My Tylt Block party stoped working. I submited the contact form on Tylt's website to get a replacement and they havent responded. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have since replied to their ticket system response and still havent got an answer.

I bought a Tylt Crest chargin pad in December and it stopped working lately. It don't detect the phone, so it don't charge. I ain't changed my case, but I took it off anyways, and it still don't detect or charge my phone. I emailed Tylt twice and ain't got no reply. I sent them the proof of purchase and some photos of the product, just like they asked. On 12/21, I got an email saying that my replacement was on its way and I should get it in 7-14 business days. But guess what? I still haven't received it. It's been a whole week now, and I've been sending emails and messages on their Facebook page, but nobody's replying. It's a 5000mah rechargeable battery for iPhones and other devices. It has a built-in lightning and USB cable for fast charging and it's blue.

I got 2 Tylt cordless phone chargers in February . When I got home from the hospital after my surgery, I tried to set them up, but only 1 of them worked. I took the broken one back to AT&T, but they said I had to go to Tylt since it had been more than 2 weeks since I bought them. So, I did that. I reached out to Tylt on 3/29 and they gave me a ticket number, #43376, and said they would look into my problem. I even attached my receipt from AT&T. But, I never heard anything back and their website doesn't have a phone number. So, I tried again and got another ticket number, #43398, and they said they would review it. But still no response. My husband found their Facebook page and it seems like everyone is having the same issue. This company doesn't respond and there's no way to call them.

I went to the Sprint store to see if I could exchange it for another 1, but they told me I had to go directly through TYLT to get it replaced. So I went on the TYLT website & attempted to contact them via email w/ my proof of purchase & got no response. The customer service phone # does not work either. All I want is for my mount to be replaced. That’s it. Thanks.
