This company has apparently been tasked with providing shipping services to Saks.On 11/14 - I placed an order with Saks with 2-day ShopRunner shipping.My order was dispatched on 11/19 and I received the shipping email and tracking.The truck arrived in my city on 11/22 - and the shipment has been "delayed" since then (it is now 12/13). Every day the shipping estimate changes by another day, as of today it is supposed to be delivered by 12/17, but that could change tomorrow when I check.This is certainly not meeting the 2-day shipping expectations I selected, and X Delivery is unresponsive to queries on what is going on. At this point, I will not purchase anything from a company that uses X Shipping.

X Delivery really is horrible. Tracking is completely useless because it keeps pushing estimated delivery back by one business day everyday. My package has been sitting in a local distribution site (same zip code as destination) for the past 4 days so far, now is pushed back yet again to Monday June 27th (today is 24th). How are people supposed to make sure someone is home to sign for the packages if there isn't an accurate estimation? Everyone has to work and this is an extreme inconvenience to people like me who aren't allowed to have packages delivered to workplace and can't take several days off work to wait for a package which may or may not get delivered on any given day. To make it worse, I see that they lie about delivery attempts reading many reviews.

HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS? THERE IS NO WAY I WILL ORDER FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USES X DELIVERY! I was waiting to receive a package that required a signature so i was up waiting at 7AM. According to that note on there was site they were here just before 10AM. I was sitting 5 feet from the door all morning, no one ever knocked at my door. my front door was even open. i would have seen them pull into my drive way. on top of this poor customer service the package is 10 days late.

They have had my package for 5 weeks, 2 weeks sitting at the facility 3 miles from my house. When utilizing the Deliveries tracking system, it states "Out for Delivery", it has been in that status for 1 week now and nobody can tell me when my package will be delivered. I keep getting the same emails stating to use the tracking number provided and they are very sorry. I understand some shipments get delayed but I've used this company 5 times and it's always the same issue. For sure this will be the last time using them but this is hurting my business since I'm out of stock of the items they are delivering and special items my customer's ordered.

My package was supposed to be delivered on March 16th and I have not received it yet and the date keeps getting pushed further and further back. No, it was not delivered and no, it was not sent back to the sender. I was informed it was lost by your partner AXEL HIRE who stated they haven't received it and I told them that it's at a facility in an undisclosed location. Find my package! This is the second issue I've had with this delivery company. I wish the place I ordered from would use a different delivery service; I always got my packages with no issues when they did.
So I ordered some vape stuff and it has been sitting in the facility since Thursday the 12th. This facility is literally 10 minutes from my house. It is now the 16th. It said the delivery day was today and now all of a sudden it has been changed to tomorrow. I understand places are short but come on. There needs to be a pickup option because I could easily come get it and be done with it.
I ordered a package may 9,2022 from element vape. X-delivery said in may 13,2022 it arrived at a local processing facility and would be delivered next day. Needless to say its May 18,2022 and still no delivery! They keep pushing date back every day. Plus the local processing facility is in the same area as the delivery address. Element vape has lost a customer. I will never order from anyone who has this delivery service ever. Plus no way to contact them. So upset and disappointed.

The site I ordered from offers no real responses. The site recommends waiting 20 business days after label creation to file a complaint, which I did, and still only receive automated responses. (To a certain point I understand once they ship its out of their hands and now the shipping companies responsibility) The tracking info shows its been in my city since the last scan. I've been unsuccessful in even finding out if there is a location here that I can go and pick up the package from myself. NEVER again will I order through anywhere that uses xdelivery! Huge waste of $130 that I'll likely never get back!

