I called Alan with Garage Door Commander with an emergency. I had tried to close my door with a rake in the track and it messed up the cable and dropped one side of door. Alan was close by and showed up in 10 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my door and serviced it perfectly. I definitely received 5 star service and highly recommend this company. P.s. I called the company who installed the door and got voicemail. They still haven't returned the call. Thank you Alan.

Kudos! Garage Door Commander was a word of mouth recommendation. I have worked with them before and when I had a recent issue with my garage door, I called them immediately. Not only was I on the schedule quickly, they were early for the estimated time! After checking the system and a minor adjustment, he advised I did not need anything done to the door. Relief is the only word that comes to mind. They could have taken me for a new motor or anything but that's not how they does business. Thank you for being honest, efficient and knowledgable!

I contacted garage door doctor, Inquired the process, pricing, read reviews, compared prices and did my homework. They actually sent me to a home-improvement store to save $$, to get the motor and tracking for them to install "who does that"? Two of them showed up, tore down, performed installation of a new insulated door and programmed my phone, loaded up old door to haul off, all in a timely manor. I called them back later, had them install new spring on our other door, with new rubber seal. Professional friendly courteous and practiced social distancing.
