Get transfer are a bunch of robbers
Get transfer are a bunch of robbers. Their driver never showed at Huston Airport and messaged to say that he wasn't coming. this was the 15th of February. I was told by Get Transfer my refund was being processed it has now been 38 days and still no refund. We also booked another ride with them as we were stranded at the airport, even though i picked now on the app the driver accepted and then said that he couldn't be there before 8.27 pm. This was in the morning that we arrived. He suggested we cancel for a refund, and they are refusing to refund that, also. In total, they owe me £300 and haven't even had the decency to tell me what is going on

Gettransfer Never use this platform

This platform is a scam. They advertise themselves as a low cost platform but if low cost means not paying drivers, then it is super low cost.

It works like an auction, as requests from passengers are received, they are sent to all carriers to receive bids (offers). Typically the lowest offer is accepted.

What they don't say is that they charge the driver up to 28% in commission, depending on the commission system, and an additional 35% of the amount offered to the passenger.

They make lots of money but still don't pay the drivers.

They owe me €1500 since November 2022. They promised to pay but they have only been delaying and postponing. As compensation (they say) they offer a lower commission value of 1/2... And they decided to continue postponing payments for more recent trips.

Is this a trustworthy platform?

Please stop using gettransfer. Use other platforms, there are so many to choose and more affordable than these thieves.

Gettransfer Arnaque voleurs

Attention arnaque! Nous avons réservé un transfert de l’aéroport de newark à manhattan, notre vol a eu du retard, comme demandé nous avons prévenu de notre retard, nous avons reçu des messages nous disant de ne pas nous inquiéter mais le chauffeur n’a pas pu attendre, gettransfert estime que nous ne sommes présentés et refuse tout remboursement ou geste commercial. De plus nous avons payé 140€, nous avons pris un uber à l’aéroport et n’avons payé que 65€. Nous allons saisir la dgccrf et tous les organismes officiels européens pour éviter à d’autres consommateurs d’être victimes. Ce sont des voleurs fuyez!

Gettransfer Complete rip off

I booked a taxi from Rome Airport to our hotel in Rome. I booked in February for an October pick up. The day before our trip I got an e mail in the morning to say the booking was cancelled due to an issue with the car. I spent a stressful day chasing g them to book an alternative. Eventually late in the day they said they had found someone but that it would cost me an additional 100 euros.. so in total it cost me around 140 euros for a trip that I could have got from the airport for 35 . I felt that I had no other option ad it was late in the day and as I didn’t know how much it should cost. I told them when booking I was going to complain! When I complained they said it was nothing to do with them and they won’t give me my money back. It is a disgrace, their service is appalling

Gettransfer Terrible Service

Terrible service, would recommend booking direct with drivers as they charge 6% on top of price and take 25% off the drivers. I have been waiting since November 2022 for a payment. I have emailed several times and still cant get a definite answer when payment will be made.

I have sent them an invoice for late payment of 10 months and instructed a solicitor to contact them.

I have also asked for COMPLAINTS procudure to which I have had to reply. I have requested my account closed which so far I have had NO REPLY - Avoid as very poor

Gettransfer If you are a driver/partner - drive at your own risk they are a scam, you get paid

I am an active driver/partner myself based in Cape Town - did a trip in June & this money is due this month as per the billing period of 3 months I opted for.

For them to recently inform me that they changed the billing period to 7 months from August, meaning I will only be paid in March or May next year, close to a year after completing the trip. This is unlawful & unfair it doesn’t make business sense at all, considering inflation etc & how I did not consent to my billing period being changed.

On numerous occasions I have reached out to them inquiring about my payment through all channels possible but that has yielded nothing. This company is a scam. They always give you excuses about the billing period that are complicated.

Gettransfer Drivers are not paid

I registered with Get Transfer as a driver. The reporting period is 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I should receive compensation for my expenses and income from transporting passengers. The reporting period has ended, but I did not receive payments from Get Transfer. I only received letters from the Get Transfer company stating that they recognize the debt, but the terms of payment are unknown. throughout 2023, this company did not pay anything. The company receives 100% payment from the passenger and does not compensate the driver anything after that. The company sends letters with a request to continue cooperation and with a promise to compensate all costs. These are scammers.

