Worst delivery - or lack of delivery that I have experienced deserves a negative rating - like most others on here. I have had to spend a huge amount of time trying to get a delivery scheduled- Almost a month now with a delivery Supposed to happen. Feels like a scam. If you call one number it transfers to an attendant to then just disconnect. The other number transfers to a voice mail box that is Full. Full of complaints I a sure. This company has no business being in Business. I would go pick up my treadmill form the warehouse if Only I could get someone to actually answer a call so I could arrange that. Worst service (lack of Service ever)

Wish i would of read all these negative reviews before ordering my equipment. Took over 45 days to finally get a delivery date on jan 17th. ***, the delivery driver shows up,gets out of his vehicle, doesnt knock,doesnt ring doorbell,didnt call, nothing..., he than gets back in his vehicle and leaves! I called allegro right away to see whats goin on, but they had no way to get ahold of him,said they have to email their manager. Seriouslly no way to get ahold of their drivers! Bad business if you ask me. Ive been calling every few days, same answer, we will get back to you. I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED ANYTHING IN MY LIFE, HOW IRRITATING!. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
I have some same issues with Allegro and Nordic Track. I ordered a treadmill on Dec 7th. Supposedly Allegro received it on Dec 21st. I had repeated calls with Allegro where I was told, they had it but no slots available, they didn't have it, and getting hung up on. I then called Nordic trac and was on hold for over an hour. They said they would escalate it. I then called Allegro again and they admitted they had the treadmill but no slots available. I asked to speak to a manager. They said there were no managers and they would forward my call to their *** at which time they hung up on me. I then called Nordic Track again and after being on hold for an hour and 17 minutes, someone answered, then hung up. I've now disputed the charge on my credit card and hope to get my money back. Don't do business with either one of these companies. They are crooks.
Please give me a way to leave negative stars. The most incompetent company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered warranty replacement of NordicTrack in October. Allegro spent two months sending emails to sellers no reply email address to schedule delivery. Why? Because they're idiots with no process improvement capability. When we finally figured that out for them I had the joy of dealing with the [censored]s in their service center. Two weeks since the original delivery date, no treadmill, different stories, dates, stupidity, etc... from each *** the company you're buying from uses Allegro go to their competitor who doesn't. Call NordicTrack, get prices, and then don't buy from and when they ask why tell them because they use Allegro.
I have had the same experience as all others below. Order from NT on 12/5 and Allegro has allegedly had my bike since 12/23. I am now on my 3rd failed delivery time(3 separate 11 hour windows) and continue to get the run around from both NT and Allgegro now. I have 19 documented phone calls and counting at this time...0 stars
We placed an order through NordicTrack for a treadmill on 07Dec2021. It was immediately shipped and is in my town sitting with Allegro since 20Dec2021. We filed multiple complaints with both NordicTrack and Allegro and they then set up a delivery mid- January (nearly a month of it sitting in a warehouse somewhere). They then no called/no showed on the delivery date/time. Now they won't let us speak to anyone and keep telling us that "an email has been sent to the complaint department" and that they will be in touch in *** hours. We've since received permission from NordicTrack to pick up our own treadmill from their warehouse but not a soul will tell us where the treadmill is or how to pick it up but to "wait for a call." The gross mismanagement of very expensive items to consumers is appalling and the lack of professionalism in addressing this situation expeditiously speaks volumes to the Allegro way of business. This is my first experience working with Allegro Home Delivery and I will go out of my way to never order a product that uses their shipping services again. We are also filing a formal complaint with NordicTrack so they are aware of the sub par customer service *** has come to be known for based on these other negative reviews.

I could go pick it up but their warehouse wont let me. Worst company ever. They give you the runaround every time just to get you off the phone. These people are absolutely Horrible! They do not give their customer service representatives any information to help. I will never buy another NordicTrack product if they use these people for delivery. I ordered my product on 12/8. It was finally supposed to be delivered today 1/17/22. No one called no one showed up. I've called twice and can't get any information. I'm about to try to cancel the order with NordicTrack. This is absolutely ridiculous!
NordicTrack you have lost my business forever because of Allegro. Scheduled my delivery 3 times and still can't get my bike delivered. Cancelling my order as I type this. NordicTrack even authorized me to go and pick up my bike and the 3rd party that Allegro uses here in *** won't let me pick it up.
1/18/2022 I will never buy another product that goes through this company.! No communication, No dates or times to schedule delivery, no calls before delivering. I even spoke with *** the "Vice President *** and the delivery was still screwed up. Could not speak to anyone at the local Delivery hub in *** to either schedule delivery or go and pick up. Horrible customer service and Horrible communication! Go through someone reliable like Amazon!

