mate. I bought a phone from them and it stopped working after a week. I contacted their customer service and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They said that it was my fault that the phone stopped working. I was so angry that I wanted to throw the phone out the window.

But then, I decided to give them another chance. I bought another phone from them and this time, it worked perfectly fine. I was so happy that I decided to write this review.

Overall, I would say that Oz Mobiles is a hit or miss. You might get a good product or you might get a bad one. If you do get a bad one, don't expect them to do anything about it. But if you do get a good one, then you'll be happy with your purchase.

So, if you're looking for a new phone, I would recommend Oz Mobiles, but be prepared for the possibility of getting a bad product.

So, I bought a phone charger from OZ Mobiles and it turned out to be the wrong one for my phone. I contacted their customer service and they were nice enough, but when it came to actually fixing the problem, they didn't want to spend any money. I mean, come on, if you're in the business of selling phone accessories, you should at least be able to provide the right charger for the right phone, right? Anyway, I wouldn't recommend OZ Mobiles. You're better off going to eBay or Amazon or somewhere else that's more professional and reliable.

I recently purchased an ex-demo XS Max from Oz Mobiles, but unfortunately, the camera was not working properly. I decided to return it and exchange it for an XS, but I noticed that the screen was broken or not put on properly. It seemed like it was a Chinese screen. I had to return it again and ask for my money back. However, I was surprised to find out that I got $200 less than what I paid for, and my account was closed. I was very disappointed with the whole experience, and I would not recommend buying second-hand phones from Oz Mobiles. It seems like a scam to me.

I recently got my hands on an Iphone 7 Plus from OZ Mobiles and to be honest, I was pretty excited to start using it. However, my excitement was short-lived as I soon discovered that the camera wasn't working properly. Even after trying multiple times, the camera still refused to function properly. Sometimes, it would freeze and flash, making it impossible for me to take any pictures.

To make matters worse, today while I was using my phone, it suddenly turned off and I couldn't turn it back on. I was worried that I had lost all my data and information. However, after a few minutes, it turned on again and started working fine.

I must say that I am pretty disappointed with my experience with OZ Mobiles. I expected better from them. It's not just the faulty phone that's the issue, but the fact that I had to go through all this hassle just to get a working phone.

If you're planning to buy from OZ Mobiles, I suggest you be careful. Make sure you check the phone thoroughly before making the purchase. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience that I did.

My experience with OZ Mobiles was absolutely terrible. I decided to purchase a brand new iPhone 11 Pro as a birthday present for a loved one, but unfortunately, OZ Mobiles completely ruined the surprise. I paid for the phone and eagerly awaited its arrival, but instead, I received two emails with different tests that I had to complete. After I provided all of the necessary information, I was told that they couldn't reach me. I was extremely frustrated because no one had called me, and I had been waiting for over a week for an update.

To make matters worse, OZ Mobiles offered me a refund, but it would take 5-10 days to process. This was unacceptable, especially since I had already been waiting for so long. I was extremely disappointed with their service and will never recommend them to anyone.

Overall, my experience with OZ Mobiles was a complete disaster. I was let down by their lack of communication and poor customer service. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy mobile phone provider, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I immediately returned the phone, but was shocked to be blamed for the fault and charged for the device. The customer service was appawling and there was zero accountability for the faulty device.

I strongly advise against buying a phone from this company. If you receive a faulty device, you will not be protected by the warranty. This is criminal and dishonest behavior from OZ Mobiles.

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with OZ Mobiles. I was lookin' for a new phone and thought I'd save some cash by gettin' an ex Apple Display model. I ended up gettin' an Iphone 6Plus for $608, which seemed like a pretty good deal at the time. But after only 2 months, the darn thing wouldn't turn on. I reckon it's 'cause it had been sittin' in the store for a whole year on full brightness.

So I sent it back to OZ Mobiles to get it fixed, 'cause I had a full year warranty and all. But they straight up refused to fix it! Can you believe that? I was so upset, 'cause now I gotta go buy a whole new phone anyway. What a waste of money.

Honestly, I'm startin' to think all these reviews are fake. I mean, if they won't even honor their warranty, what's the point of buyin' from 'em? I wouldn't recommend OZ Mobiles to anyone, that's for sure.
