Unresponsive customer support (need to change phone number)
I have a new mobile phone number but do NOT know how to update it on Inbox Pounds. Therefore I cannot cash out. I originally sent Inbox Pounds an email message about this on 21 November but have not received a response. And yet on Inbox Pounds Account Settings page it says (and I quote) "If you need to change your phone number please contact customer support."
I would very much like to change my mobile number so that I can cash out my £20.24 that I have spent what feels like several hours to earn taking surveys.
