Infinix Mobile Very bad service from you INFINEX,
I bought Infinex GT 10 pro on September immediately after 15 days find a small speaker issue, give it to service centre but they created new issues because of carelessness or doesn't know the repair maybe.
Struggling from 1.5 months to fix the issue.
To correct one issue another issue created by service centre, no ethics, no value to the customer.
Given to fix speaker issue at SK mobile Bommanahalli service centre, they took 10 days to fix, again it's not received, again I gave for repair then he took 10 more days, they changed speaker but issue not resolved. Again I gave for replacement, he said ok for replacement but he changed mobile display without my knowledge, after that I couldn't insert my handsfree because of bad fitting,
Again I request for replacement, he said ok so I am waiting from Oct 20 to till date but still it's not replaced.
If I call customer care, they will say speak with ASM, if connect him he will not receive call, customer care told will connect back with superior but till now not connected it's todays case, but same case happened 15 days back also they never picked my call again.
Very very worst service by Infinex, you people loosing customer just because of bad service.
And the fact is INFINEX MOBILE COMPANY still not showing any interest to fix their services centre issues.
Pls refer Job number, they just keep on changing every week. If we visit they simply say it's still pending will call you back once we receive, if required you complain against service centre
