Terrible terrible service/thieves
Over priced... Do not offer refunds.. literally stole my money and won't refund me. Realized I didn't need the service so I reached out to them n they said once started they can't cancel the order or refund.. said it's clearly stated on the site which it's Not! Eventually customer service said they would look at my case... But then they stopped responding...
Refund? Nope, "Credit note"
After paying $15 for an eligibility check, the result of which was successful (the phone could be unlocked for any SIM card), I paid an additional $50 for the unlock code and have lost all my money. The phone could not be unlocked. They did not refund my money, they offered me a credit note to use ONLY on their website. Terrible experience.
Recommendation: Don't waste your money with mobileunlocks
My phone lock I payment confirmed 2175
But phone no unlock please my payment refund

Terrible Experience with MobileUnlocks: Useless Codes, Unhelpful Customer Service, and Insulting Refund Offer
Terrible experience with MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com). I paid the fees and patiently waited for a whopping 4 days, only to receive codes that were completely useless! Can you believe it?
I decided to reach out to their customer service representative, David, hoping to find a solution. But guess what? He had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted new codes, I would have to purchase again. Can you imagine the nerve?
To add insult to injury, David had the nerve to suggest a measly refund of ?10. Seriously? After spending ?47.99 and getting absolutely nothing in return, a ?10 refund is supposed to make it all better? I don't think so!
Let me give you some advice, folks. Save yourself the trouble and take your mobile to a physical shop where you can actually talk to a real person face to face. Online services like MobileUnlocks can easily discard you when things don't go as planned. Trust me, I learned my lesson the hard way.
In conclusion, the service provided by MobileUnlocks was an absolute disaster. Not only did it fail to work, but when I tried to resolve the issues, the manager simply discarded me. It's safe to say that I will never be using their services again. Awful, just awful.
Disappointing Customer Service and False Promises: A Review of MobileUnlocks
I was told that I would get an email informing me when the premium spot would be unlocked for me. But guess what? The email never showed up, and I ended up shelling out my hard-earned cash twice! They also promised that I would only have to pay the difference between the standard and premium unlock if the standard one didn't work. Well, that turned out to be a big fat lie!
I sent them three emails in the same week, just asking for some help and information. Did I get a reply? Nope, not a single one! They claim to "reply to every email we receive," but clearly, that's a load of baloney. It's a good thing I eventually managed to sort things out, but let me tell you, they don't live up to their own hype.
Now, I have to admit that their services themselves seem to be functioning fine. I can't complain about that. But when it comes to customer service, they seriously dropped the ball. They lack follow-up and follow-through, which is a major letdown. It's frustrating when a company promises one thing but fails to deliver on the other.
Overall, I'm not impressed with MobileUnlocks. They need to step up their game in the customer service department if they want to keep customers happy. It's all well and good to have a working service, but if you can't provide the support and assistance that customers need, then what's the point?
How you got your refund ? As im also struggling to get mine.
Disappointing Experience with MobileUnlocks: Lack of Communication and Failed Promises
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with MobileUnlocks. I've been trying to get my phone unlocked for ages, but it's like they don't even exist! I've messaged them like 4 or 5 times, and guess what? No response. Not a single peep. It's like talking to a brick wall.
Okay, okay, they did reply once. But that was it. They asked me what my device was saying when I put the SIM in, so I told them. And you know what? Nothing. Nada. Zilch. They just vanished into thin air. I even messaged them again after that, just to see if they'd miraculously unlock my phone, but nope. Still locked. And get this, I paid almost $120 for this so-called service!
Let me tell you, this company is a total sham. They promise to unlock your phone, but they don't deliver. Not even close. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Seriously, stay far, far away from these guys. They're just out to scam you.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. Or lack thereof, I should say. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. They never replied to my messages, except for that one time when they asked about my device. But after that, radio silence. It's like they disappeared into a black hole or something.
Honestly, if I could rate them lower than zero, I would. That's how terrible my experience has been. MobileUnlocks, you've earned yourself a big fat negative 100 in my book. Congrats.
MobileUnlocks: Unclear Pricing and Trustworthiness, but Surprisingly Efficient Unlocking Service
The pricing information on MobileUnlocks isn't very clear at first. They charge one price to run a check on the phone and an additional ?26 to complete the unlocking process. The website itself doesn't look trustworthy, which makes you question if it's a scam. However, we decided to give it a try anyway. Surprisingly, they did manage to unlock the phone within an hour and a half.