Pretty sure this whole business is a giant scam. Been waiting on my package for 20 days now. Every day the delivery date changes to the next day. Do not order from Element Vape or anyone that uses Xdelivery! Look at reviews and Reddit. I still havent received my order and the worst tracking system I've ever seen. They wont even give me a refund. So I'm out of $120 & wish i could find an address to this place. All the good reviews for this company are clearly fake.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company has to be some sort of scam. They hold packages indefinitely. They have had my package for 21 days now with no tracking update. It has been in the same place for 21 days. Everyday they add another day to your delivery date and it never arrives. When you email them they answer with a generic response that there has been routing issues. This company needs to be investigated and should not be in business. I feel bad for the vape companies that are forced to use them due to stupid laws. Xdelivery knows companies have to use them so they take advantage of the companies and the consumers. They are absolute crooks.
Horrible company my package has said out for delivery got a response from them saying that I should have it in a couple of days . How am I supposed to sign for something if I dont know when it's supposed to come this is not a reliable company and do not order from element vape cause even though its not thier fault its still who they use and it is horrible. I could literally drive to the distribution center, pick up the package, and be back home within less than 30 minutes. The company's website ONLY allows you to contact them by filling out a form. No phone number, no email address, NOTHING! You THINK you might get to talk to someone via CHAT on their website. However, it is a BOT that will not let you ask any questions if you are a customer receiving a package. This is the most HORRIBLE shipping company that doesn't give a [censored] about customers. If I was able to, I would give this company a ZERO star review, AND rate them with a Z. Z for ZERO F's GIVEN BY THIS COMPANY!

I order from Element Vape and E juice direct on November 4 and still have not received my packages. The first week everything was moving and than everything stopped. Finally after two weeks movement started for the *** package that made it to *** two weeks ago and has still not been delivered as of today. The package from *** is still in Ohio and has been for three weeks and has not moved. Not sure how a *** package made it to *** before the *** package did because MD is much closer to *** than ***. After $250 + spent and five weeks going on six I'm not sure they can handle shipping to customers. I could have taken a road trip to *** and back twice and to *** four times and back in the time this has taken. Track # XLX019000N23Q01KY AND #XLX01Z000N13PHNSC is still at a stand still and I have no idea why.

I unfortunately had a package being sent to me via X Delivery and it was horrific. They said they were delayed and never updated it until several days later stating that they had tried to deliver the package but I was home as I work from home and no one came to our door. I sent the seller a message and they said they would reach out to them and I also did as well and neither of us heard back from them again. They stated they attempted to deliver the package one more time and no one answered the door. I was sitting on my couch which is right next to my door the entire day they said that they were supposedly delivering the package and no one actually came except our post man. I reached out numerous times to them to no avail and it was incredibly frustrating. They ended up sending the package back and now I have to wait for the seller to resend the package a different way so that I can hopefully receive what I paid for.

This business runs more as a 24/7 customer service call center than they are a delivery shipper. This company seems like they model uberdelivery as far as a deliveres role. If no one wants to pick up the paclage in its many destinations, it will simply sit there. The tracking is completely fake and has never, for anyone been accurate. No one can be home to provide identification to receive package if theres deficit of 0 tracking and constantly pushed bacl delivery dates. Every single shipment took over 21 days since initial departure. They frequently state they attempted delivery but had never came by those days (I work from home in opened up front living room). It's the defiance, to take action with improving their system after all this time, for me. People, dont blame your vape vendor, they have to use this shipping company.

This is an awful company. I ordered some items from *** on May 13, 2022.Here I am June 4, 2022, after 2 alleged "attempted deliveries" (which is BS because I was home all day long both days), and 4 emails repeatedly giving them detailed instructions, including my phone number in case they had some issues along the way, I still have not gotten my package.All I ever get is the same BS reply of "we are reaching out to our partner carrier with your instructions and an update"...still NOTHING, not even an update from them. Do you use local children on bicycles as your "partner carriers"?How is it, companies can ship stuff to and from anywhere in the states in less than 4 days at the most, and this god-awful company has taken over 3 weeks now? How are they still in business and why would any retailer choose this garbage for their customers?Needless to say, I will never order anything from this company again if this is the shipping company they choose to use.