By far the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a piece of equipment that has been sitting in their warehouse since 11/15. After numerous repeated phone calls, I finally was able to speak to one of their representatives today. I was told that because I live 200 miles from their depot, that my order would have to wait because they were too busy in their immediate area (***). The rep refused to put me through to a manager and offered NO timeline as to when or if they are going to ship my machine. If ever given another opportunity to do business with Allegro, under NO circumstance would I ever deal with them again. Horrible customer service and unapologetic.
Absolute worst experience with a company I've ever dealt with. I'm actually speechless. Still haven't received my treadmill after 2 months, no contact...nothing! I basically lost $1799.00. I'm filling a dispute with my credit card company. I just can't believe norditrac partners with such a horrible company.
I have a package that is stuck 45 minutes from my house since 9/23. I have contacted both the seller and this delivery serves to schedule a delivery and set up date. No one has been able to help set up the date. I have call 5 times and every single call they tell me someone will call me back within 2 to 3 days. No one calls back. Companies that are using this third party delivery should think twice because if this continues this delivery serve will bring down your reputation and cause costumers to look else where for similar products.
Absolutely the worst company ever! I can not believe these people are still in business! phone call after phone call and still nothing! Long hold times and nothing gets resolved! Ordered an elliptical from Nordictrack in early December . It didn't arrive when it was supposed to. Allegro didn't even know where the warehouse is at. They told me to contact Nordictrack. A complete circle jerk.

They outsource their customer service, so there is zero communication between the people you talk to on the phone vs the people who actually work there. And if they tell you they are going to "escalate" your order, just know that means NOTHING. I was told my order would be "escalated" on 4 different occasions and still never received a call from ANYONE there. I waited weeks for a treadmill to be delivered. Could never even get a scheduled delivery date. Once I FINALLY did, I took the day off work and waited... and waited... and waited. No call, no show. After that, I canceled my order. Insane that they are even still in business with such awful customer service.
Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience. I was given 2 choices of a delivery date. January 4th or 8th. Both well past the promised before Christmas delivery. Its in a warehouse about an hour and a half away. I attempted to schedule one of those and both were unavailable. No answer to phone calls. Voicemail boxes are full. A few days later, I checked the link again. Had another option on it. It too was unavailable. So far, 4 choices have been given for delivery. None of the 4 have been available when I attempted to schedule. Ive tried the chat and get an automated reply every day that we will reach out to you soon. Ive emailed several times with either the same or no reply. I tried to cancel my order and was told by Nordic track that it would be a *** restock fee. Im at a loss. Still not resolved as of 12/17

I ordered a treadmill on Nov 29. Today is Jan 23rd and I have yet to receive it. I was told it would arrive on Jan 6 and Jan 15. No one showed up on either day. I have called a dozen times, sent a million emails, called Nordic (thats like waiting to speak to an airline company- on hold two hours-no results), contacted IFIT to help-no results. I am flabbergasted that this company is still in business! I have never experienced anything like this. As I type this, I am still without the treadmill today. When I do call Allegro, which is almost every day, I am also given the most ridiculous responses from the employees, as well as rude attitudes from them. Like I am somehow the b#%^%^ in this matter for wanting my 3k treadmill! Im this close to just cancelling the entire purchase. Awful, simply awful.

I wish zero stars was an option! I cant believe NordicTrack does business with a company as inept as this one. I ordered my bike on 11/1, shipping date was on 11/26. No show. I had to reschedule. Next available date, 12/13. I get an email on the 12th reminding me of my delivery for the next day and a follow up email would be coming. No follow up email and no show on the 13th. On the 13th I get an email letting me know my delivery would be between 4-8 on 12/14. No show. I call to figure stuff out, they tell me they dont have me down as being a delivery. No managers available. I reach out to NordicTrack on *** because I was on hold for over an hour on the phone. They said that they escalated this to Allegro and to call them to confirm next day delivery. I called Allegro, they guaranteed me that my equipment was out for shipping on today between 4-8. No show. I called Allegro and again they had no idea whats going on and no one available to give me information. At this point I just want my money back and to never do business with NordicTrack or Allegro again.
Worst customer service experience I've ever received
Worst customer service experience I've ever received. They never called to setup scheduling, so I called them. They said "you should expect a call to schedule on Wednesday". On Thursday I called back. They said the "delivery service" they used was no longer delivering for them (!?!?) and they would get someone else. This was weird in itself. 8 more days went by until I finally got the scheduling call. They set it up for the following Tuesday. Guess what? Tuesday came and went. No call, no delivery. When we called Wednesday morning, they said "they couldn't find you". Again: NO CALL. They set it up again for Thursday. Thursday I finally get the call they are on their way. The shipment was white glove service (I paid extra) to have it brought upstairs and and professionally installed. The delivery drivers acted aggravated that I would dare expect them to do that job. They left it upstairs, not installed at all. And here is the most egregious part: They scraped up my stair walls in 11 spots. I can't get a return call from them to actually install or fix my walls. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. That's how terrible this company's customer service is. We ordered an expensive conference table and chairs. Allegro was scheduled to deliver to our office and break down the pallet and bring everything up to our office suite. Apparently, they "made a delivery attempt" but "ran out of time" and had to leave, so they left WITH OUR GOODS, took everything BACK to the warehouse, LOST THE GOODS, and are now treating me like I'm the *** for demanding to know where the delivery is and when we can expect it. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the "customer service agent" on the phone said, "Ma'am, she's very, very, very, very busy, so I don't think she'll take your call." Let me tell you: I lost it. That is such a bag of BS. I told him to transfer me to her voicemail. He heard me call him a bad name and hung up on me. So, I called back, left a message on the supervisor's voicemail expressing how upset I was that they are treating me like I am inconveniencing them -- they are being PAID TO PERFORM. They're not doing this for FREE as a FAVOR. Allegro Home Delivery is the WORST. Use ANY company besides them.