Initially, they quoted a one-hour timeframe, but as soon as that time was up, we received a notification stating that they were experiencing some issues. They assured us that this was a common occurrence and that they were working on it. This didn't help alleviate our concerns that it might be a scam. However, just 15 minutes later, they emailed us the unlock code along with detailed instructions on how to use it. To our relief, it worked flawlessly on the first try, allowing our phone to work on any network.
Overall, we are satisfied with the service and would consider using it again in the future.
Nightmare Experience with MobileUnlocks: Scammers Taking Advantage of Unsuspecting Customers
I've been going back and forth with MobileUnlocks for a good two weeks now, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. My phone has been rendered useless because the unlock codes they provided simply don't work. Can you believe it? I've lost count of how many emails I've sent them - a whopping 17, to be exact - and I haven't even received a measly confirmation that they're actually doing something about this mess. It's beyond frustrating.
But hey, I guess there's one tiny silver lining in this whole ordeal. I'm actually relieved that I was able to pay through Paypal. Thank goodness for their buyer protection policy, because I might have just thrown my money down the drain otherwise. If you're even thinking about giving mobileunlocks.com a shot, my advice is to go ahead and use Paypal for your payment. It might just save you from the headache I'm currently dealing with.
Now, let me share my personal experience with you. In my honest opinion, MobileUnlocks is nothing more than another shady unlock company that's out to scam unsuspecting customers like you and me. They lure you in, take your hard-earned cash, and once they've duped enough people, they'll vanish into thin air, laughing all the way to the bank. It's despicable, really.
So, to sum it up, MobileUnlocks is nothing but a bunch of scammers. Stay far, far away from them if you value your money and sanity.
Beware of Mobileunlocks.com: A Total Scam!
I decided to give mobileunlocks.com a try because they advertised a price of ?11.00. However, when I actually went through the process, I was surprised to find out that the real price was ?38. Now, don't get me wrong, ?38 is still a fair price, but only if you actually need the service. You see, I had bought my phone second hand and I didn't even know that it was already unlocked. So, I paid the initial fee of ?11, thinking that I needed to unlock my phone. But then, I received an email demanding an additional ?27 to complete the unlocking process. Can you believe that? It's a total scam!
Mobileunlocks.com knew from the beginning that my phone was already unlocked, yet they still went ahead with the whole process just to rip me off. I am absolutely furious about this. And to make matters worse, they have a strict no refund policy for their mistakes. They claim that they have bills to pay, but come on, that's no excuse to con people like this. It's absolutely disgusting!
So, my advice to all of you out there is to be extra cautious and do all the necessary checks before using this company. In my case, it turned out that the issue with my phone was simply a problem with the SIM card slot not fitting properly because it was slightly bent. Mobileunlocks.com knew all along that my phone was already unlocked, yet they still took advantage of me and charged me the full amount. They should have been happy to win ?11 for doing absolutely nothing!
Please, please, please, do not make the same mistake I did and avoid using this company at all costs. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers!
Deceptive Unlocking Service: False Promises, Additional Charges, and Lack of Refund - A Zero-Star Experience
On the main page, they provide information about the phone and offer an option to "Unlock for any sim card," without any eligibility checks or preliminary checks for unlocking. However, they fail to deliver on their promise. Instead, they take your money and perform a preliminary check, which is something I did not want and yet they still took my money. It's not surprising that they then inform me that the phone can only be unlocked when I pay even more, basically three times the initial amount. They deceive people into paying for something they do not want. I decided to reach out to the sales department to express my dissatisfaction and see if I can get a refund. If I do receive a refund, I will provide a follow-up review. But up until this point, this website appears to be a scam! If I do not receive a refund, I strongly advise staying away from them! They may have some information in their FAQ section, but their main page is clearly designed to trick customers. I hope they have some sense of decency. I contacted their support team about an hour ago (not as fast as their unlock service, it seems), and I will see if they value their customers or not. If they do, I will provide a follow-up review. However, at this point, this has been a zero-star experience.
Beware of mobileunlocks.com: Unreliable Service, Hidden Charges, and No Refunds
I went to Turkey in March 2023, and while I was there, I attempted to use my iPhone 12 mini with Turk Telekom. I wanted to use it during my visit, but the folks at the store in Turkey tried to add an eSIM to my phone. Unfortunately, in the process, they ended up locking my phone to Turk Telekom. Now that I'm back in the USA, I discovered that my phone is stuck with their service.