Xdelivery has been holding my package in my hometown of *** 4 days now. They keep changing the delivery day and have held my package at previous stops along the route. I have contacted them but to no avail as they will not respond. A package that should have only taken at most 8 days, has now take 16 days because Xdelivery has held it and will not attempt delivery. I spent a lot of money on this package and by them holding my package its illegal. There is no contact number to talk to someone at Xdelivery about this, and they don't respond to my request that I fill out on their website. My tracking number is XLX019000N63SW46X and I expect to get my package or I will file a formal complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. This is not right to hold someone's package like this. I dont want to hear that you are unable to deliver it, as I live in a condo building and you will need a gate code to get it. If someone from Xdelivery can reach out to me I will provide them with the gate code to get in so we can assure this package gets delivered.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered coils for my vaporizer from Element Vape. After only 1! attempt for delivery my package was returned to the seller. I got no contact info from the driver or anyone on how to schedule another delivery attempt or even an address go to so I could pick it up myself. I would be better driving across the country myself than using this service. I have never seen a company that doesnt even have a Phone number to contact them with customer support! Every response is nothing more than an automated response. If anyone from this company reads this I suggest you check Reddit because I am FAR from the only one that has had serious issues with getting my package. That being said I will never again give my money to companies the use Xdelivery as their carrier until serious changes are made. Just as a suggestion, leaving a note with a number and address to schedule a pickup or another delivery attempt like EVERY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY DOES would be a great start! Every day I check tracking and it says it will be delivered tomorrow. I've sent X Delivery a request for info or a place I can pick it up and they have never replied. I'd LOVE to go pick up my package if it is really in my town but there is no info on where or how to do so. The 2nd package that is missing has tracking # XLX00M000NT4DFN8B. This package from a different vendor has been sitting in a city that is 30 minutes away from me, since December 8. Since then, tracking keeps updating saying package delayed. With what has happened with my first package, I can only imagine what mess this second delivery (lack there of) will consist of. I'm absolutely disgusted. X Delivery clearly should not be accepting packages at this time, as they clearly are having a serious staffing or theft problem.