A delivery date could not be set until a month later..Mid January!Instead I went on the offensive.. I called Allegro, repeatedly to pick up the item. They couldn't tell me where it was, where the warehouse was or any information.I got on a conference call with my NordicTrack rep and Allegro and still they couldn't tell us where it was.Thats when I went directly to Allegro's website (not the link sent in my email from them) and tracked my item.It referenced another shipper named Manada.I did some research and found out Allegro has an agreement with Manada to do the last mile delivery and set ups.I then tracked down Manada, called them.. and guess what? they were the delivery company and did have my information.I was able to get it all worked out to get my item delivered a week after my call rather than waiting over a month.Allegro does ***.. they *** so bad they even hand off the delivery to another company and cannot see from their side any information after the hand off.Its a *** poor way to do business and NodicTrack should end their contract with Allegro asap...Hope that information helps someone.

Zero stars. I ordered a treadmill from NordicTrack on 11/7. Allegro received it on 11/20. I waited two weeks without anyone contacting me to schedule delivery. I contacted NordicTrack and they said someone would reach out in a few days. I waited another week and still nothing so I contacted NordicTrack again. They said the exact same thing. Didnt hear back for another week, but NordicTrack sent me an email to review my treadmill. So I gave it a VERY poor review. Within hours an email was sent to schedule delivery online. I attempted to schedule for several days online but every time I picked a date it gave me an error message. Finally after trying for 3 days, I was able to schedule for 1/4/22. I waited the entire day and nobody ever showed up. I called them and they said they didnt know why it wasnt delivered but someone would contact me first thing in the morning. No one ever contacted me. I called back and they said my complaint has been expedited and they would call in the order it was received. I contacted NordicTrack to get my money back and they said, I will make a note of that in your file. I asked to speak to a manager and they said my complaint has been expedited and someone will be contacting me. Both of these companies are awful and I will never order anything from NordicTrack again! Absolutely terrible communication and it is impossible to get through to anyone who can actually help me with my issue.

I've been tryin' to get my Craftmatic bed returned for a while now. I paid the return cost 'bout a month ago, but had to get the ComplaintsBoard.com in Florida to help me out. I ordered a Nordictrack on Nov 22nd with order number NT9775094. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec 8th, but it never came. I called for weeks, but the delivery service was not professional. I don't want to cancel my order because it's a $2k machine that I want to give as a Christmas present. I want to use the top-rated machine, but this experience doesn't reflect well on the Nordictrack brand. I've escalated the issue three times, but there's always an excuse. I've seen terrible reviews online, too.
This delivery company is not good
This delivery company is not good. They told me my delivery would come on 7/13 between ***. I took time off work to be there for it. But by 2pm, I heard nothing. I called them and they said it would come by 3pm. But two hours later, I called again and they said it would be a couple more hours. When I asked for a boss, they said my delivery was not on a truck and was lost at their warehouse. They lied to me all day. When I asked to talk to someone else, they hung up and blocked my number. Now my delivery is gone and I will ask for my time back from these bad people.

My treadmill got to the local delivery place on December 8th but nobody tried to contact me about delivery until December 16th. They sent me an email with a link that doesn't work and I've been trying it a lot every day. I emailed customer service twice but they haven't replied. I called the number in the email twice but it didn't help. They just say they'll make it more important but nobody ever calls me back. Why can't they talk to me on the phone and fix it? I wanted to give it as a Christmas present but it's December 20th now and I still don't have it. It's been in town for 12 days already.