In my search for a solution, I stumbled upon mobileunlocks.com. They claimed to be able to unlock my phone, so I decided to give it a shot. Here's what went down:
First, they charged me $28.99 to unlock my phone. Seemed reasonable enough, so I proceeded. However, to my surprise, they then charged me an additional $45 for no apparent reason. I was left scratching my head, wondering why they needed more money to continue the unlocking process.
I patiently waited for a week, hoping that they were diligently working on my phone. But truth be told, I have no idea if they were actually doing anything during that time. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening behind the scenes.
Finally, after a week of anticipation, I received a notice from them. It simply stated, "Sorry, we cannot unlock your phone." I was disappointed and confused. To make matters worse, they used a term called "Hard Locked" to explain why they couldn't unlock it. I have no clue what that means, and it feels like they're using fancy jargon to justify scamming me out of $74.
To add insult to injury, they refused to issue me a refund. Instead, they provided what they call a "credit note," which can only be used on their website. Honestly, I have no intention of using it. I repeatedly requested a refund to my credit card, but they stubbornly declined my request.
Overall, my experience with mobileunlocks.com has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They promised to unlock my phone, charged me extra without explanation, made me wait for a week, and then refused to refund my money. I caution others to think twice before trusting this website with their phone unlocking needs.
Disappointing Experience with MobileUnlocks: Slow response, no refund, and constant spam emails
So, I decided to give MobileUnlocks a call at their number (I can share it if anyone wants). They told me that their systems at Rackspace were down and suggested that I try again later. I replied and mentioned that I would use a different service because I didn't want to wait, and I wished them good luck with Rackspace. I didn't ask for a refund or indicate that I wanted one, but then I received four separate emails telling me that I wasn't entitled to a refund. They also mentioned that if I wanted my phone unlocked, it would cost an additional ?38. Now, I keep receiving emails about other products they want me to buy.
I decided to go to UnlockRiver instead, and they got the job done for the price they quoted and within the given timeframe. They didn't promise an immediate response, but it only took about 10 hours, and it worked perfectly. Their service was much better, to be honest.
In their email, MobileUnlocks also refers to their extensive Terms and Conditions, which have all sorts of escape clauses.
Personally, I won't be using MobileUnlocks ever again, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a reliable service should explore the many other reputable companies out there.
Beware of MobileUnlocks: Hidden Costs, Shady Pricing, and Terrible Customer Service
This company, MobileUnlocks, is honestly the sketchiest company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Seriously, don't fall for their cheap rates because there are hidden costs that will hit you hard. It's a shame that their pricing policy is so shady, they won't even show you the actual cost of unlocking your phone until you're already trapped in their clutches. And let me tell you, their website is filled with nothing but positive reviews, but I highly doubt those are from real customers. They're probably just bots or even the company themselves trying to make themselves look good.
Let me share my own personal nightmare with this company. They promised a guaranteed unlock for just $14.99 USD, which seemed like a steal. But guess what? After waiting for three agonizing weeks, they had the audacity to tell me that my phone was hard-locked and I needed to hire a remote technician for an additional $172 USD. Oh, but don't worry, they generously offered a $98 USD credit towards this ridiculous expense. Like, seriously? I'm not about to let some stranger have remote access to my precious phone and computer. No way!
But here's the real kicker, when I asked for a refund, they flat out refused and pointed me to their absurd terms and conditions filled with legal mumbo jumbo and threats of court action. And to make matters worse, they conveniently ignore my emails when I try to contact them. I've sent them several emails, including one where I simply wanted to know the guaranteed cost of unlocking my phone, and guess what? No reply. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
And here's the icing on the cake, they don't even bother mentioning where their company is based. Talk about being secretive! I mean, come on, if you're a legitimate business, shouldn't you be transparent about your location?
Listen, I'm telling you right now, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT even think about getting your phone unlocked with this company. Trust me, you'll just end up losing your hard-earned money. It's just not worth the risk.

Unlocking a cellphone
On the 13th Oct, 2023, I charged $92.99 by Mobileunlocks to unlock a phone order# [protected]. I was contacted by someone called Jodi on the 16th Oct.2023 and was told that they were unable to unlock the phone and that I should contact AT&T USA, I did not get a refund what I got was a credit or so they say which I have no use for. I would however like to get my money back and not a credit. I tried to contact them numerous times but they failed to reply.
Andy,
Desired outcome: to get a full refund not a credit.
