Instacart Kroger delivery

I ordered food that was supposed to be delivered by 5 p.m. Then the delivery person tells me that the bar code or something similar won't work and nobody at Kroger support will help. I call Instacart who calls my delivery person and i hear the delivery person saying that she's getting help, But she can't stay on the phone with instacart because she lost her ID and her phone is about to die. WTH what kind of company is this? Now i guess i just sit and wait until they get it all straightened out and decide to bring my food. Well im over it. I pay ten dollars delivery and a ten dollar tip for a huge mess. Now I don't have dinner until it shows up.

Instacart Service

My order was an hour and half late. They up prices of products that are not the same in the store. they tell me to log in and then will send an email to finish my account. they have not sent me as of 2 hours ago. also one little thing was wrong in my order but I was not able to complain about anything because I could not get logged on. I will never use Insta Cart again.

Instacart Update the store listings on website much more frequently

I've recieved numerous item replacements from shoppers in the past few weeks of making orders on instacart that I no longer trust the listings of the stores on instacart to even be accurate to the products they carry at the stores. I know that stores can run out of particular items daily, but some stores on instacart still have items listed that they haven't carried in several weeks and I know because i've requested that item more than once and had it replaced every single time. It's hard to know if you're even going to get all the items you want in an order anymore the listings online are so unreliable. I haven't had a single order without one replacement item at least in about a month leading to me recieving several items I didn't want or need as replacements and needing to request refunds from instacart.

Please coordinate with stores more closely to ensure accurate product listings are provided to customers and they remove items from the instacart store website that they haven't carried or restocked in multiples of weeks.

Desired outcome: Make sure that stores update their product listenings more frequently so that they are current.

Why can’t instacart use quality stores. I ordered from natural thought it was in Edmond ok my store but the shopper shopper in okc ok which all the fruit I received was very old or very unripe. Not happy

Instacart Shopper for stop & shop

This is my third and final compliant. I placed an order on 8/4/21 and an item was supposedly forgotten and I was given credit. However while shopping ALL my items were selected with 1 substitution. Being on a fixed income I was not able to give him extra however I'm grateful I did not. I was preparing my dinner 8/8/21 and when I opened my sweet potatoes they were disgusting. I will shop in-person at Stop & Shop in the future.

Instacart Costco delivery

On July 30, 2021, a delivery from Costco damaged my dining room table. The delivery person let his girlfriend help him and she scratched my valuable wooden table (with her finger nails) even though I had said put the groceries in the kitchen, which was quite visible and just abour four feet from the kitchen. Instracart has refused to deal with this issue and just ignores my request to speak with a human. The computers that instacart use can not handle request to deal with my table damage.

Desired outcome: the damage to my table must be repaired by a qualified furniture repair service.

Instacart Instacart

Instacart doesn't care about their shoppers. Reviews are everything for a shopper, because the amount of orders provided (aka the amount of money you can make) is based on how high your review is. On the Instacart shopper app, there is a feature that allows the shopper to report false reviews left by the customer. However, nothing got done about it, so I resorted to looking online to see if I was the only one to experience this. It turns out that hundreds of shoppers are getting screwed out of any orders because of Instacart's inability to investigate cases of reviewer fraud. Now hundreds, if not thousands of dollars are lost as potential, much needed revenue. Instacart needs to solve this problem immediately, it's wrong that shoppers are losing money and their livelihood because of reviews left by spiteful or ignorant customers.

Desired outcome: Improve your shopper support team, because the current one doesn’t know how to do their jobs.

Instacart refund

I had 2 charges that were on the wrong credit card 10 days ago. They switched credit cards, but still haven't credited the money back to my original card. They put it in and took it back out the same day, but they didn't waste any time charging my other card. There is no reason it should take this long to receive a refund. I have received different times from 5 different employees.

Instacart Instacart express

I had no issues with the actual service provided, my issue is how they charged money ($100!) without asking. The charge is only refundable if you haven't ordered using it, but they put it on with little to no notice on my order of $37 making it no longer refundable. This is a huge scam, I paid almost 3 times as much as my actual order cost on a membership that they didn't warn me about and I won't ever use.
Here's exactly what happened: Instacart scams new users by slyly tacking on a trial for something called "Instacart Express" to the checkout of your first order. A couple weeks later I get a charge of $106 on my card. Nowhere did I see anything about this nor would I ever pay for it. What a huge scam to make a quick extra $100 of unsuspecting users.

Desired outcome: A refund of the $106 that was taken without my permission.

Instacart Grocery delivery

I had placed an order from my local Frys Food for delivery. I figured they would deliver it them selves. Instead I was notified it would be delivered by Instacart. On top of the $10 delivery charge, there was a $5 serviced charge and a 5% tip. I was notified by the shopper that they were checking out and that I would be notified when they were on their way. That never happened. On a hunch I checked outside my door and my groceries were just dumped there. The person never knocked on the door or rang the door bell. I was lucky nothing was spoiled. I live in Arizona. I would like my delivery charges reversed. This was the worst delivery service I have ever used and will never use it again

Instacart Wine

My 77 year old paralyzed father ordered wine and was asked for his drivers licenses. He has a government issues valid handicap identification card because he cannot drive a car. He was denied his wine for not having a drivers license, but presented a current, issued, US government, valid identification card. He uses Instacart to deliver items because he doesn't have transportation. He has not been refunded.

This is another example of ADA-non-compliance. I had a similar problem with them. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is indicated here?

Instacart Suspending my account

I received an e-mail from Instacart on 03/18/2020 with the following message: Hi Gloria!