The issue that I have experienced was: I registered with Get Transfer as a driver. The reporting period is 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I should receive compensation for my expenses and income from transporting passengers. The reporting period has ended, but I did not receive payments from Get Transfer. Gettransfer Negative Experience with Gettransfer: Slow Response and No Help When Needed

I had a really frustrating experience with Gettransfer and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I booked a ride with them to the airport, but when the driver didn't answer my calls, I tried to get in touch with customer service for help. Unfortunately, the response time was really slow and I had a hard time getting the help I needed.

To make matters worse, I had a flight the next day and tried to explain my situation to the customer service team, but they weren't able to do anything for me. I ended up waiting for a whole day and didn't get the result I was hoping for. Needless to say, it was a very stressful experience and left me feeling very disappointed with the service.

When I asked for a refund, I was told that it wasn't possible because I had already accepted the user agreement. While I understand that there are policies in place, I feel like in this situation they should have been more understanding of my circumstances and more willing to help me out.

All in all, my experience with Gettransfer was really negative and I wouldn't recommend them to others. If you're looking for a reliable ride-sharing service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Gettransfer Gettransfer Review: Avoid this Company - Terrible Refund Process and Customer Service

When it comes to travel arrangements, it's essential to choose the right companies to ensure that you have a seamless and hassle-free trip. Unfortunately, my experience with Gettransfer left a bitter taste in my mouth. I booked three transfers in Italy, but due to Covid-19, I had to cancel them. That wasn't a problem; however, getting my promised refund has been an entirely different story.

It's been months since my initial request, and despite my multiple attempts to follow up, the refund hasn't come through. It appears I'm not alone in this predicament, as other customers have also commented on their poor experiences with the company.

What's even more frustrating is the fact that the company is now attempting to hide behind new "Terms & Conditions," which were not in place when I made my bookings. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable and has left me feeling conned.

I've just sent off yet another email requesting my refund, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Consequently, I would strongly advise anyone reading this review to steer clear from this company. They are, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever dealt with, and my experience has resulted in me being out of pocket. So please, whatever you do, do not use Gettransfer. It's just not worth it.

Gettransfer Gettransfer.com Review: Complete Scam - Do Not Use Their Services!

I cannot express my frustration enough with Gettransfer.com. I recently attempted to use their transportation service at Vienna Airport and was sorely disappointed with the outcome. Despite having booked a week in advance, the driver who was supposed to pick me up never showed up. I attempted to contact him but was greeted with a voicemail instead.

I immediately contacted Gettransfer's customer service team to request a refund. However, to my dismay, I was put on hold for an extended period of time and was given the runaround with excuses about their "quality department". It was disheartening to see how little they cared about rectifying the situation and it quickly became apparent that they had no intention of refunding my money.

Gettransfer Disappointing Experience with Gettransfer: Beware of Refunds and Customer Service

I would like to share my experience with the transportation company, Gettransfer (gettransfer.com), hoping to provide some insight to those considering booking with them. Unfortunately, my own experience was not a positive one.

Initially, I booked a transfer for ?330. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change the dates of my booking. Unfortunately, the new dates did not work for the driver assigned to me, and I had no choice but to cancel the booking altogether. I was informed that the refund would be issued back to my personal account. At this point, I assumed they meant my bank account.

Feeling the urgency and importance of my travel plans, I decided to re-book a transfer with Gettransfer, using my card details. However, it was after this transaction that I was informed that I would be given credit to use with them instead of a refund. This was definitely not the outcome I was expecting or hoping for, and left me quite upset.

The total cost of these transactions added up to almost ?700, and because I will not need the service in the future, I feel like I have spent an excessive amount of money for one transfer. When I reached out to their customer service for a resolution, I was met with an attitude that was not at all satisfactory, and they refused to refund my card.

Overall, my experience with Gettransfer was very disappointing. I would advise other potential customers to be very cautious if choosing to book with this company. Gettransfer Gettransfer.com Review: Beware of Flight Arrival Feature Removal for Airport Pickup Service

If you're looking for an airport pickup service, you may have come across Gettransfer.com. The website used to allow you to input your flight number and time, which was fantastic because the driver could track your flight and be there waiting for you when you arrived. Unfortunately, this feature has been removed, and now you can only input the time you expect to arrive.

