I'm writing this complaint to alert every potential victim out there who had the wisdom to look for reviews about Inkxpert before paying them any money and landed on this link.
DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION. Inkxpert is a SCAM - 100% SCAM.
Inkxpert is a fraudulent company and all their details/contact information on the internet, including their own website are fake. You will not find a single contact number of this business anywhere which is a hallmark of SCAM companies. The US address they list on their own website as well as on other websites such as LinkedIn etc is non existent. If you pay them to purchase their service, it will be akin to throwing your money down the gutter. Do not believe a single article you read about them on so called news websites - these articles are created by Inkxpert themselves and placed on the websites by paying money. In other words, its paid PR.
Any article or information you come across that states that they have raised venture funds are blatant lies. Their Crunchbase profile will show you that they have raised Series A funding from Hudson Venture Investments - all lies. The company Hudson Venture Investments is their own creation. It does not exist. The real name of Hudson is Hudson Venture NOT Hudson Venture Investments. These scammers have created fake profiles on Crunchbase are are using it to mislead the whole world.
As far as my own experience goes, I paid an advance to these fraudsters for their content development services. These [censored]s copied portions word-for-word from other sources on the internet and "cooked" up a badly written plagiarized article. When challenged, they refused to admit to their mistakes and got defensive.
When we posted our reviews online about them, they came begging us to remove the reviews in exchange for a full refund(feel free to contact me to see a copy of this email, if you want).
Now, you can judge for yourself if you want to hire the services of this fraudulent and unethical company even after reading about our experience.
Desired outcome: I've lost whatever money I had to. My desired outcome is for Akhilesh Panigrahi who is the creator of this scam and is a resident of Orissa in India to be put behind bars for running this scam.

Totally agree with all the posts above. Is there anyway we can file a police complaint against them if not already done by anyone?

We had ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ but they did not provide any single content as per our requirement. We made a mistake in selecting them as a vendor to write for the website and other articles for our business that is the major mistake we commited.
They are very awful people since they never include the name of their business, its address, or its phone number in their email address every time the email was delivered with different names ๐๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ฆ๐ข ๐, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ, ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฏ๐ข ๐๐๐ข๐ง with no phone number. They won't even take your call. All you have to do is wait for their email response. ๐๐ค๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ก (who purports to be the company's creator) said during the discovery call that the full website's material and the articles will be available in a month. We were taken aback and so we subscribed to their service.
They didn't respond for ten days, and not a single piece was shared. They wrote only one article with awful grammar, little thought put into the writing, and little more than one page of material.

STOP STOP STOP. BOYCOTT. Fake company. Scam! Akhilesh Panigrahi is a fraud. Office in New York? Lie. He has taken the money and no service has been provided. After a month, some 5 articles were given that were too concise and of pathetic quality. Not replying to my emails.