I work for iFit and I have a complaint about Allegro Home Delivery. They have lots of our machines at their warehouses in *** (some since OCTOBER) and they ain't delivering them. They ain't telling us what's going on and they ain't telling the customers either. This is making hundreds of our customers cancel their orders and be real mean to us every day. It's all Allegro's fault and they need to fix it ASAP. They're getting paid a lot of money to deliver the machines and it shouldn't take over 2 months. I wish we never went with Allegro 'cause they're giving us nothing but trouble and we're losing money and customers. They're ruining iFit's rep with every machine they don't deliver.

I buyed a NordicTrack Rower on 11/15. They told me on 12/1 that my item was at Allegro's warehouse and that they would contact me soon to schedule delivery. On 12/15, they sent me an email with a link to schedule a delivery time. But when I clicked the link, it said "Error--No slots found." I emailed them about my problem and they said they would contact me to fix it. But they haven't contacted me yet and it's 12/28. I called them today and they said there are no delivery dates available and they don't know when they will be available. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but they said there are none. I just want my $2000 equipment that I paid for.

We bought furniture from Valencia Seating and used Allegro for delivery. Allegro called us on Tuesday, 11/9 and offered to deliver the next day, but we wanted it on Saturday. They confirmed the delivery for noon on Saturday, 11/13. However, we didn't get a confirmation call and they didn't show up at the scheduled time. We tried calling Allegro, but they were closed on weekends. We called Valencia, but only sales was available and they couldn't help. We contacted the third-party delivery company and they said they didn't have the furniture and promised to call us on Monday to confirm delivery that afternoon. We also sent a message through Allegro's website, but didn't get a response. We lost pay and time from work because of Allegro's negligence.

I orderd a treadmill on Nov. 12 2021 from Allegro Home Delivery. They got it from the maker on Nov. 24th 2021 and said it would come in *** business days. On Dec. 1st 2021 they said it would come on Dec. 8 2021 between ***pm. But then they called me late that day and said their truck broke down and it wouldn't come. They wanted to reschedule me for a week later. That's not okay! They should fix it right away. 4 days later they called me to say it would come on Dec. 16 2021 "around" 11 am. My In-laws waited around ALL DAY with them not showing up. I called the maker who then put us in a 3 way call with Allegro. Allegro said there must have been a mistake or miscommunication between they're warehouse and delivery people. That's not true! They called me 3 times for delivery and didn't come. They have my treadmill within 50 miles of my home in a warehouse, which the Maker checked and they still won't give me my product. They don't talk to me or give me updates. Every time I call I get the same run around and no one knows what's going on. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife and now Allegro is ruining Christmas for the whole family. The Maker is still trying to help me, but Allegro is giving them the finger!

Mine was delivered...To the wrong house and setup and everything! Now nordictrack says I have to contact the police to file a report to get my money back. This is after what all the other reviews say about sitting in a warehouse for months and 3 failed "deliveries." Absolutely terrible, if I was nordictrack I would be severing ties with them immediately before they kill their business.
AWFUL! If a company tells you they use Allegro for your delivery, CANCEL THE *** IMMEDIATELY. They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with. They outsource their customer service, so there is zero communication between the people you talk to on the phone vs the people who actually work there. And if they tell you they are going to "escalate" your order, just know that means NOTHING. I was told my order would be "escalated" on 4 different occasions and still never received a call from ANYONE there. I waited weeks for a treadmill to be delivered. Could never even get a scheduled delivery date. Once I FINALLY did, I took the day off work and waited... and waited... and waited. No call, no show. After that, I canceled my order. Insane that they are even still in business with such awful customer service.
I ordered a treadmill on Nov 29. Today is Jan 23rd and I have yet to receive it. I was told it would arrive on Jan 6 and Jan 15. No one showed up on either day. I have called a dozen times, sent a million emails, called Nordic (thats like waiting to speak to an airline company- on hold two hours-no results), contacted IFIT to help-no results. I am flabbergasted that this company is still in business! I have never experienced anything like this. As I type this, I am still without the treadmill today. When I do call Allegro, which is almost every day, I am also given the most ridiculous responses from the employees, as well as rude attitudes from them. Like I am somehow the b#%^%^ in this matter for wanting my 3k treadmill! Im this close to just cancelling the entire purchase. Awful, simply awful.
Wish i would of read all these negative reviews before ordering my equipment. Took over 45 days to finally get a delivery date on jan 17th. ***, the delivery driver shows up,gets out of his vehicle, doesnt knock,doesnt ring doorbell,didnt call, nothing..., he than gets back in his vehicle and leaves! I called allegro right away to see whats goin on, but they had no way to get ahold of him,said they have to email their manager. Seriouslly no way to get ahold of their drivers! Bad business if you ask me. Ive been calling every few days, same answer, we will get back to you. I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED ANYTHING IN MY LIFE, HOW IRRITATING!. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
