Never use this platform
This platform is a scam. They advertise themselves as a low cost platform but if low cost means not paying drivers, then it is super low cost.
It works like an auction, as requests from passengers are received, they are sent to all carriers to receive bids (offers). Typically the lowest offer is accepted.
What they don't say is that they charge the driver up to 28% in commission, depending on the commission system, and an additional 35% of the amount offered to the passenger.
They make lots of money but still don't pay the drivers.
They owe me €1500 since November 2022. They promised to pay but they have only been delaying and postponing. As compensation (they say) they offer a lower commission value of 1/2... And they decided to continue postponing payments for more recent trips.

I booked a taxi from Rome Airport to our hotel in Rome. I booked in February for an October pick up. The day before our trip I got an e mail in the morning to say the booking was cancelled due to an issue with the car. I spent a stressful day chasing g them to book an alternative. Eventually late in the day they said they had found someone but that it would cost me an additional 100 euros.. so in total it cost me around 140 euros for a trip that I could have got from the airport for 35 . I felt that I had no other option ad it was late in the day and as I didn’t know how much it should cost. I told them when booking I was going to complain! When I complained they said it was nothing to do with them and they won’t give me my money back. It is a disgrace, their service is appalling

Terrible service, would recommend booking direct with drivers as they charge 6% on top of price and take 25% off the drivers. I have been waiting since November 2022 for a payment. I have emailed several times and still cant get a definite answer when payment will be made.
I have sent them an invoice for late payment of 10 months and instructed a solicitor to contact them.
I have also asked for COMPLAINTS procudure to which I have had to reply. I have requested my account closed which so far I have had NO REPLY - Avoid as very poor

I am an active driver/partner myself based in Cape Town - did a trip in June & this money is due this month as per the billing period of 3 months I opted for.
For them to recently inform me that they changed the billing period to 7 months from August, meaning I will only be paid in March or May next year, close to a year after completing the trip. This is unlawful & unfair it doesn’t make business sense at all, considering inflation etc & how I did not consent to my billing period being changed.
On numerous occasions I have reached out to them inquiring about my payment through all channels possible but that has yielded nothing. This company is a scam. They always give you excuses about the billing period that are complicated.

I registered with Get Transfer as a driver. The reporting period is 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I should receive compensation for my expenses and income from transporting passengers. The reporting period has ended, but I did not receive payments from Get Transfer. To make matters worse, it took Gettransfer.com THREE weeks to refund my money. During this time, their customer service representative advised me to send in my taxi receipt for reimbursement. But, as expected, that reimbursement never came.
Needless to say, I will never be using their service again and I strongly advise others to avoid Gettransfer.com as well. It's simply not worth the risk of being left stranded, stressed out, and out of pocket. Overall, my experience with Gettransfer.com was nothing short of disappointing and I would discourage anyone from going through the same thing.