Refund
In the beginning before the payment was processed it was stated that if unlocking wasn’t able to be done a refund would be made back to the card. However I was given a credit note for their website/services.. they were not able to do what I needed so there’s no reason for me to want nor need their services for anything. I’ve reached out via email several times and I haven’t received any response at all. I spent approximately $195 and I would like for my refund to be returned to my card. I never agreed to accept any credit notes as refund.
Desired outcome: Full refund returned to same method of payment
I got an incorrect 'unlock code ' having paid $105.00 and waited 18 days.

Misleading Pricing: Hidden Costs for Unlocking Phone - Not Worth the Additional $64
I wish I had known right away that there are two separate stages of costs involved in unlocking my phone. It would have been helpful to have that information upfront so I could have decided whether or not to proceed. It feels like I was kind of tricked into this, and that's not cool at all. Can you please clarify how much the new phone will cost me? I'm not interested in paying an additional USD64 on top of the initial USD14.99. Thank you, but no thanks.
Misleading Pricing and Hidden Fees: MobileUnlocks.com Review
So, I made my first payment of ?11, thinking that's all I gotta shell out to get my phone unlocked. But guess what? Turns out that's just the price for some eligibility check that I don't even need. They didn't bother to mention that there's gonna be another payment of ?26 to actually unlock the darn thing. Like seriously, that's way too pricey. Save yourself the trouble and go to legit websites like EE, where it's way cheaper. Don't waste your time with MobileUnlocks.com.
Credit Card Issue and Unsatisfactory Transaction Experience
I haven't finished the process yet, but I'm facing an issue with my main credit card. It's never been a problem for me before, so I don't understand why it's not working now. I had to resort to using my debit card, which I'm not a fan of. Unfortunately, I can't provide a complete rating as my phone is still locked. The transaction experience wasn't ideal for me.
MobileUnlocks: False Promises, Scam Tactics, and No Guarantees - Beware!
MobileUnlocks is a company that I had a really bad experience with. They promised me an instant unlock for my phone at a certain price, but it turned out to be a complete lie. After I paid the initial amount, they told me that if I paid three times that amount, there was a chance my phone would be unlocked. But even then, there was no guarantee. And to make matters worse, they wanted me to pay even more money after that. It's a total scam, no doubt about it. I really hope they either refund my money or actually do what they said they would and unlock my phone.
Beware of MobileUnlocks: Outrageous Pricing and Poor Customer Service
So, I decided to give MobileUnlocks a try to unlock my device. At first, they charged me a whopping 15 dollars just to check if my device was eligible for unlocking. I thought, "Okay, that's a bit steep, but if it gets the job done, it's worth it."
After that, I went ahead and paid another 50 dollars to actually unlock my device's carrier. I was relieved, thinking that I was finally on my way to using my device with any carrier I wanted. But boy, was I wrong!
Now, out of the blue, they're telling me that I need to fork over a mind-boggling 344 USD to complete the unlocking process. I mean, seriously? That's just insane! I can't believe they would ask for such a ridiculous amount of money after I've already paid so much.
To make matters worse, instead of simply refunding me the money I've already spent, they're trying to offer me a credit note. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? It's completely useless to me! I don't want to be tied down to their website and forced to spend more money on something that should have been done right the first time.
Honestly, I'm beyond frustrated with MobileUnlocks. Their pricing is outrageous, and their customer service is just not up to par. I expected better from them, but it seems like they're only interested in squeezing every penny out of their customers.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using MobileUnlocks to think twice. Don't fall into the same trap I did. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and affordable unlocking service. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.
Terrible Experience with MobileUnlocks: False Advertising, No Refund, and Poor Communication
I had a really bad experience with MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com). They took my money and didn't unlock my phone. The ad said that unlocks start from ?7.99, but they charged me ?38 and still couldn't do it. When I asked for a refund, they refused and claimed that I was aware of something that wasn't even mentioned on their site. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, they stopped replying to my emails. It's so frustrating! If I could, I would give them minus 10 stars. They are definitely untrustworthy and unscrupulous. It's really disappointing that they stopped communicating with me when I asked for a refund.
Disappointing Experience with MobileUnlocks: Hidden Charges, Failed Unlock, and Missing Refund
I shelled out 29 bucks to these guys at MobileUnlocks to see if they could unlock my phone. Then, they hit me up with another charge of 68 bucks when they figured out it was doable. I waited for about a week, but the progress got stuck at 95%. So, I reached out to their support and they told me that my phone couldn't be unlocked. They said they'd give me back half of what I paid, but guess what? It's been a whole month and still no sign of that refund. I've tried contacting their support multiple times, but it's like talking to a brick wall. I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend using MobileUnlocks. You better watch out, 'cause they ain't playing fair.