My fiance and I are leaving home on Dec 17th to head to *** from ***. Originally was told Dec 9th my order would be here but no updates since the label was created on Dec 4th. Now it keeps getting pushed back everyday with no updates or movement with the tracking at all besides the label was created. For 10 days and counting its been sitting in *** according to the site. I am frustrated because I can't contact FN or X delivery and I've never even seen anyone use this service before. It's really unfortunate because these were for Christmas and I thought they'd make it before I left town. Now I don't even know if it's still coming and I spent a lot of money and don't have time to get more gifts. I've submitted a request to xdelivery.ai/support and haven't heard back. This is absolutely terrible customer service and a horrible way to treat consumers during the holidays. Terrible experience overall. I ordered multiple items from elemental vape and they used x delivery. The customer service I recieved was abysmal, and the package tracking was essentially nonexistent. X delivery couldnt even tell me where my package was when I asked. There tracker kept showing my package going back and forth from CA to UT, I live in VA. From the start my estimated delivery date kept getting pushed back. My package required a signature and an adult to recieve it, I dont know how they expect people to have someone of age at home to sign when they cannot get a reliable date of delivery. For about the past 4 days I have made sure someone would be home the next day to recieve it and every morning the delivery date gets pushed back another day. Today I check there website and it says my package went out for delivery and was delivered simultaneously at about 2:00 only thing is that was nonsense. No one had been to my house to have me sign and there is no package at my door or in my mailbox. Thankfully I was forced to buy package insurance from a 3rd party when I placed my order so I dont have to deal with these jaggofs any more, as I'm sure resolving this issue through x delivery would be next to impossible. The first week the package was moving normally until it arrived at ***, *** on 11/10 at 6:00 EST. Two hours later my package was scanned again in *** on 11/10 at 8:00 EST! Since then, my package is not moving. Their tracking system keeps pushing the estimated delivery day to the next business day. Today is 11/17 and my package is still sitting in *** with a new estimated delivery day of 11/22. I have been a loyal customer of Saks for the past year, with all my previous orders arriving without issue. This would have been my fifth order, but this time, Saks opted for a new delivery service, X Dedeliver. Concerned about the security of my package, I sent the carrier three emails requesting that they require a signature upon delivery, but my request was ignored. When I later checked the tracking information, it indicated that my package had been delivered. I reached out to the company for confirmation, and they responded with a photo as proof of delivery. To my dismay, they had left the package exposed to the elements and potential theft, despite the fact that I had intentionally left my wooden gate open for them to place the package safely inside. There was no knock or doorbell ring to alert me of the delivery, which I found to be a clear sign of negligence. In frustration, I contacted the company again, questioning the delivery person's apparent disregard for a simple doorbell ring or the extra effort it would have taken to secure the package behind the gate. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer and questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
X Delivery failed to deliver my package. They make it extremely difficult to get in touch with them for assistance. Fortunately, I managed to find an email address and contacted them. They responded a few days later, informing me that they do not directly deliver the packages themselves. Instead, they employ third-party couriers for the deliveries and would need to inquire further to investigate the issue.
They contacted me again today, claiming they had delivered the package and provided a photo of a parcel locker that does not resemble the parcel locker at my apartment complex. My records also confirm that I have never received a package at this location. Given that they have provided conflicting information about the delivery addresses and are now falsely claiming to have delivered the package, I have lost trust in this company. It appears they do not handle deliveries themselves but rather act as intermediaries, outsourcing the delivery to individuals using their personal vehicles. This operation does not resemble a legitimate delivery service; it seems more like a fraudulent scheme exploiting legal loopholes. They fail to deliver your package and then fabricate delivery evidence.
I had the exact same experience buying from MNML. They decided to use this cheap delivery service. They provide confusing info and then it showed it was delivered to two different zip codes. I work from home and no one came and knocked on my door, left anything in my mailbox, or at the leasing office. So I tried to reach out to X Delivery but they make it close to impossible to get in contact with them. Then days later they responded with a picture of mailboxes that arent even on my property. The leasing office has never even heard of you or seen any of your trucks. This company is lying about delivering the package and has stolen my items. They could care less about the customer or helping me retrieve the package or get a refund. They offered no solutions other than check with my neighbors. I know for a fact this package was never delivered based on the picture they sent me. The mailboxes at my apartment look completely different. Why would you accept this is a good evidence? This has to be the laziest shipping investigation ever. No other mail carrier has had an issue but X Delivery. This company needs to be shut down.
I placed an order with MNML. I received an email notification a 3:04 am that my order was delivered on 11/10/22. The tracking number I have is XLX0360010H854TVJ. First of all, I did not receive any package. Secondly, I do not know of any delivery that takes place that time of day. I have emailed the company multiple times, and have not received a response. I have attempted to contact X Delivery and have yet to receive a response. I need someone to be accountable for this lost package.

It sat "processing" based on their tracking information with a delivery date that CONSTANTLY CHANGED to the next day. So on 12/3 it said it would be delivered on 12/4. On 12/4 it changed to 12/5 and so on and so on until today. Last night tracking stated that it would be delivered tomorrow 1/7/2022. This morning the tracking changed to say that it had been delivered on 12/18 No POD. No. Proof. Of. Delivery. When DirectVapor *REQUIRESa signature on delivery. I emailed X Delivery before the 18th and was told it was processing. How is this company going to backtrack that deliver to the 18th?! How is that ethical? It's not! Now I'm going between DirectVapor and X Delivery over an order that's 92 dollars. I have lost my money and the items that should have been delivered. This "tech based" shipping company is a joke. Look at all the complaints. And what *** most is that people ordering items from reliable businesses don't get a choice if they use this shipping company. I have waited all day for my delivery (Tracking # XLX032000Y87T0TAR), and as of 5:00 pm local time, I have yet to receive any package and there has not been any delivery attempts. The package was 'out for delivery' at 9:42 am local time.

