I recently had a frustrating experience with GoShare Inc. I had a couch delivered that was damaged during transportation. When I tried to contact customer service, they were unresponsive and did not offer a solution to replace the couch. I was disappointed with their service.

I'm a driver who worked with GoShare, and I gotta say, I'm pretty unhappy with the whole experience. Their response team takes forever to get back to you, and when they do, it's just a robotic chat. They don't really help you out when you're on the road or making a delivery. And to top it off, they straight up refused to pay me for my work. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I definitely won't be wasting my time with them again.

They don't like to hire folks with backgrounds that aren't related to the industry for over 20 years. I'm on 7 different moving platforms, and I'm a homeowner and business owner. I'm a great guy in my community and school district. I pay my taxes and am involved in community activism. My driving record is spotless, and I have commercial insurance. Plus, I'm a personal trainer, so I'm pretty strong. This company is really discriminatory. I thought they'd be better than that. It's a bummer.

GOSHARE is not a good company to work for. They take money from your bank account without warning and cancel jobs without notice. You may not get paid for your work. They are not willing to cooperate with you on any issues. Their customer service is terrible, especially one employee who has a bad attitude and will make you feel foolish. She is not helpful at all. It would be better to work for Bungii or Frayt Driver instead. GOSHARE may exploit you.
This company is not trustworthy
This company is not trustworthy. They trick their drivers into paying $45 for a background check and then don't deliver on their promises. I have proof of this with screenshots from their app. They claim that the minimum payment for a pickup truck is $54.73, but I keep getting jobs for $34.89 or less. It's not worth the time and effort to drive to the pickup location with a big pickup or van for such a low payment. Don't waste your time with GoShare Inc.
Got a treadmill from Costco and needed to return it
Got a treadmill from Costco and needed to return it. Costco said GoShare would come pick it up and they were paying for it. But GoShare kept delaying the pick up date and time for 5 different days. I had to stay home from work every day they said they were coming. The last time we talked, they said they couldn't help me even though Costco said they would pay for it. GoShare has different dispatchers and they couldn't accommodate me. I wouldn't recommend them.

I tried Go Share for the first time and the two drivers were awesome. They were good at their job and careful with our stuff. But the second time I used it, the driver was not in good shape (you can't tell beforehand) and he broke our equipment during delivery because he couldn't handle the weight. Go Share didn't give us back the delivery fee, even though they probably have insurance for this kind of thing. It's a bummer with Go Share and it really messed us up, costing us a lot of money. We won't use this service again.

I was really unsure about using GoShare Inc's services. I needed a special car part picked up in LA and brought to me in Phoenix. I was worried that something might go wrong, but the driver picked up the part when he said he would and delivered it the next day just like I asked! After I scheduled the job, the driver who took it called me to finalize the details. When he picked up the part, he texted me a picture to make sure it was the right one. This saved me from driving all the way from *** to LA to get the part, which saved me time and money. Everything went great! Thanks ***!

This company is not good to work for. It takes weeks to get approved and the app is very bad. It's hard to get jobs because most of them are already taken. The help is not good, they only give standard answers and refuse to admit that their app is flawed. The pay is per hour you are driving a shipment in your vehicle, but they don't count drive time to and from the job. So the pay is not even close to what they say. If a job takes longer than expected, you only start making more money once the time slotted is doubled. I was given a false address for the destination, which caused huge delays and a lot of gas. I only made $28 for 5 hours of my day. If you turn down a job after accepting it, they charge your credit card a penalty. Pay is not issued within 24 hours, it takes nearly 4 days to send out and an additional 5 days to clear my bank. They ban anyone who leaves a negative review, instead of trying to fix the problem. They show little concern for drivers and only care about the customer's views.

I asked for help and was told to wait for an email in a few days. When I asked if they felt they had helped me, I was suspended without any explanation. I don't understand what I did wrong. This company gave me a quote based on pictures I took prior to my move. I added 5 boxes but the van they brought could not accommodate the extra cargo so it was left behind by the driver. I had to hire another movers for an additional $250 to move the rest of my belongings. They also worked very slowly and had no moving experience as it took them 2 hours extra to move 2 pieces of furniture out of a 1 bedroom. They are overcharging me. These guys are not professional movers. They are amateurs. Their ratings are horrific and I am not the first person to complain about the exact same experience. They are swindlers and con artists.

