Over priced... Do not offer refunds.. literally stole my money and won't refund me. Realized I didn't need the service so I reached out to them n they said once started they can't cancel the order or refund.. said it's clearly stated on the site which it's Not! Eventually customer service said they would look at my case... But then they stopped responding...

After paying $15 for an eligibility check, the result of which was successful (the phone could be unlocked for any SIM card), I paid an additional $50 for the unlock code and have lost all my money. The phone could not be unlocked. They did not refund my money, they offered me a credit note to use ONLY on their website. Terrible experience.

I wanted a backup phone so I went to this site thinking that they could unlock it considering I got it of my mums cousin in the USA. Just got straight ripped off paid $15US then $64US they said it would take days DAYS. Im gonna dispute the charges but I dont expect much. I cant seem to find any contact details to dispute this either. Theres is no number on their site. Can find a complaints email either.

I paid $70 5o recieve an unlock code for unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy A51 locked to tracfone. After 10 days, they did not provide the codes and said I would need to pay additional money for a USB Unlock because my phone "does not prompt for an unlock code when a new sim card is inserted" My phone does prompt for an unlock code and I have evidence of it. I have tried to reach out via their live chat support but have not received a working email I can send my evidence to so that my refund can be processed. The only replies I am getting are from an AI bot called Anna. I need to speak with an actual person so I can get a full refund for the $70.

On the 13th Oct, 2023, I charged $92.99 by Mobileunlocks to unlock a phone order# [protected]. I was contacted by someone called Jodi on the 16th Oct.2023 and was told that they were unable to unlock the phone and that I should contact AT&T USA, I did not get a refund what I got was a credit or so they say which I have no use for. I would however like to get my money back and not a credit. I tried to contact them numerous times but they failed to reply.

In the beginning before the payment was processed it was stated that if unlocking wasn’t able to be done a refund would be made back to the card. However I was given a credit note for their website/services.. they were not able to do what I needed so there’s no reason for me to want nor need their services for anything. I’ve reached out via email several times and I haven’t received any response at all. I spent approximately $195 and I would like for my refund to be returned to my card. I never agreed to accept any credit notes as refund.

I tried to unlock my Samsung s9 and i was quoted 11gpb but after inserting all my details it came up with a message to track my order and on clicking it i see that it is requesting another 26 pounds again to complete unlocking, This seem like a scam, I have emailed the customer service to refund my payment and cancel order but not gotten any reply yet. I want the order cancel and get refunded what i already paid as its only 5pounds to unlock in a phone stor

I wish I had known right away that there are two separate stages of costs involved in unlocking my phone. It would have been helpful to have that information upfront so I could have decided whether or not to proceed. It feels like I was kind of tricked into this, and that's not cool at all. Can you please clarify how much the new phone will cost me? I'm not interested in paying an additional USD64 on top of the initial USD14.99. Thank you, but no thanks.

So, I made my first payment of ?11, thinking that's all I gotta shell out to get my phone unlocked. But guess what? Turns out that's just the price for some eligibility check that I don't even need. They didn't bother to mention that there's gonna be another payment of ?26 to actually unlock the darn thing. Like seriously, that's way too pricey. Save yourself the trouble and go to legit websites like EE, where it's way cheaper. Don't waste your time with MobileUnlocks.com.

I haven't finished the process yet, but I'm facing an issue with my main credit card. It's never been a problem for me before, so I don't understand why it's not working now. I had to resort to using my debit card, which I'm not a fan of. Unfortunately, I can't provide a complete rating as my phone is still locked. The transaction experience wasn't ideal for me.

So, I decided to give MobileUnlocks a try to unlock my device. At first, they charged me a whopping 15 dollars just to check if my device was eligible for unlocking. I thought, "Okay, that's a bit steep, but if it gets the job done, it's worth it."

After that, I went ahead and paid another 50 dollars to actually unlock my device's carrier. I was relieved, thinking that I was finally on my way to using my device with any carrier I wanted. But boy, was I wrong!

Now, out of the blue, they're telling me that I need to fork over a mind-boggling 344 USD to complete the unlocking process. I mean, seriously? That's just insane! I can't believe they would ask for such a ridiculous amount of money after I've already paid so much.

To make matters worse, instead of simply refunding me the money I've already spent, they're trying to offer me a credit note. Like, what am I supposed to do with that? It's completely useless to me! I don't want to be tied down to their website and forced to spend more money on something that should have been done right the first time.

Honestly, I'm beyond frustrated with MobileUnlocks. Their pricing is outrageous, and their customer service is just not up to par. I expected better from them, but it seems like they're only interested in squeezing every penny out of their customers.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using MobileUnlocks to think twice. Don't fall into the same trap I did. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and affordable unlocking service. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

Now, when I finally had enough and requested a refund, do you know what they did? They didn't even bother to respond or show any care whatsoever. Instead, they gave me some useless store credit that I know I'll never use. So not only did I lose my hard-earned money, but I also lost any hope of getting it back.

Let me tell you, folks, this was a colossal mistake on my part. I should have known better than to trust these scammers. I tried reaching out to them via email, hoping for some sort of resolution, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They simply didn't care.

So please, learn from my mistake and stay far away from MobileUnlocks (mobileunlocks.com). Save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and most importantly, your money. Don't make the same mistake I did.