Recently, I experienced the downside of this new system when I arrived in Geneva last week. My flight was delayed by 50 minutes, and when I arrived, the driver was gone. It was frustrating to have to pay Euro 110 to Gettransfer, who refused to refund my money. On top of that, I had to get a taxi home.

I'm disappointed because I've used Gettransfer 125 times without incident, but this removal of the flight arrival feature has made airport pickups a bit of a gamble. If you're just a few minutes late, you risk being left stranded without a ride or having to pay an additional fee. I appreciate that they have to operate according to their terms and conditions, but the lack of flexibility is frustrating.

Gettransfer Unreliable and Untrustworthy: A Review of Gettransfer.com's Transportation Services

During my recent travels, I had the unfortunate experience of using Gettransfer.com to arrange for a ride to the airport. Unfortunately, the driver did not show up to take me back to the airport for my return flight, leaving me in danger of missing my plane. Gettransfer Disappointing Experience with Gettransfer: Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

I recently had an experience with Gettransfer and unfortunately it was not a positive one. I had booked a transfer from one city to another and was charged for it a month and a half in advance. On the day of the transfer, I was shocked to see that I had been charged a very high amount, which left me feeling uneasy about the whole experience. To make things worse, the driver cancelled the transfer at the last minute, leaving me stranded and frustrated.

I reached out to Gettransfer several times in an attempt to resolve the issue, but unfortunately they were not willing to help. They even went so far as to suggest that I pay more money for the same transfer, which I found completely unacceptable. Despite their claims to be affected by the current Covid-19 crisis, they continued to charge full amounts for services that had not even been provided yet.

I ended up paying a total of $372 for one fee that I never even got to use. To make matters worse, Gettransfer refused to refund me this amount, claiming that they would only do so if I booked another trip with them. This is truly disappointing and left me feeling like I had been scammed.

What's even more frustrating is that there was no one to talk to for help or support, leaving me feeling like I was on my own throughout the entire process. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Gettransfer and would not recommend this service to anyone.

Gettransfer Warning: Gettransfer Fails to Honor Cancellation Refund Agreement during Pandemic

I recently used Gettransfer to arrange transportation for a trip I had planned. Unfortunately, I became dissatisfied with the service and decided to cancel my transaction. I followed the cancellation procedure as stated in the contract and was promised that I would receive a refund within a month at the very latest.

However, as time passed, I became increasingly concerned as I had not received my refund. When I reached out to Gettransfer for an update on my refund, I was shocked to find out that the conditions had changed due to the pandemic and my payments would not be made as promised. It felt unfair and unacceptable that my money was being withheld from me.

Despite my attempts to contact them, I have not received satisfactory responses or promises of reimbursement. As a result, I feel that Gettransfer has misled me and violated the terms of our agreement. Their responses and lack of action borders on deception and fraudulence.

I caution anyone considering using this platform to be aware of the risks and to watch their money closely. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have the best customer service practices and may not honor their commitments. In fact, it seems that they may be in the habit of unjustly keeping customer money, which is unacceptable. I urge others to proceed with caution to avoid a similar experience.

Gettransfer Gettransfer.com Review: Left Stranded and Frustrated - Don't Use This Service!

My experience with Gettransfer.com left me thoroughly unsatisfied and frustrated. Despite booking a return trip to the airport and receiving confirmation from their own staff via Facebook Messenger that the driver would arrive with no issues, I found myself stranded on the morning of my flight. I had even double-checked with their 24-hour online chat overnight, just to be sure. To my dismay, the driver failed to show up and when I contacted Gettransfer.com again, they informed me that he had never confirmed the order.

This left me scrambling to find a taxi, which ended up costing me more in both time and stress. I was lucky that my flight was delayed and I didn't miss it, but the experience was far from pleasant. To make matters worse, it took Gettransfer.com THREE weeks to refund my money. During this time, their customer service representative advised me to send in my taxi receipt for reimbursement. But, as expected, that reimbursement never came.

Needless to say, I will never be using their service again and I strongly advise others to avoid Gettransfer.com as well. It's simply not worth the risk of being left stranded, stressed out, and out of pocket. Overall, my experience with Gettransfer.com was nothing short of disappointing and I would discourage anyone from going through the same thing.
