The Hospital Transfer service was exceptional and very necessary while my husband was being sent back and forth to hospital during the last weeks of life.

Wish there were more stars available. The experience was better than one expects when dealing with a service company. The driver's professionalism was outstanding.

I was a recent recipient of the patient transport company to get home from the hospital. The driver was extraordinarily kind, caring, and compassionate. It was a pleasant ending to an otherwise unpleasant experience.

Just received this invoice for transport nearly a year ago. My mother has since died and although she had extended medical it has obviously expired so I have to pay for this out of pocket due to their incredibly slow invoice system?

I think you need a much better accounting group. This invoice was for Aug 21, 2020. Received on Aug 19, 2021. Our beloved patient passed away on *, 2021. Her memorial has already passed and now we receive a very late statement. Get it together people!

What a caring job done by Sagar and Tina today transferring my mom from Langley Memorial Hospital to VGH. Both of them were so helpful, caring and respectful. Can't Thank them enough. Very much appreciated. Please pass along Thank You from my mom and myself to Sagar and Tina.

I did a transfer with my aunt on Monday June 21 at 10am from Foundation Lodge to Peace Arch Hospital. She has mobility issues and had to be stretchered for her CT Scan. The two attendants did a wonderful job and looked after her every need. Patient care and bedside manner were exceptional. Many thanks for what you do.

One word 'great'. Trust your love one's with SN transport. My mom 65 years of age and does not travel well said "the trip was very comfortable and the driver Ron was great". They transferred my mom from City A to City B over the mountain ranges in the winter and were right on time. A very well done job. Thanks.

GREAT ! Loving and caring people...and strong...they brought my landlord's dad (which is a very sick man), and she asked me if I could open the door for the Transfer Ambulance because she was not home, and I did...I am glad this happened because I had the opportunity to witness the great job that they are doing ! The attendants (Jas and Tania)that asisted with my grandma's transfer are professional, reliable and very considerate. On top of ensuring a safe transfer, they have great patient-care skills, especially during the current stressful covid situation. Their jokes and laughter made the atmosphere very joyful. The trip felt a lot shorter than it actually is.

The service was great and the attendants (Joe #1190 and Joeffrey #1136) that assisted with my grandma's transfer are experienced, professional and very considerate. They made sure that she was safely landed from bed to bed in this critical situation of Covic, and both have cheerful personalities that made the whole journey joyful. The service made the life much easier, and we are really grateful for their great service. Thank you, guys!

What wonderful experience- thank you. Great professional staff who were intelligent, experienced and very caring along with a great well equipped vehicle meant a great experience. I wish all medical staff were this fantastic- I cannot recommend this company enough nor my experience with them. The staff were enthusiastic and spoke very highly of their company and employer and had been employed with them for numerous years -always a good sign! I also appreciated their attention and strict adherence of covid protocols. By far the highest standards I have come across! Thank you for making my trip better than I could have hoped for.

When I was discharged from Vancouver General Hospital after heart surgery, I was transferred to my home by Hospital Transfers. I would like to thank this organization for the excellent service they provide. My driver was Habib, Driver #1017, who was on-time, very courteous and helpful, a careful and skillful driver. In addition, I found him to be very pleasant company during our short trip. We talked about his experiences and stories of working for Hospital Transfers. I'm an 85-year-old immigrant to Canada myself and enjoyed the opportunity to share experiences with Habib. Our conversation was also helpful in distracting my attention from the medical procedures I had recently undergone, and from the residual pain I was enduring. Having never dealt with this organization before, I was hoping for some professionalism and competency. Sadly I got neither. I had one of my parents transported from a local hospital to her residence and after meeting them at her home, I was asked to assist with not only lifting her, but also in assisting with using their equipment. After that I was asked to help lift her from the stretcher to her seat. While moving around, both attendants neglected to steady her, and she fell. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise against using this service, as the pricing is exorbitant and the staff are completely inept in their duties. After contacting the company I have been given the run around and typical evasive answers "we are looking into it" and "I understand your concerns". A slap in the face, and they still have not answered for their idiocy of what happened. Also, who has staff where they were told they would have to do lifting, and the 2nd member of the team is totally incapable of any lifting. Again, what a joke!

We received the most wonderful service from both Madison, in your office, and the driver Dan. Madison helped arrange the transfer, and explained the details, timings, and reasons so that everything made sense and was easy to follow. She helped me decide what method of transport would be most cost effective and easiest for my elderly years old Mum. Thank you so much Madison you are a true credit and ambassador for this company. Our driver, Dan, arrived early, was very cheerful and extremely helpful! He immediately took over the wheelchair and managed the front step as if it wasn't even there. (I had been worrying all week about how to get down and then back up the step as Mum doesn't walk anymore so steps are impossible.) He wheeled Mum to the correct area and waited for the tests and then took over everything for the return trip home. He was attentive and cheery the entire time. Chatting away with Mum, which I really appreciated and she truly enjoyed all his attentions. Both these people took all my worries away and made the day very pleasant indeed. I highly recommend SNTransport!