We've noticed unusual activity related to your Instacart shopper account. Please reset your password by clicking on the following link, http://shoppers.instacart.com/password/edit?reset_password_token=rsVEVdhw_xuL_fUjW5qk, in order to ensure the security of your account.

However, when I went in to change the password on the account, the account had been suspended. I have called the instacart center, I have spoken with different people in chat, and I have sent e-mail after e-mail and no one could help. Everybody kept passing it on to someone else. I want my account re-instated. My account had no suspicious activity, it was just I had shoulder surgery and I could not go back to work until I was completely heal.

Desired outcome: Want my account enabled and off of suspension

Instacart Account deactivated

I have been an IC shopper since April. I am very fast, efficient, and have all 5 star reviews. I misunderstood the selfie pic. It was an honest mistake. I thought it was asking for a new profile pic. All of a sudden I'm deactivated without warning or a chance to explain. I now know it was for verification. I admit that that is on me, but there was never a warning or anything. I had to have a major surgery and my insurance doesn't pay the whole thing. I have been shopping for IC to pay those bills. Is there nothing I can do to shop again?

Desired outcome: I want to be able to continue shopping for Instacart.

Instacart Fraud department never responds or removes complaints despite evidence

I customer is able to add a complaint with zero evidence, zero communication with drivers, and without having to go through any sort of review process. On their word alone they can say whatever they like about a shopper and it posts same day to my account. The reverse process seems to be basically nonexistent. Every forum everywhere people are saying there is no communication, follow up, or reversal of complaints in spite of reporting fraud and having objective supporting evidence that a customer is wrong. Every customer service agent assures shoppers that it's being handled but nothing ever becomes of any of it. I'm honestly not sure there even is a fraud department at all. In the Instacart app chat there is documentation of the substitution, a receipt showing proof of purchase, and a picture showing it front and center by their doorway. Still days later, no communication, no reversal, and no customer service agent that will tell me anything except "it's being handled". No time frame, no follow-up, no nothing. Objective evidence that is enough to win a court case and I can't get anyone to even tell me if someone's looked at the evidence, if it's pending, or if it's been denied like all the others. On top of that, not only can a customer say whatever they want in spite of evidence, but another agent hinted that I might be charged by Instacart each time these reports come in. So no respect, communication, and potential theft taking place at Instacart.

Instacart Kroger Instacart, in Seattle Washington. Unethical behaviour of customer service, deceitful

Two months ago I shopped at Kroger (QFC instacart) I was issued a store credit for $18.63 for items that missing. The manager stated that I can use that credit in any Kroger stores next time I shop. Everytime I shop at QFC or Kroger store. I called Kroger Instacart customer service, to redeem my credit, customer service give many informations how to redeem my credit, or they put me on phone on hold and the hangup. I can not or unable to use the credit since 2 months ago.

Desired outcome: I need to give me my credit on a gift card so I can use it or easily redeem it .

Instacart The person that shops for instacart

We had words this morning, as she is always hunting down the associates in market Basket and asking where every thing is that is on her list, I don't mind helping customers But we are short handed and this takes time away from our duties, as she will keep coming back asking where different items are that have nothing to do with my department, She informed me that its my job to help customers, But I do not think its right that she wants the associates to find every thing for her so she can get done faster, as she does not wear her badge that says she is an instant cart shopper or if she does you can't see it, but everyone knows when she is in the store as she will ask everyone of us for things. it is my job to help customers but its not my job to do the instant cart shopping. she did apologize to me and me to her but threatened to report me to management for being rude. she was yelling at me while walking away, saying she is a customer and its my job to help her.

Desired outcome: That she does the shopping for instant cart and does not continue to expect the associates to do or find everything on her list

Instacart The driver was drunk and high food smell like marijuana

They diver was under the influence and my food was not everything that I ordered. He was throwing my uncle bags and had a nasty strong marijuana smell. His license plate was AX82D22 please take him off the road. I would never use this service again if this is not resolved. He was hispanic drive a a black Subaru SUV.

Instacart Employee

An INSTACART SHOPPER WAS IN Hannafords in Derry NH on 06/25/21 and he was very rude to the employees and actually threw a package of bread at an employee bagging, this behavior is so uncalled for and this is not the first incident with this shopper. shame on Instacart for hiring such awful workers, I truly hope people stop using Instacart.

Instacart Instacart added fees

I have used Instacart for 2 years everal times a week. At first everything seemed ok but as the years have gone on they have started charging higher prices than advertised on the app as the price for something. I've just cancelled my account after learning that they arbitrarily charge more for most items to make money off their customers. Apparently the 100.00 per year and service fees aren't enough money to support this scamming San Francisco CA based operation. The offshore customer service company they use told me that it is stated in their policy that I agree to that they charge more for the products than the store shelf prices. I couldn't find that statement anywhere in the legaleeze they print. So the bottom line is I have been unknowingly scammed for hundreds of dollars in the last 100+ orders that I've placed. No more! I've cancelled my account and will make sure to tell everyone I know of this scam promoting company. Shame on you Instagram you don't deserve to be in business in the US.

Instacart instacart

Instacart driver delivered most of the groceries I ordered, but when I went online to see my reciept all my selections had been marked out of stock. They had substituted substantially more products, I am assuming for themselves. I didnt order or receive anything that was on my receipt ($109) which was about $30 more than what my original order was. Kroger immediately refunded my money and did not charge me at all. My beef is with the couple that was in the car that dropped my goods off.