The package arrived in *** on 11/9 and has been stuck there until the present date of 11/17. The destination is *** which is about 300 miles due south of *** in almost a straight line. The elapsed time since departing *** has been 21 days. Every day a couple of days are added to the estimated delivery date. The first delivery date was 11/11. As of now it is 11/22. I could not find a phone number for X delivery but was able to send them an email. It has been a few of days since I sent them the email. I have not heard anything back from them so far. I have been more than patient. I purchase a lot of products on the internet and have been for years but I have never had shipping take as long as it has with X Delivery. I have been very patient. I would be perfectly happy if my package would just arrive at the destination in a reasonable amount of time. 21 days is just ridiculous and their estimated delivery date is 5 days from now and still counting. I could drive the distance between *** and *** myself in about 4 hours. At this point if I had to grade X Delivery I would have to give them an F. The May 25th order was shipped on May 26th and now the status reads 'Package not tendered to carrier', with the delivery date being postponed repeatedly. I reached out to Blu, but they could only tell me that they are monitoring the situation. X Delivery insists they never received the package, yet Blu affirms it was handed over to them. The shipment originated from a location just an 8-hour drive from my address. With a vacation planned for the end of July, I need this package soon. There's no time to seek a refund, place a new order, and endure another lengthy delivery period. The lack of responsibility from this company is appalling. I am prepared to drive halfway, 4 hours south, to rendezvous with a delivery person who would drive 4 hours north, just to retrieve my package. X Delivery received my package at their final location (about 20 minutes from my home) on 1/5/22. Today is 2/4/22 and I have yet to see my package. The eta of the package continued to push back daily. I contacted customer service multiple times, and got every single excuse in the book. Seriously-every possible excuse you can imagine. Lack of staff, scanning error, tracking number error, holiday (what holiday?) causing massive orders, weather, computer malfunctionsthe list just goes on.During this time, ejuices stopped using X Delivery for their delivery carrier. Now, really since the Pandemic and changes to the laws, BLU not only increased their prices for shipping, but they began using X Delivery which is completely unreliable as a commercial shipping option. I place BLU orders almost twice monthly, and I've waited several months to file this complaint in the hopes that the quality of service would get better, but it hasn't. We're lucky if we receive our online order in 2 to 3 weeks. I've even had to wait 1.5 months for a certain orders. Additionally, your order will sit in the midwest for weeks, before being shipped to ***, ***. My most recent shipment was just shipped from *** to ***, ***. I live in ***, near ***. Why would my order be shipped to *** when it was already in ***, where I live? I just honestly wish BLU would work with a different, more reliable shipping company because we pay too much money for their products to have to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. The automatic response is always "Pandemic", or "labor shortage", but the other vendors that I patronize are able to deliver those products in a "reasonable" timeframe, with few exceptions. Put in an order on Nov. 26th at ElementVape, I chose the 1-4 days delivery that cost me extra. Received a tracking number the following day which said my package left ***, *** in the 26th at 7:58pm, and that I would receive my package on Dec. 1st; *** is 2 hours away from me. Checked the tracking page on Monday and there was still no update. Which I thought, weird because if the truck left on Friday the 26th then it should have already at least got closer to me by Monday, or at least arrive to another facility and scanned for an update. Checked the delivery date and it was now changed to Dec. 5th. Yesterday, Wednesday Dec. 1st, the delivery date changed to Dec. 6th. Now one day later it changed to Dec. 7. I emailed the company as they have no customer support telephone number and have not received a response. I understand they must be having a difficult time with the new vape *** ban, but as a company that promises to deliver packages on a timely manner you at least owe us an explanation, and I dont mean the runaround putting the blame on the new *** policy. It is your responsibility to keep your promise for the service we paid for, and if you took on too many deliveries than what your current staff can handle that is your responsibility. I paid for a service that said my item would get shipped to me in 1-4 days and it is now Dec. 2nd and still no package or information about the whereabouts of my items.

