This company, Indigo Pet Co (indigopetco.com), is a complete joke. The order form is so confusing, I accidentally submitted an order when I was just trying to enter a coupon code. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, but I never got a response. When I finally received the product, I was so disappointed with the terrible quality of it. I didn't even want it anymore, but I couldn't get a refund. I emailed them multiple times, but they never responded. I had to get my bank involved to finally get my money back.
Their contact form is also terrible. They ask for a phone number, but they don't have any "content to marketing" clauses. This means they can use your phone number for marketing purposes without your consent. That's not cool. If you're unhappy with this company, I suggest calling your bank and asking for a refund. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed on the internet.

At this point, I was getting frustrated and almost lost all hope. I even took it a step further and threatened to file a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau) in hopes of getting a response from them. Yet, still no reply from their end.
Eventually, I went ahead and filed the complaint with BBB, but looking at the reviews left there by other customers, I'm not holding out much hope of ever hearing back from them. It's very disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that claims to care about its customers.

So, I saw this website called Indigo Pet Co (indigopetco.com) and decided to give them a try. I ordered some suction cup toys for my fur babies and surprisingly, they arrived pretty quickly. I was impressed with that part at least.
However, when it came to the quality of the toys, I was thoroughly disappointed. The item description claimed they were "indestructible," but that was far from the truth. Within 5 minutes of my little pup Ricecake using it, she had completely torn it apart. I mean, I get it, she's a little ball of energy, but come on - "indestructible?"
Anyway, I immediately contacted the company to ask for a return or exchange. That's when things started to get a little hairy. I emailed them about my issue, but I never received a reply. I mean, who does that? It's just plain rude.
After attempting to contact them again, I decided to submit a resolution via Paypal. However, they said I never contacted them, and that I was outside of their 7-day return policy. What the heck?
Honestly, it's just not worth it. If you're thinking about buying from this company, think again. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation with this company. The customer service is terrible, and the products aren't what they say they are. This company is completely worthless.

Terrible Company to Purchase From: Indigo Petco's Poor Customer Service and Communication
This company is absolutely terrible! I don't recommend buying from them at all. Back in late September, I ordered two costumes for my doggos - the Holy Hound Dog and Deadly Doll Dog costumes. It's now been over a month and I still haven't received my order! I reached out to Indigo Petco for an update on the status of my order on October 9th. They told me that I would definitely be receiving my order before Halloween.
Then, on October 19th, I received a text message saying that the order had been shipped. The only problem was that they didn't send me a tracking number! I immediately sent them an email, stressing that I would need my costumes by October 26th because I had a party to attend. But guess what? I never got a response to that email.
As of October 30th, I still hadn't received a response to my last email. So I sent another one, asking for an update on the status of my order and also directions on how to return their costumes because I was so fed up with them. Finally, on Halloween morning, I received one of the costumes (the Deadly Dog costume). Unfortunately, I still haven't received the other one to this day and have yet to receive a response from Indigo Petco.
Overall, I would steer clear of this company unless you want to be severely disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and their communication is even worse. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else!

This company really needs to pull up their socks! I learned my lesson the hard way with my order from indigopetco.com. It took a whole month for the items I ordered to finally arrive, which was way too long in my opinion. And once I received them, I didn't even need them anymore since I already found Halloween costumes from a different store to use in time. But, at least they were brand new and unopened so I shipped them back hoping for a refund.
