Mixed Experiences with Huawei Technologies
As a potential customer considering Huawei products, it's important to note the mixed experiences shared by users. While some customers have praised the performance and features of Huawei devices like the Nova 7i and Honor 10 Lite, others have expressed frustration with customer service issues and product quality. For instance, one user highlighted the excellent camera and performance of the Nova 7i, while another faced challenges with faulty displays and lack of software updates on the Mate 20 Pro. These contrasting reviews indicate that while Huawei offers innovative products, there are areas that need improvement, particularly in customer service and product reliability. As you explore Huawei's offerings, it's advisable to weigh these factors carefully to make an informed decision.

I have to spend 2400 for fit for nothing phone piece.
I have bought a Huawei mobile under TATA INDICOM prepaid scheme for 1800 bucks. After 1 week, it was substituting my IRON box in terms os heat emanated. And after 1 month, alas the display is completely gone! Just imagine after 30 days, the piece is worth less. When I took it to the Huawei Authorized service centre Sagar Technologies in CMH Road, another drama unfolded. For first one week, they said the film has to come from Chennai. After that the place crossed the border and shipment has to come from China. And mind you these things were informed only when we call them. They are not courteous enough to inform the customer. Now after forgetting 4 weeks completely, today when I rang them, the response is all the more amusing. " There is water spillage in the phone and this doesnt come under the perview of warranty and I have to pay 600 bucks more to repair the same." Just imagine, i have to spend 2400 for fit for nothing phone piece... Say NO to HUAWEI...
i like the p9, but i don't like the higher price