I ordered a vape product on April 2, 2022. This item shipped on April 4th and arrived at a local facility on April 8th. This item requires an adult signature so I have been keeping track on their website of the delivery date so that I can get the day off from work to sign for the package. Every day the delivery date gets pushed further and further out. I have contacted them multiple times and I keep getting the same excuses that everyone else who files a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com gets. We are sorry you are having problems with the tracking, we are short staffed, there was an error in your package being processed. My package sat in *** (18 miles from my house) from the 8th until the 18th where it finally said it was transferred to *** (the city I reside) and would be delivered on the 19th. I took today off of work to sign for the package and SURPRISE! The delivery date changed AGAIN. I cannot take another day off of work this week to wait for a package that *** or *** not be delivered. It is impossible to try and be home to sign for a package when no one knows WHEN or even IF the package will be delivered.It is absolutely ridiculous to think that you can order something and get the run around from a supposed delivery company for days upon days with no end in sight.I will NEVER order from a company that uses this delivery company again. I made a purchase through Built.com. They apparently used this service provider for delivery. To make a long story short, we had multiple emails back and forth trying to figure out why my package keeps getting delayed. It was supposed to go from *** to ***. Initial delivery date was 3/2. Then delayed to 3/3. Delayed again until 3/4. This entire time the pack was not moving from *** per tracking info. It now got delayed again until 3/7. And to make matters worse, it was sent out to Michigan, as can be seen by the included screenshot. I've been trying since the first delay to sort out what the status is of my package. When the company would reply it was in generalities and "apologies" saying thanks for my patience. Well this doesn't solve the problem. I still can't get them to set a definitive date of delivery. I've contacted the shipper and the seller at this point. The consistent failure of this company to do the one job they say they do will either result in the package never being delivered as it tours the country or one day getting delivered when I'm not at home, leaving it open to the elements for days on end, or more likely getting stolen. I've explain this to them via email, and its basically the same cookie-cutter response just worded differently every time.I'm seeking a reasonable delivery of my package, not nearly a week late from when they initially were supposed to deliver it. Otherwise I'll be seeking a refund from either the shipper or the seller at this point. I have not been able to set up a redelivery date with the local courier so I would be able to be home to sign for the package (it's signature required) because they have ignored my emails. The 1st delivery attempt was on 6/25 and the tracking didn't even update until the failed delivery attempt occurred. The tracking said 6/27 as the estimated date that same morning. Tracking is useless because it automatically pushes the estimated delivery date to the next business day everyday. As I said in my review, how is anyone supposed to make sure someone is home to sign for the packages if there isn't an accurate estimate? I have sent the local courier 2 emails. Email is the only way to contact them according to the missed delivery notice. 1st email requesting redelivery being on 6/27 or 6/28. I took off work to wait those 2 days and they didn't redeliver. The 2nd email I sent on 6/28 evening requesting redelivery on 7/2 (which is today) - it's almost 2:40pm and I'm still waiting. Both of those emails were ignored. They only make 2 delivery attempts before sending the packages back to the merchant. Of course I do not want the package to be returned to merchant - I want to receive my package! I have been waiting for this package for 3 weeks total now since it was first shipped. This is a totally unacceptable way of running a shipping/courier business - unresponsive to recipient trying to work out a date for delivery/redelivery and not delivering/redelivering the packages on those dates. A previous local courier X Delivery had in my area was much better. They actually responded to my email right away asking to redeliver on a certain date and they did exactly that.