MobileUnlocks: Dishonest and Ineffective - Save Your Money and Avoid the Scam
I gotta say, MobileUnlocks really got me good. I ended up losing over a hundred bucks, and let me tell you, they didn't even unlock my phone remotely like they promised. Nope, instead they just called up the providers and got the unlock for free. Can you believe that? Talk about dishonesty!
And to top it all off, they haven't even bothered to find a solution to unlock my iCloud. I mean, come on, isn't that what they're supposed to do? It's clear they're not being honest with us customers. So, take my advice and don't waste your hard-earned money on this scam. Trust me, you'll regret it.
Now, here's the kicker. They've given me some credit note instead of refunding my money. Like, seriously? I need that cash back, not some useless credit note. It's just plain frustrating. I'm determined to find a way to block their website and make sure they can't scam any more innocent people like me.
So, folks, stay away from MobileUnlocks. They're nothing but trouble. Save your money and find a more reliable service. You'll thank me later.
Avoid MobileUnlocks: A Complete Disaster and Scam
I highly recommend avoiding MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com) if you don't want to be ripped off. I foolishly decided to use their services to unlock my phone with Bell, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. I paid a whopping $140 for their so-called service, and they promised it would be done in 7 days.
However, after waiting patiently for a week, they informed me that Bell couldn't unlock my phone, but they would try going through Apple instead. I reluctantly agreed and waited for another excruciating 7 days. To my dismay, they then informed me that Bell had suddenly decided to put all unlocks on hold for a couple of weeks, even though they had initially claimed that Bell couldn't unlock it in the first place.
As if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to offer me a mere credit of $109 to unlock a different phone. Outraged, I immediately emailed them, expressing my frustration and calling their actions nothing short of theft. But guess what? I received no response from them whatsoever. It's clear to me now that MobileUnlocks is nothing but a scam.
Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from them.
Beware of MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com): A Scam That Will Drain Your Wallet
MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com) is a complete scam, let me tell you. At first, they lure you in with a cheap price that seems too good to be true. And guess what? It is! Once you've paid up, they hit you with another price that's three times higher than the original one. Talk about a bait and switch!
Now, they promise you that you'll receive the unlock code instantly. But hold your horses, because it took me a whopping eight days to finally get it. Eight days! Can you believe that? I was starting to lose hope, thinking they had taken my money and run.
But wait, there's more! After all that waiting, they have the audacity to ask for even more money. Can you imagine? They practically want the entire value of the phone itself. And mark my words, they won't stop there. They'll keep asking for more and more, like a never-ending money pit.
Now, when I finally had enough and requested a refund, do you know what they did? They didn't even bother to respond or show any care whatsoever. Instead, they gave me some useless store credit that I know I'll never use. So not only did I lose my hard-earned money, but I also lost any hope of getting it back.
Let me tell you, folks, this was a colossal mistake on my part. I should have known better than to trust these scammers. I tried reaching out to them via email, hoping for some sort of resolution, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They simply didn't care.
So please, learn from my mistake and stay far away from MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com). Save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and most importantly, your money. Don't make the same mistake I did.
First I paid 13,50eur for a preliminary check.
Then I got a message that it's ok and that I need to pay the second part of 44eur to unlock.
After the payment, they sent me a message that it couldn't be unlocked.
They don't give me my money back and they don't answer to my messages anymore.
I spent $50 and they didn't do anything
I paid 65 dollars to mobile unlocks.com to unlock icloud they haven't unlocked my icloud please refund all my money
They steal money from people credit or debit cards and people put best reviews on their websites and plus you can’t even speak to a customer representative
The total cost was 14.99 on this date about 15 minutes ago.
So I opted to get an unlock code after they check my IEMI they said it’s $28.99 so I paid it on my PayPal and then 5 minutes later they sent an email saying your 50% paid Um excuse me? No I paid what you said now they want $82.99 this is fraud and I want to contact the proper authorities for internet crimes.
I have been waiting since July 4 for my IPhone 14 Pro Max to be unlocked. I am still waiting. Every week the company sends me emails stating they know there's a delay and that the issue will be resolved, and they invite me to contact them, but nowhere on the site is there a contact phone number or email address.
Have they unlocked it yet or refunded yet?
Phone not unlocking after 3 days.
None replying to my emails.
I want my money back.
Cant get a hold of anyone.
Ruining my vacation.
Money back please.
