I've tried many times to contact inboxpays without response. I emailed them & gave them my paypal link or gave them a choice of a check. There is nowhere on their website, which is very confusing, to request a payout. I have been with inboxpays & completed their surveys for many years and never requested a payout so I have a large balance due me.
Surveys and pay outs
Requested a $50 payment months ago. Never received it. I can log into my actual account but If I try to send a message it tells me to login again and says it's the wrong info and the forget password sends me right back to the main page. This is after I SPENT money to complete certain offers that they never credited me for. Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Hello. My name is Steven. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. I have created a inboxpays account within the last few weeks. I have sent two emails to the company and have not heard back yet. I am worried my credits on my account will not be approved. Currently of my accumulated 119.79 dollars i have only 6 dollars available because i have bought a product. If it is possible to figure out why it is still unapproved it is greatly appreciated. It will concern me that the trail offers I had to make to get these credits it will charge my account in my bank and if it gets to that point I will send a more formal complaint to the company. I have been using inboxpays for a while now and I finally got up to the $50 minimum to get paid. The payment of $50 was automatically taken out of my balance on October 1st, 2019. And to date it says it's still pending approval. And Everytime I try to contact them with their support ticket, I am unable to login. It says that there is an error. I have emailed them about 20 times with no response. I have tried finding a phone number to call them but can't find one that works.

can't cash out
Made over the 30 needed to cashout but it won't allow me to request payment keeps saying I don't have enough when the amount clearly shows I do. I am unable to log in to make a support ticket for anything to get help with what to do . Would love to have resolved since I did my part to add enough to cashout. Ive made sure my login info was correct as well as everything else needed and asked if me but the means to contact someone gets me nowhere this is the only way I could get my complaint to them after doing a internet search on other ways of contacting them
not giving credit and not responding to emails or support tickets
I've been opening emails and no credit has been given after reaching 35.95 and I've signed up for offers but all of a sudden they stopped crediting my account and when I try to email I get no response. I tried to make a support ticket but when I tried logging in it's says wrong login info and so I email for password and they responded to that and sent password but when i tried signing in with the password they gave it doesn't work.
I've made $35.95 and now I have no way to get my money because you have to reach $50 which I can't do now because even though I open the emails to get credit it doesn't credit the account.
Please tell me what I can do. I've wanted so much time on this already as have many others.

My account stopped up dating the paid emails i have been recieving and for additional surveys i have completed for over a month now. I have been stuck at $ 32.70 and do not seem to be getting credit for it and when i have tried to contact your company all i get is the run around. This unacceptable situation has triggered me to investigate your program a little more closely. Long behold, i find on the internet that my situation is not an isolated one. It seem to me that this is a long and thought out plan to defraud persons of what the have earned in good faith. I have run in to several instances where others who have joined your program (in good faith) seem to have just given up and unsubscribed from your program as the were just to busy or to disheartened to pursue this any further. I REALLY I HOPE I AM WRONG ABOUT YOUR SERVICE and this is just all some big kind of mistake. When i see blogs and complaints that your company has accumulated, I start to get worried that you are some kind of scam company cheating people out of there money that they earned in good faith . If this is not true I stand corrected, but that remains to be seen. Please contact me right away via e-mail or cash me out .

I was originally having an issue with my balance not updating properly. When I tried to contact customer service by making a support ticket, I was getting an error message saying the login information i was using was incorrect despite having just logged into the account. I do not underestand how my login works to get me into my account but it does not work to start a support ticket. All I really want is to understand why the emails and balance isn't updating correctly. Also, why is there no customer service number?

I have been clicking links and paying for products for the past 2 years only to be stonewalled at the end when I go to cash out my $60. There is no phone number, no email address and no way to contact InboxPays. When I try to submit a complaint on the Inboxpays website there's an error (and as I can see with everyone else is having this issue as well) The website will not let you sign in, it says you have the "wrong username or password." Which is obviously not the facts because you're signed in to begin with. I'm quite sure the BBB will be happy to hear about this as well as any lawyer. I'll check back to inform everyone about where to get in on the class action lawsuit against whoever is making money off of these advertisements that we keep giving in to and not paying us for it. They never reply to anything, there is no email address, no phone number and everyone gets an error when they try sending support tickets...BBB and lawyers will be sire to love this...alll who are owed money...check back and i will update you with where to join the class action lawsuit against whoever is making money off of us clicking and completing tasks yet they refuse to pay us.

The only other way, they said was to write to them. So i did and the letter came back return to sender. So now i dont know what to do! I really need that money. I completed all the surveys for the amount requested from inboxpays.com) they refused to pay me for my surveys; they have not given me credit for three of them; that would have put me over the $50 required guideline. I want my money; they should be made to pay; it's stressful doing those surveys.we should be reimbursed more for the stress and headaches it cause. I completed 3-4 surveys a feed days ago, I have not gotten credit for them yet, as of 12/3/18) they were completed last month; I have $44.42 in my account for surveys; the last 4 that I completed would have put me over the $50 goal; plus I have not received any new surveys; I'm hearing a lot of rumors that they are scammers and they don't pay out. If I can take the time to complete the surveys, with pay out options, I should be able to get the money promised to me once I completed them. I would like to cash out my much.