But then, on 11/05, I saw that GoShare charged me another $118.84 on my Capitol One credit card ending in ***. I paid for both moves with my Chase account, card ending in ***. The total cost of the moves was $310.09, but GoShare charged me $428.77 ($310.09 on my Chase Checking debit card ending in ***, and $118.68 on my Capitol One credit card ending in ***). I tried to talk to GoShare about this, but they keep saying that the $118.68 was just a hold that will go away in 2-3 business days from 11/03. But it hasn't gone away yet, even though I told them that both Chase and Capitol One confirmed that the charges went through. I have some papers that show that I'm right.

I used GoShare to deliver a matress. The quote I got was $118.11 for up to 64 minutes. Anything after 64 minutes would be charged as overtime. My delivery was done in under 60 minutes so I was shocked when I saw that I received a final bill for $134.42 for 72 minutes of work. I sent the team an email asking why I had been charged for 72 minutes of work when the movers were out of my house in under 60 minutes. GoShare asked for proof that the movers were out of my house in under 60 minutes. I gladly responded with information from my Ring doorbell. Per the information on my Ring doorbell the movers were out of my house in 58 minutes (original quote for $118.11 was for up to 64 minutes). I received an email back from the GoShare team saying "the timeline you provided with the doorbell sensor does match when the delivery was completed." They offered to give me a $10 discount for the discrepancy. I replied that I wanted $16.31 refunded to my card as that was the difference in what I was quoted and what I was billed. They then responded that I asked the movers to move additional furniture in the home and that that is why there was an additional charge. I responded to the GoShare team and advised that I did not ask for furniture to be moved and additionally that there was no furniture in the room to be moved as the room is empty aside from the bedframe. The movers didn't even have to open the door as I had it propped for them! When I responded to GoShare and let them know that I did not ask the movers to move any additional furniture and asked if they had proof one of the mangers responded and simply said that I did ask the movers to do additional work and that they would not be making any adjustments to this project. This is an absolute scam of a company. I have zero protection as a customer from their price inflation and gauging.

GoShare messed up our hardwood floors real bad on 8/17 when they moved our couch into our crib. We told them about it on the same day. I've been answering all their questions since then. I gave them pics of the damage and pics of our floor before the move to show that it wasn't scratched before. I also gave them the 3 repair estimates they asked for. On 1/13 they offered to pay us $1,000 to settle the claim. Here's what they said in the email: "GoShare would like to offer a settlement on this claim in the amount of $1,000." The cheapest estimate we got from contractors was $8,971. On 1/14 I told them that $1,000 wasn't enough to fix the damage they caused. I said that the whole floor needed to be replaced and asked for their liability insurance info. They said upper management was looking into it and asked for more time. On 2/5 I asked for proof that they have liability insurance like they say on their website. They said they're not gonna pay us and today (2/6) I tried to log into my account and it's gone.

At 5:30pm, he and another guy (***) came to get my new couch and patio set from Value City. The driver had his wife and dogs in the truck, which was weird. They put my stuff in the truck and we left. When we got to my new place at 6:20pm, the driver and his wife couldn't get on the Army base. I don't know why. The other guy could, but he had a small truck. The driver said he would leave my stuff on the side of the road and let the other guy finish. I said no. The other guy had to make five trips in his small truck to get everything. My couch cushions are dirty now. I had to fix a recliner that broke during the move. And they charged me extra for taking too long, even though it wasn't my fault. The other guy (***) was nice and did all the work. He should get paid more than the driver. The driver didn't care about my stuff once he knew he couldn't deliver it. And the customer service people were mean to me on the phone. They said it wasn't the driver's fault, but it was. I want my money back for the damage and the extra fees. I won't use this service again.

I'm writing 'cause I've tried to get in touch with GOSHARE a bunch of times and they ain't responding. They said they closed my case without even looking into it. I hired two dudes to move a table and chairs from Williamsburg to Bushwick and they messed up the table during the move. I paid through GOSHARE and I reached out to them right after the delivery. I sent a bunch of emails and pictures, even a written statement from someone who saw the table was in good shape when they picked it up. But GOSHARE ain't said nothing back to me. I just want a refund for the service since they broke my table and my husband and I were there when it happened. There's another witness too who can say the table was fine before they moved it. The project number is 136156. The table was made of marble and had two parts, the frame and the top. The dudes moved it in one piece without using the dolly I paid for and that's when it got messed up. Two legs are totally broken and the inside wood is busted. My husband and I saw it all happen and the dudes didn't handle the table right. I need at least a refund for the service so I can pay someone to fix it. The table cost $1,995.00.