The item went from ***, to ***, then to XDelivery warehouse in ***, *** which is about 25 mins from the delivery address and unfortunately that is where everything went wrong. It arrived 11/19 with a delivery date of 11/21. Well every day since then, the delivery date has been pushed back at LEAST one day every day and now states eta is 12/1(havent checked in about 12 hours so could actually be longer). Ive submitted request/complaint but always get a pre-written response that does not specifically address my issue, or generally addresses an issue that does not fit with my complaint. Ive heard that they are overwhelmed with volume, that they cannot scan packages digitally so they scan by hand and had 75 packages(which doesnt seem like much for a company that their business IS scanning and delivering parcels) but they have delivered ***% of those and are working on the rest(which was 2 days ago so calculating it means they only had 10 left undelivered), then was told that I wasnt home so they would try 3 times then return to sender(someone selected the wrong pre-written response since my issue is that it hasnt delivered), and finally I was told I am unable to pick up package myself since I pleaded that if they couldnt deliver in a timely manner to just let me pick up. I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of service Ive received and will do everything I can to never purchase something that is reliant on XDelivery to get the product into my hands. All I want is what I keep asking for, and it is not something so far fetched to ask of a company with DELIVERY in there namewhich is to get me my darn package. Once I actually receive it I will work with the seller to receive one heck of a refund.

On the morning of Wednesday, January 19, I placed an order from Saks Fifth Avenue which cost a total of $236.49. On Wednesday, January 26 at 10:47am PT, I received an email from Saks saying that my package had been delivered. I checked the mailroom around 5:30pm that day and it wasn't there. I checked the Narvar tracking link, which said that the package had been delivered at 10:26am to a neighboring city. I then clicked on the tracking number (XLX032000QE5V70GV), which took me to the X Delivery website, which also stated that my package had been delivered at 10:26am to the same neighboring city. In the following days, I repeatedly checked the mailroom, asked the leasing office, checked the other mailrooms in my apartment complex, and asked the leasing offices of nearby apartment complexes. The package was nowhere to be found. I messaged X Delivery through their website on January 26 to explain the situation. They responded that my parcel was "marked delivered on 01/26/2022 at 10:26 am, left at mail room," and this time with the correct city name. I emailed back because that didn't resolve anything, so they responded again saying that they "reached out to the delivery carrier regarding this delivery and they have responded that in their records indicate that the driver was at the appropriate location at the time of the delivery." They attached a hard copy of the delivery confirmation for Tracking # D10012939064092. I emailed back asking for photo evidence of the delivered package, which they did not provide. I have also contacted Saks Fifth Avenue's customer service three times and was told that they're still conducting their internal investigation. The third time I called, I was told the package was delivered at 11:26am, not 10:26am, which is a conflicting report I found to be suspicious. I'm looking for the package to be finally delivered or to be given a full refund.

Purchased from an online retailer that uses XDelivery. Package arrived at local center April 4, 2022. Said out for delivery on April 7. No delivery was attempted. Reached out via online form since company has absolutely no way to contact them by phone. According to rep, they would reach out to their "regional deliverer". That was Friday April 8. No further info until I followed up. I was told that they were still awaiting an update from their regional deliverer. The entire time, up to April 12, the status on the tracking system showed out for delivery from April 7. Because the package needs to be signed for by someone over 21 I adjusted my work schedule and remained at home from April 7-April 11. Without any notice, delivery was attempted on April 12, a day I could not be home. Delivery driver told my daughter they would be back the next day the 13th. I adjusted my schedule yet again and no delivery. It said it was out for delivery, but they never showed. Here we are on the 14th and they have still not delivered and can't tell me when they expect to. I am essentially held captive because I have absolutely no idea what day they are coming and I can't even get a straight answer from their corporate office. Unfortunately, I also have a 2nd package that I ordered before this fiasco and it says it will be due next week.-Customer service provides no service, just a we will check and get back to you. -Company shrouded on secrecy with no phone numbers and no transparency around hours of operation.-Tracking system doesn't track anything since they clearly don't pay attention and it is not accurate. -Packages in their possession for upwards of 2 weeks with no delivery.-Complete lack of communication and being held prisoner waiting and waiting and waiting. -What really *** is that if I want this package this week, I will need to miss a family function scheduled for tomorrow, the 15th so I can just sit around hoping that they deliver or have the courtesy to call.
