Imperial Health review: Imperial insurance company

Through the market Place (Obama Care) in November I got Imperial insurance through Allied Health Agency with Telemed and Vison. I had doctors appointments the first week of January and told them if the Cards were not delivered the first week I was canceling. The first week I called Allied Health and cancelled JAN 2ND. Allied transferred me over to Imperial to cancel. Talked to a Ladie at imperial and she said it done. Now little over two weeks go by and I notice the amount of money I paid isn't in my account and insurance cards had come in the mail. I called Imperial back and find out it was still active. My advice would be to contact only major company's through (Obama Care) Imperial is in it just for the money! All everyone did after that was point fingers at each other or just stay away from (Obama Care) period if you can.
