless you need to complain to your Attorney General for sure and file a complaint with the BBB. If the AG gets enough complaints they will file suit against the company. Minnesota already has.
refund owed to me
They owe me a refund also of $999.99 they are a ripp-off company who preys on people that are about to loose there home we were, then we filed chapter 7 they were unable to help us so they said we could cancell with a written fax which I sent from work they claimed they never recieved it, so we sent another one. we can never get anyone to answer the phone unless you pick the option to use the service. if it is about a refund they promised no one gets back to you. my husband finally got ahold of accounting they tell us they have to wait on the owner mark to approve it! it took them a matter of minutes to take it out of our account, but it, s been months they still hsven, t refunded money we are submitting charges against them or we are ready have tired of waiting mark you scam artist now you will have to pay more!
fraud, theft of services, and identity theft
I obtained IMC Financial's services in negotiating a short sale on my house. I paid an up front fee. I supplied all my (personal) information to them. I began having trouble getting a hold of anyone on the phone, and no one would return my calls. I had offers on my house, and the lender seemed willing to negotiate a deal, but was not getting the...
